Painless, I figured out what tractor I wanted at John Deere on line. Called RDO, made all the arrangements. When we arrived at the dealer, Trask had all the paperwork ready. He went over operation, controls and maintenance schedules. Loaded the tractor and off we went. It took all of about 45 minutes. Way to go RDO!

Excellent customers services

Ive been using this store for about 15+ years. Ive seen alot of changes over those years from Pioneer lmplement to RDO Equipment. The personel are always dressed nicely and the store is also very clean and stocked. They always greet customers as soon as they come inside, and if youve been there before its by name. The parts people are very interested in helping customers get there parts as quikly as possible and as accurately as possible. And the Service advisor has been a big help to me just recently straightening out a issue I was having with my 467 square baler. Some things I would like to see some of is 2xlg, 3xlg t-shirts and other JD clothing and boots, as well as more womens clothing also in larger sizes.I love the John Deere name and colors and what it symbolizes to our Great country!!!Thanks to all of you for the help youve given to me over those years ive been going to your store.SincerelyRick Racus
