I want to Thank the service dept. Out of about 10 different dealerships I tried to get help they were the only one that said yes. I am 1000 miles from home and and engine light came on plus auto start stop light came on. They check my batteries and found them drained of power. Probably my fault. Fixed all and on my way. Again Thanks.
Absolutely amazing service. After looking for years and going to numerous other dealerships for my dream Jeep I found it here and the dealer was amazing! Definitely worth the 45 minute drive and any services that I need on the jeep will be worth the drive. The whole process was so smooth and easy. I didn’t feel like they tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need. There was no hoops to jump through. The only thing I had to do was sign the paperwork and get in it and drive. They even went through the trouble of calling our insurance company for us. They took care of ever little detail. I honestly don’t think you’ll find better service anywhere else. We worked with joe sasala. 10/10 across the board. He was an excellent salesman and took care of every detail. If you’re looking to get into a new vehicle, go see him!

Wish I could give it 0 stars! Waited 30 mins being ignored and when we asked what was going on? The sales man respond rudely with I am working on it and I am getting the pay off. So we left and he followed us to our car aggressively. Asking why? We told him no one talks to us that way! Headed to another jeep dealer to spend our money.

I will NEVER buy another Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or anything inbetween ever again! I had to end up trading in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan because Dodge refused to fix the transmission issue nor the rust proliferation on my trunk. Within 31,000 miles, this lemon was at the dealership 19 times with multiple warranty related issues. I... will... NEVER... buy... another... lemon (Anything Chrysler/Fiat)... AGAIN!

I had called around to 2 other Jeep dealerships, to have my Cherokee looked at and a recall taken care of. Both of them had 2 and 3 week waits . I called Scheidemantle on a Friday, they told me to drop it off that night and it’d be looked at first thing Saturday morning. Sure enough they did, found out mice got in and made a nest .Wiring harness and multiple other things chewed up. I was counting on using my extended warranty, but this wasn’t covered under it. Kayla was extremely helpful and informed me I could turn this into insurance as an act of God. So I only have to pay a deductible instead of the whole price . We had to wait for insurance to process on a Monday. Tuesday it was finished before my insurance company could even get me my check! On top of that they took care of the recall too . Kayla kept me updated and even texted me to make it more convenient. Over the top customer service from the service department. I’ll be going there for any warranty related repairs since they require a Jeep dealer! No jeep dealer service department around the area can compare .
Schiedlemantle always provides great service to my Jeep. When an issue occurs their team takes the time to make it right. Kayla, Reese, the techs, and manager are always very professional and extremely helpful.Its unfortunate that one of your service desk staff named Tori can be unprofessional. Others have complained about her lack of professionalism and condescending attitude toward your customers. This is the third time I have encountered this behavior.As stated before, the tech and manager did a great job working out the issue and they fixed the issue with no charge. I will continue to give 5 stars, get my jeep serviced and shop for new vehicles at Schiedlemantle because of the excellent care and attention the majority of your team provides to me. Thank you.
The sales manager was good but body work done you my vehicle was not satisfactory and still has issues to this day. Dirt was painted over,paint on headlights and tailights, logos and plastics. Was sent back 3 times to body shop and not all problems were fixed. I paid extra to have this work done to vehicle and was disappointed with the results
I had a recall on my Jeep Wrangler. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. The service department is excellent. When the say it will take about a half hour, thats right about how long I was there. This is my 3rd time using them and Ive been impressed every time!!
These people are all so nice! You couldnt find a more helpful group of folks. They worked hard to find out what was happening with my car, and even though it wouldnt act up they sure listened and tried their best.

Service was timely. Salesmen seemed friendly. That being said, expensive. Very expensive. Over $100 for an oil change. Granted, it was full synthetic, but other vehicles Ive owned used synthetic, and I never had to pay more than $60 bucks for an oil change.Priced a remote start installation. Was quoted ~$600. Several other dealers quoted me $400, tops.A smaller matter, woman at service desk stated my car is supposed to get full synthetic, and tech states it doesnt matter. So which is it? Owners manual states full synthetic (after I got home, I checked).All in all, I expected that since they were based in Hermitage (fairly well off outlet city), theyd be 5 star material. As nice as the employees were, I just cannot justify any more than the 3 original stars, and 2 and a half stars would be more accurate.Needless to say, I doubt well return at those prices.
Service was awesome! They do what is necessary without trying to rip you off. They are very friendly and helpful. I drive out of my neighborhood and past a local dealer to get there because I am extremely pleased with their service!

