This is actually an awesome place! They have scrap metal or you can order new metal of any kind. Aluminum or pipes and they also do fabricating. For their used material they have great prices and! With their new material they also have the best price around. I order a lot of angle iron and aluminum and different things in the area and Ross always has the best price. They also do fabricating as you can see from their gate they fabricated that and Ive had good luck with everything that Ive asked them to fabricate for me. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because sometimes theyre very busy and you have to wait to get something fabricated. But as far as ordering material in there very quick for that.

Called and asked if they would do something. Sure bring it in. Even asked if they were sure. Cause its a long drive. Drove 50 miles. Got there. Lady said no one, meaning me, ever called. Even showed her my call log and again she said it was their number but no one there talked to me. Lying people there.

They are very unprofessional and rude, I called to see if the order I placed was ready and their receptionist literally put me on hold and left to lunch without informing me! They really need to work on their costumer service
