I do feel bad for the people that filtered in because they had to wait a while due to him being the only salesman there. Just picked my car up at service shop. Paid my bill and went to get my car. The back tire was flat and valve stem broke and the battery was dead. The worst service Ive ever experienced. My bill was 624$. I still have to get the frame fixed cause its got holes in it and they wont do anything to help me with these repairs. Will never buy a car here again and will be sure to steer everyone I know in a different direction. Buyer beware!!!!!

Sold my son a car that they wouldnt let him test drive. Only let him drive it in the parking lot. Then he didnt have it 12 hrs (about 2 hrs driving) before the transmission went out and nobody has yet tried to fix the problem. I have been passed around to 3 different people and none of them have done anything to solve the problem. I would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemy not alone a friend. They have lost 3 sales do to their lack of caring about the customer

Dont even want to give 1 star. Have had our car for a month and a half. We sent it in to their garage to have some repairs done. They called us after 2 weeks and said our car was UNSAFE and not worth fixing. Wanted to put us in a different car but cant give a new loan because my bf is on unemployment now. We have NEVER missed a payment. Then called us the next day and told us not only do we have to pay for the repairs they did, but we have to take the car somewhere else to have the frame welded before they will inspect it. The day before, they told us it is an UNSAFE car!! We told them to finish the repairs they could do. Have not heard from them in over 2 weeks. THEY STILL HAVE OUR CAR!! WE ARE PAYING FOR A CAR THAT WE CANT DRIVE!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I originally posted a positive response but unfortunately I no longer agree. Im not sure how this once good but now bad situation is gonna turn out yet, so Im gonna wait till the final result to post my new review. It WILL depend on how this company handles this problem.

Wanna give 0 stars. Came in because my trunk has a leak and water up to 1/2 inch gets in and my trunk has started to mold, they can’t figure out what’s wrong and didn’t do anything about it. I assume my trunk is just gonna mold away. Poor service.

Dont waste your time go to expressauto I just bought 2017 dodge for 1000 less thin byrider had theres lostes and it has less milage and no b.s loan i walked in at 10am with 1500 down drove away a hr later pretty bad they couldnt approve me becouse of my job? Wth ppl stop telling ppl one thing and doing another ill do my best to send everyone I know somewear other thin byrider

What these people fail to tell you is that they are NOT capable of fixing a car correctly and in a timely fashion! I chose these guys because they were sure to take good care of me, my car and any issues.. $50 copays IS NOT worth waiting over a week...

This place is a joke they called me everyday for a month saying they could help me and that my credit didnt matter that they just wanted to put me in a good car then. They keep telling me no credit check or anything so I drove the hour drive there expecting to drive away with a car and then kept me there for ever doing paperwork to tell me we cant help you because of your credit, plus I had money in hand and been working at the same job for awhile and make good money as well, dont get me wrong nice people but they lied to me for over a month and even told me exactly how much money to bring and then tried to say I need to put someone else on my paper work to drive any of there cars, yeah no thanks so they lost out on my money.....

So thankful for this local Byrider! This location has been helpful to family members of mine for years and I think the current staff is really doing a great job keeping everything fresh and relevant in the ever changing world of auto sales! Even if they aren’t able to approve you they’re sure to explain why and do what they can to get you going in the right direction to come back so they can get you on the road ASAP... Lots of kindness and good customer service here :-)

Tried calling since they opened and trued calling for 3 hours after that initial call and on the last time they finally told me on the last time that they are closimg due to covid. Would have been nice to know instead of waisting 3 hours (btw, not calling your team when they already were not truthful about the situation in the first place. Take what I have given you amd address your team approperly on your own.)

I was looking for an auto dealership that was willing to work with me to really have my business. Byrider in Hermitage did exactly that. I thought that with my current situation, and only walking into the dealership with $100 in my pocket, wasnt going to get me anywhere. However, byrider was able to not only to give me a low bi weekly payment, get me into an extremely reliable car that same day, and the best dealership experience, Byrider in Hermitage will definitely be seeing my business again.

My credit is so fresh, but its decent, and the thing I LOVE about Byrider is that they look at so many other things too, not JUST credit. So me, a 20 year old with only fair and short history, could get a 2013 Chevy Cruze, beautiful condition and only had to put $500 down and trade my old truck in.Thank you so much Byrider! The experience I had at the Hermitage location was top-notch. Ive been to countless dealers throughout the years and there always seems to be some sort of shady dealings or hiding of information. I experienced none of that. I was surprised that most of the questions that I had or answered before I had a chance to ask. I would refer them without hesitation

Sales dept is amazing. The service dept however is not. Took my car over for warranty work and they said they added transmission fluid and it was good to go but it was not. I ended up going to their erie store and they were great. My car needed ball joints and tie rod ends changed and they let me know I needed new spark plugs. Will never take my car back to the hermitage store!

