STAY AWAY!!Im sorry but this place absolutely crazy on the prices they come with. They are several hundred dollars more then everywhere else. The laptops they sell are a joke for the price. I found the exact same laptop online for $500 less from Amazon with prime shipping. The custom builds they do are also outrages. $800 starting price for a PC with a Pentium CPU get out of here. They are also several generations behind 10th gen CPUs but 11th gen as been out for awhile. If you favor your wallet and latest tech STAY AWAY! youll thank me and so will your wallet

The turnaround time they gave me was a week, and they turned it around and put my computer together in 2 days.The only reason that this review is getting 4 stars is because when they mounted my liquid cooler they cut off access to some of my slots on the rear of my computer and didnt tell me that or consider it when they were mounting it.The prices are pretty standard, 90$ per hour and they charged me 100$ to put my computer together.Overall, great service, good turnaround time, I just wish I didnt lose access to two of my USB ports because of how they mounted the cooler.

Hard drives fail, all of them, even the best brands. Its not a matter of if its a matter of when, and when they do you need professionals like the ones at Star Tech to make things easier and take care of you. Anyone can buy parts but good service is harder to come by. Trust these guys they know what theyre doing.

This Place is so crazy on their prices!! Im not sure where they come up with them. They call it Star Tech because there prices are out of this world insane!. Save yourself the trouble and get this stuff for 80% less online

Been doing business with them since they were in the Hickory Plaza. Bought a Commodore off of them way,way,back. Ive always bought a top of the line off of them and Ive never had a complaint about the service Ive received. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. My last computer puked a hard drive. I dont think I had shut that computer off in 2 years. Not Bad.Had everything backed up and didnt loose anything. My Son is still using my last one that has to be 10 years old. Have them cleaned every once in awhile and they will last forever. I live close by and they are not bad people to deal with. After 30 years trust me, I know.

Prices are way to high here almost insane. Stay away and look somewhere thats more reasonably priced.

The products here are so much more expensive then anywhere else. You can be saving yourself several hundreds of dollars if you do a little shopping around. Laptops are not the newest of there models some are a year or two old.

Was very helpful and already had what we needed ready for us when we got there. We had called and talked to them and they was great at making sure we had the help we needed.

Looked everywhere for thermal paste. Ended up coming across Star Tech. They were the only place to carry it. I will be coming back again in the future. Also offered friendly and informative help.

I like these guys they are always friendly. They have common things you might need as a contractor like 100 meters of cat5 or 25 feet of HDMI etc.

Bought a cpu cooler for a socket lga1151 they sold me a lga775 and most of the computers they sell are hundreds if not thousands of dollars over priced

Tech company that cant manage to put their business hours online.