We make the 40 minute drive to have our vehicles serviced here. The Service & Parts Department are wonderful! Always pleasant and friendly, also very honest - our local mechanic told us we needed a new engine (to the price of 6K). Scheidemantle ordered the engine on our request from the info provided by the local mechanic; turns out it wasnt needed. They saved us 5K. I trust them completely.

My mother purchased her, 03 Ford Escape from Scheidemantle Motors in December 2017. When she purchased, she purchased AS-IS, after they supposedly fixed tires, breaks, oil change, muffler. However, it is October 2018 and the vehicle needs inspected. The vehicle will not pass inspection due to the airbag having been deployed and muffler (which they stated they replaced). My mother has only had this vehicle for 11 months, has been in no accidents, as driven a total of 1,500 miles, and is getting it inspected for the first time. She is now faced with a vehicle that has had its airbag deployed from an accident, that they bypassed fixing before selling. A muffler issue, that they obviously did not fix or fixed incorrectly. When I expressed my concerns with Scheidemantles team, they pointed the finger at me and my mother. If you are a buyer looking into this dealership...I would express my heart to you on going somewhere else. Looking at past reviews of unhappy clients, it is noticeable that the team acts like you are invisible when an issue is brought to their attention. Please give your support elsewhere! The flowers outside the establishment are beautiful, but not the hearts inside.

He even touched base with me the next day to keep me updated and give me a tentative day I would be able to get my car back. I was very pleased with the service I recently received at Scheidemantle.My husband and I needed to get our car inspected and went in to the service department without an appointment.Vince told us he would work on San however we had arrived at lunchtime and asked if we would be able to return in about an hour. While en route to a camping trip (with a big trailer and horse in tow), my 1 ton Ram dually broke down not too far from this dealership. I got the truck towed to Scheidemantle. From the initial phone estimates of 4-5 days for parts and significant cost, the service department turned the truck around in 24 hours and for a third of the initial estimate. I very much appreciate the speed of the repair and that they didnt take advantage of a frazzled traveler but rather charged a reasonable price. Thank you!
We had purchased a used vehicle from OH. Brought it in to Scheidemantle Motors to have the best mechanic we know Bill W. to inspect it, change oil, etc. Well right out of the gate a huge issue occurred...both rear springs broke in half! As soon as they told us & we informed them we hadnt even owned it for a month yet & that thankfully we had purchased an extended warranty the service dept.s Kayla Pumphrey handed us her card & said call the place you purchased it & give them my name & number. From that moment on she took care of everything. We had no phone calls to make, no paperwork to track down, nothing but wait for them to call & let us know what they found out, & then that the vehicle was fixed & ready to go. I came here and looked at a jeep... told them I was not ready to pull the trigger on a vehicle and was pressured in to filling out an app.. even after I told them I did. Ot want my credit shotgunned ..... they told me well... u are approved we need to just find the right vehicle because that jeep was sold as we were running youre credit . So at this point I said to myself that was a mistake... a few days later I looked at my credit report and they submitted 8 requests and than I called them... they told me that I was originally declined for the jeep. I asked why they told me I was approved. They said well yeah... you are approved now but that day u were denied . I had a bad taste for big dealerships for a long time and now this kinda put the topping on the cake. I will never go to another big name dealership again

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Denny is an amazing mechanic who did a tremendous job servicing my truck. Completed over $5,500 worth of work and didnt miss a thing!! Fuel mileage on my 1 ton, Ram 3500 dually, Cummins back st 16.2 to 16.7 mpg following all of his efforts!! Kayla the service writer was just as amazing!! Fought hard with the warranty company to ensure I received the maximum from the company!! And took care of me with a loaner car for the entire repair period!! Then there is Mike the Service Manager! Horrible service from service and parts had a appointment at 8am for a recall and the lady that scheduled me told m the night be that I did not have to bring the car just my key then she waited to call me the next morning when I was already pulling in there parking lot the she needed the car. The night before I told her about 4 Times what kind of car I had and to her she must be sleepy she said no it’s just almost time for her to go you no how that is and she started laughing.I will never have service or buy a car from them there all on drugs
On time and fast. Phoned right away. Mechanic explained work done. Recall to tailgate fixed and park sensor replaced. Would have gave you 5 stars but all the way home the service park sensor warning come on every time I touched the break 😩

