My only complaint is that I cant sleep in any other bed but my own comfortably. The guy I bought the bed from was very kind and helpful. Even though I came in last minute he helped me until I found the right bed and its a perfect match for me! A good day starts with a good night of rest and youve been able to provide me with that. Originally my boyfriend and I were going to look at mattresses here at Mattress Firm and then look somewhere else before committing, but we found a mattress and pillows that we both fell in love with and the customer service was great! Ty greeted us right away in a non annoying salesman way and he saved us a bunch of time by helping us narrow down to the perfect mattress and to one my boyfriend and I both agreed on. There was no pressure and he wasnt confrontational at all especially when we were undecided and took a while discussing the options we had and Ty knew when to give us personal space. Ty made us both feel like we could test the mattresses out comfortably, as the picture will showmy boyfriend was super comfy. The purchase part was also quick and easy and hassle free. When we first walked in and were confused and didnt know where to start, Ty helped us through and from beginning to end it was a smooth stress free process.

My wife and I were in need of a new mattress our current bed had some years to it. We searched many places in the valley to find the best deal for a new bed. Not only was Mattress Firm the best deal in price and different options in financing; our service rep that waited on us was a miracle worker. By telling him a few key points about us he was able to match us up with the perfect mattress and base. We cant wait to break them in and get a much needed good night sleep.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. About 1 year ago I bought a floor model mattress and box spring with a full warranty. After about 3 months one side of the mattress started to collapse. We filed a warranty claim and were given an exchange. I assumed that this was the gamble I took when buying a floor model. We ended up having to pay more for a replacement because they were no longer on sale (same mattress) but I was okay with that because I wanted to be comfortable. Well, here we are, about 6 months later and it is doing the same thing .I filed a warranty claim and they denied it citing that the frame or box spring was damaged and causing the problem. I attempted to call them and apparently you cannot actually speak to someone in the warranty department, it has to be a live chat online. I called the store and spoke to the manager at the Boardman location. I was told he couldnt do anything for me. I told him that I was literally sleeping in a hole.. When I tried to explain that I cannot even sit on the side of the bed to get dressed because I slide off, I was told that mattress were made to be laid on, not to sit on the side. Really!? Cmon, I challenge you to find a way in or out of a bed without sitting at some point.I did the live chat and was told I filed the claim under the wrong category and that I could file another. Well I did, this time providing pictures showing it was level and sturdy. Denied again for the same reason. Now I cannot seem to get the live chat to work again. Long story short, I wasted $1000 on a mattress I wouldnt give away for free. I went elsewhere and bought a new mattress so that I can get a decent nights sleep. I will be filing a claim with the BBB this evening. I would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere!

I finally decided it was time to get a new Mattress and after looking around I finally found a mattress that I liked and it was within my budget. So I placed the order. It was a plush Beauty Rest mattress and, while not it stock, I was told that it would be ready within 30 days. Everything was good up until the day before when I checked the original email from the day I ordered to check the tracking info.This is where the one star comes from. The delivery date on the order had changed by 2 weeks with no email or other notification of the date change. Then after talking with support I found that the mattress itself would not be in stock for another 3 weeks after the updated delivery dateThis meant that the in stock date for the mattress was set for nearly 5 weeks after the original delivery date (and about 9 weeks from the initial puchace)This to me is unacceptable and I will not tolerate the 0 updates in changes to my order(At the time of writing I am canceling my order)I will not recommend Mattress firm to anyone and suggest people to just buy and in stock mattress and not deal with any form of delivery

With one person working (Mathew) and 4 customers in at once I was very impressed how he juggled all of us while not making it seem to be rushed and or helping us vs them or vise versa.

I ordered my mattress from mattress firm. Mattress firm said they sent to be delivered by FedEx and they where just waiting for FedEx to ship. I contacted FedEx and they told me they never received the mattress and the shipping label was print but they are waiting to receive it. So I contacted the store I bought it from again and it seems no one knows where my order is and why it’s not shipped. I will be canceling my order. They told me it would take an additional week on top of 2 weeks I have already waited in order to get anything feedback from their hive to find out where the order is.

