These ladies go beyond and above on customer service. We are traveling out of town and needed something shipped to us. Not only did the ship our stuff they went and picked it up, packed it and sent it on its way! Thank you we appreciate your great customer service!

I was advised to go to mailing made easy to print out a shipping label for my business the lady that print out my shipping label was very nice had zero problems with her the second lady I encountered was not so nice! I had a first class label with a priority mail packaging from USPS. I didn’t get name of the second lady didn’t really care too I was too embarrassed to even care. But she said I can’t ship a first class label with priority mail packaging which isn’t a big deal. I didn’t know that, it was just the way she said it. It was very rude she made me feel stupid and I’m not I have two college degrees, but that’s beside the point. The point is she was so rude in how she was explaining it to me after I asked her what the difference was because I genuinely wanted to know. It just didn’t even feel right to do business with her that I asked for my money back for the packaging she sold me which I wasn’t even happy with it. I have never ever asked for my money back that wasn’t an online retail purchase. She seemed upset that I decided not to continue the business transaction but I just won’t let someone treat me so low! I would rather drive 30 minutes to Kennewick to go to UPS to print a shipping label in the future then to ever encounter that rude second lady again. She had me feeling so bad about myself that I was feeling sad. How you say things and treat people can have has a serious impact on them. Be kinder 💕

I have used this business for many years for photocopying large quantities of documents and notary services and always found them to be super - ALWAYS!

Had a terrible experience. Used them to ship a package 2- day cross country. Owner was snippy. When my package got delayed, I went directly to the shipping company to get it routed back asap, and she gave me grief for not sending it back to her. When I needed a refund, she charged me another 4 percent because I had used a credit card.Then she proceeds to tell me that if she were shipping the package, she would have sent it via a different carrier, and basically no wonder it didnt arrive on time. But she couldnt have told me this at the time when I was originally shipping it?!? It would have saved me a lot of time and headache. Will never be going back.

Nicest people in the wold. I dont know how they stay in business with the way they charge, but they certainly earned my business.