The biggest problem I have with these guys is that you buy an expensive vehicle and they are not willing to keep you happy by putting a GPS in your vehicle. I think, I know they could have done it to help out but they are too greedy. This isnt my first vehicle I have bought from them but I wont be a return customer because of this.The service and parts departments are great.

We have had exceptional service at Scheidemantles! We bought three vehicles there this year and they have treated us like family. Brought my new Ram 1500 in for an oil change last week and they were having their Christmas party and invited me to join them in their meal. Stayed for over an hour talking and catching up with our salesman. The service staff is great also! They were able to get an issue resolved for me under warranty and save me a big chunk of money! Cant say enough about this dealership! Highly recommend!

Just a update::: Never again will I go there! I have a free Oil change that came with the purchase of my truck, and let me tell you I rather pay for Firestone to do it then to take it there!! They got their money so who cares how the truck runs had problems with it since day ONE!! I can go on and on but Ill just leave it at that!! A big thanks to them for a BIG loan and a truck that has a bunch of problems!! *****Update: They called me and wanted to fix the truck! 4 things wrong with it! They had it over a week, came back to me everything seemed fine, in till not even a week later, back into the garage, check engine light on, at this point Im going to the next step...... (lemon law)** I really would like to warn people to really check out the cars before you buy from them! .......... ************update, so little over a year later I now have NO truck that is drivable, I have put in over $3,000 since I had this truck and now the transmission is totally gone! Since day one we drove it off the lot we had nothing but one thing after another break!! Still owe $12,000+ and cant even drive it!! I really got screwed from this place, so I just want to tell the owner and everyone I dealt with there, THANK YOU SO MUCH, for a truck I have/had to pay $25,000 that I only drove for 17 months!! You really screwed me good!! Sad thing is that the owner looked us in the eyes and said I swear to you this is a good truck, I know the guy who had it! -What a joke that was!!!!

Wouldn’t honor a warranty on just over a week stating “it worked when we fixed it”, the same issue returned. 15 mins on hold before I hung up.Sloppy work of replacing the panel to my door. I had to reinstall it myself.Check engine light came on shortly after.Did not inspect starting issue.Did not call me before repair to be there during diagnosis, when requested.

My Fiance and I bought a 2018 jeep Compass there last year. We received exceptional service. We were starting our research into our next vehicle. Stopped in to check out the new 2019 Ram trucks. We were greeted in a timely manner. He was taking his time going over current offers. He was being pretty thorough, that is until another customer called. Instead of him transferring the call or asking them to hold, he took the call and treated us as we werent there. We didnt recieve that kind of treatment when we bought our Jeep. Wish I could remember the salesman name from today. All I do remember is he was wearing a grey jacket with yellow trim. If we do decide on a Ram, I wont get one if hes the salesman. Ill go to a different dealership to get it.
Im not from the area and my suv decided to stop working. I had it towed here after it wouldnt start. Reese at the service desk was phenomenal. She kept me update as I waited. When they could find the problem she sent me home in a loaner car. My only issue was that the loaner wasnt cleaned out before I got it. However, since I was in a rush to get home I took photos just in case. The ladies at the service desk were professional and courteous. They made sure my vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Im grateful to Reese for her patience (Ive never had a car stop working). I will definately come back when Im in the area.

Havent had a single problem with this place. Bought a new challenger here in 13 and a new Grand Cherokee last year. Only hiccup was the grand Cherokee I wanted just got would the day of (because it was at another dealership) so we found another one that had an extra package and they worked wonders on the price for me.(I suggest getting the safety package if yourr thinking about it. Adaptive cruise control is awesome.) Dealt with Ron both times and will many more.
