They constantly try to charge a co-pay fee when there isnt one, and if your needing any pain meds, they will make the doctor re-write the prescription to only slow so many doses per week. They are not doctors and have no right to so that.
Closes early every time so now I can’t get my insulin because they want to close early when I die to their incompetence I’m gonna sue them
This place has so many problems where to begin. 1. Incredibly understaffed. 2. Waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told that my prescription would be ready in an hour, so I arrived in 2 hours, waited in line for another 30 minutes and finally got to the pharmacist to only be told that the doctor hasnt authorized the refill. Its not worth waiting and being lied to save a couple of bucks. What if someone was a terminal cancer patient that needed their radiation pills? This will likely be the last time I will go to this Walmart pharmacy and I will pay the extra cash to go to Riteaid or Safeway from here on out.
I went here with a pain med prescription after having surgery and was told that I had come in too late and that 15 minutes wouldnt have been enough time to fill my prescription, even though I had just explained that I had just gotten released from the emergency room. I will never use this Walmart again.
I was first in line and still emded up waiting 25 mins! Just to rrquest a refill because I lost the RX number and Everytime I called I waited longer just on hold.
Waited in line for over 30 mins to get a refill And gave up. Went home and tried calling 4 times. Each time was put on hold for 15-20 mins. I used to work here so I know how it runs. Main reason I quit. They treat customers like they dont matter.
In trying to refill prescriptions, the website is utterly useless. You would think that an organization as big as Walmart would understand user friendly. POS website
Takes forever. There is always a long line.
They say 15 minutes and have you wait over an hour to pick up medications
The good prescription and accurate