We went in with a mattress in mind, and even though thats the mattress we ended up getting, Ty (our salesperson) showed us several alternatives to make sure we ended up with the right mattress for us. He was extremely friendly and helpful and at no point did he come across as pushy or like he was only out for a sale. Nice sales people, but they got the wrong color sheets. I ordered purple sheets. They called me to tell me my order was ready, then when I showed up the guy told me there was a problem, they had slate sheets. They hadnt even bothered to double check before calling me. Pathetic service.

After house sitting for a family member and experiencing a king sized bed with an adjustable base, we knew thats what we wanted. My first experience purchasing a mattress was made easy at Mattress Firm Hermitage! I knew I was entering the store with a lower-end budget. Rob was honest, communicated options clearly, and was not pushy by any means. When I shared my budget, there was no judgement (and this spoke volumes)! This made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. They gave me an estimated delivery date. Luckily, I was called on that given date to let me know the mattress had arrived. Pick up was easy and at our convenience. I will definitely go back to this store and location for future needs!

Rob the store manager was great. When I arrived he had me try out different mattress firmness. He proceeded to show me mattresses of my liking and price range. I ended up going with the 70% off floor model. The experience was all around fast and easy.

The high prices had me thinking I was purchasing a quality bed. After 18 months I have coils coming through the mattress . When I called they told me they can not help me as its been over a year old! I realized the high prices pay for the fancy building and commission checks. Not quality at all. Planning my next purchase at a locally owned small store . No more furniture from stores that advertise.

This was our first purchase here. The showroom has many choices in styles and price ranges for beds. My wife did her homework which gave us an idea of what to look for. Ty waited on us and was knowledgeable about their products to suggest the firmness that would better suit our sleeping styles. After trying three different beds we finally settle on one. Ty suggested doing a 120 day trial before making a final decision. The first three days were not the best nights sleep for both of us. Since then we have been sleeping like babies!The two men who delivered the bed were careful in getting the mattress and frame into the bedroom. They wore shoe coverings as well as placing a red carpet at the door stoop to wipe their feet.

Hands down the best mattress store Ive been to. Michael was unbelievable helpful. I had no idea what kind of mattress I wanted when I walked in and he was able to help me narrow it down to the perfect one. He started off with the basics and then gradually moved on to more specific details of each matress to make sure I was getting the perfect one to fit my needs. He was able to answer all questions I threw at him. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Our visit was today- Sunday. Even though there were other customers shopping we were acknowledged and helped out immediately after walking in. The staff was helpful and friendly. They respected our budget and werent pushy about selling things outside our budget. We were able to take advantage of the Labor Day Sale prices. I would give them my business again.

I visited this place after visiting the website and selecting the items I wanted. I wanted to support a new business to the area. When I walked in, there were 2 customers being served so me (and my whole family) were patiently waiting. We were there probably 10 minutes when another customer came in. After 10 more minutes, one of the salesmen finished with his sale and started working the people that walked in after us. At that point I was done waiting and left the establishment. Another store greeted me and we had mattresses in my vehicle in less time than what I had already spent waiting at Mattress Firm.

Robert was very helpful in making my mattress purchase a good experience. I came back a couple of days later to change my order from a queen to a king and it was no problem. The delivery guys were very professional. I recommend this store for your next mattress!

We just left the new store in hermitage, and what a nice place! Not only were we greeted instantly, we were given a full tour complete with extensive details about each individual mattress. Mike, the manager was very personable and truly made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Unfortunately we didnt leave with a new mattress today but we will be back very soon!

Great service from the store manager during our visit. He helped us narrow down what we wanted to just 3 different matresses in the first 5min which was a huge help.

The person that helped us was very kind and curtious. They answered all our questions and helped us to find the perfect bed for me and my wife. Now we both sleep comfortably all night and dont wake up tired or in pain. We wake up refreshed and ready for the day.

Went in during labor day weekend, both salesmen were busy with other customers yet still managed to say hello. Michael was very friendly and quite knowledgeable and was able to help me find the mattress I was looking for. I will be back for my next mattress purchase.