I have never had an easier time buying a car then with Donnie, got me in the vechile my girls wanted and extremely happy with it.

Great place to go! They work with you and your situation and try they’re best to get you into a car. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

I will say this much! So many people don’t like this place but I think it is such a great place to go! I had an excellent experience when I got my car I get great service when I take it in for repairs and always deal with great people there! If you need a car and wanna deal with some awesome people this place is where to go!

The sales department was awesome. Cannot say enough good things about them. However, their service guy couldn’t hate his job more. My interactions with him were hilarious. Maybe you guys need to pay him more or something.

Speaking of having a vehicle serviced (warranty work), this is one of the most inconvenient places to have to be. There is no communication about anything, and the service technician on staff is neither professional or respectful in any exchange we have had to date. In this case there was a mechanical issue with our vehicle and we were told to drop it off at the shop. There were no further communications until ~4 weeks later they left a voicemail that it was ready for pickup.Again, this is referencing the service part only as the regular staff have always been very good to deal with.

I had to get a new exhaust manifold for my car. I got there at 9 AM, it was done by 11 AM. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Scott did a great job!

Scott in the service department was so very helpful in helping me understand what I need to do in order to get my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan back on track. I had no clue what to do until I spoke to him. He was so very kind and let me know that it would be a lot cheaper to bring to him than to a Dodge dealership. Which I appreciate very much. Because I was just flabbergasted at spending that much money for just a key. So thank you very much. If you ever read this. We had an appointment scheduled at 4:45. The wonderful sales associate, Donny, was extremely helpful and stayed almost three hours past their scheduled closing time to make sure that we were satisfied with our experience. So grateful for all of the help we received today. Would recommend this company to anyone.

It ended up being a really long day, I worked midnight shift the night before and we were there till about 5pm (and I had no sleep in between), staff made it a little more tolerable. Everything worked out and we left with a car we could be proud of.Update:we returned the car not even a week after we bought it. It was a disaster. We were told we signed a paper and it would free us of our contract, then we were harassed by the loan company/bank about our contract and how we weren’t holding up to our end of the deal and received a letter stating they were coming to repossess the vehicle. BYRIDER never reported that the vehicle had been returned. I will never go through byrider again.

Didnt care at all that his decision was going to completely distroy my business. They said that I needed one more month of self employment. I ended up going to Montrose Nissan and they were able to get me a much better deal than this place could have ever been able to.

Your service center demonstrated poor customer service. Poor communication skills or the employee is severely overworked. Sales department was very courteous but lacked information on my vehicle. One week turned into two as I waited. All communication was initiated by me. Never a call about estimated repair time. Never a return call.

J.D. Byrider has a way of pulling people in for sales and will go to the extent of calling and emailing daily. Customer service was good. Application process was lengthy. They will run your credit and ask for pay stubs utility bills and 10 references.

Overall it was fairly good experience. Employees were professional and pollite.I did leave with a car that seemed on good condition; it was late in the day so neither the salesman or I took time to thoroughly inspect the car. Next day I discovered side mirror control did not work...a minor nuisanceNo owners manual so its challenging to figure out all the tootd&whistles....like remote start!Like I said, overall it was a good experience

Vehicle definately was not serviced before sold. Repair process is bs. When you call to get out of a vehicle you have had less then a month you will get nothing back. Less then a month in a lemon and lost $2800. Never recommending.

Four stars only because I drove all the way from Beaver Falls to have my car inspected but it couldnt be done because of the emissions that has to be sent out to do and they dont do the emissions that Beaver County needs. So I wasted my gas and had to get out there very early to get it done. But the mechanic was very nice and did an oil change for me. He got it done right away so I wasnt sitting around long. He said that they did have a machine to do the emissions but it broke awhile ago and probably wont be replaced. So as far as the oil change, good. But the inspection, not happy I wasted my time.

I have a 2011 Impala. I am really pleased so far, I would recommend my friends an family . Lisa was a wonderful sales person she went above an beyond to make sure I did not leave without a vehicle especially the vehicle I wanted.

My experience was and always is wonderful with the Hermitage location.
