My brother has suffered hearing loss since his late 20s.(about 40 years) Over the years he has had several types of hearing aids and mostly lower quality due to his income. It was to the point that hearing aids were no longer helpful. After a horrible experience with a hearing aid business that lasted several years I finally fired them. I then took him to the ear nose and throat specialist in town and was told in a rude and unprofessional manor that my brother did not qualify for a cochlear implant. Needless to say we dont recommend him to anyone. My brother then got a advertisement in the mail and asked me to get an appointment with Miracle Ear (Kyle) for a free hearing aid test. Kyle started the testing and realized that Jims cochlears were not working. Kyle explained how the cochlear works and that his only option would be a implant. Kyle stated that he could sell him hearing aids but they wouldnt help him. I then asked if he would refer Jim for implants. Kyle did, Jimmy qualified and God Bless you Kyle Merrill because of honest good people like you this is a better world and my brothers life has improved by 150 %. He isnt afraid to leave town, he has a cell phone for the first time. His speech is improving everyday. His life is better.Through this whole process with my brother I have found that I have hearing loss as well. Kyle helped me too. Thank you our angel.

My wife has had hearing aids for over 11 years. Over the past 5-6 years she has been experiencing difficulty hearing even with the aids. This October we decided to look into Miracle Ear in Hermiston. Kyle and Amy were truly caring in how my wife was hearing, or in her case, not hearing. Kyle showed what his company had to offer and we chose. Best decision of our lives.

Fantastic. I never thought I would ever be able to hear like I do now. He adjusted my hearing aids for free and made them comfortable and sound great. This is the most awesome thing that anyone has ever done for me. I would recommend Miracle Ear and Kyle and Claire to everybody. They have made the world my world again with the sounds I didnt even remember I could hear.

Miracle Ear is so helpful. The hearing aids are such a great investment and has been so worth it. I go to Arizona for part of the year and I don’t have to worry about it because they have offices everywhere where I can go for free if I need help. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was really nervous to get my hearing tested for the first time. I was greeted by Kyle Merrill at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center, and immediately felt at home. He tested my hearing and treated me like family. Kyle was very professional, warm and friendly. I was AMAZED at the incredible technology. While wearing my first pair of hearing aids I was able to hear so much clearer. The Bluetooth technology is my favorite part. My phone instantly connects, and I can hear all of my surroundings and hear my phone conversation, all at the same time. I love the slim line look, almost non-detectible to anyone. I highly recommend a visit to Kyle for all your hearing aid needs.
