I believe it was the manger, who was very rude. I told him I needed some 1x6x20 wood for fence railings, he looked at me like I didnt know what i was doing and then said how you going to haul those, I said on my flatbed, he then said oh! your one of those. I didnt really take offense at that point. Then I had questions about some cedar boards and what they had he went and showed me and on the way in I said I also needed to pieces of OSB, he said I cant take your order out here so flapping your mouth isnt going to help. The cedar he sold me there wasnt even enough of the right length and expected me to take it, then I didnt get part of my order and they were suppose to refund me and didnt yet for what I didnt get. There was a customer behind me that was more helpful then the guy that should have been helping me.

We went there to try and give a local business our money. The older guy behind the counter was extremely rude and didn’t even come out to help. If you are a small business why would you be rude to customers??

Friendly, knowledgeable: good prices, way better than the big Box store alternative. These guys have actually heard of customer service, and know their products- will help you trouble shoot a design, etc.
