Stopped to have glasses adjusted 1/19/18 about 3 pm. All 3 people working at that time were extremely pleasant, helpful, and interested in making sure my glasses fit comfortably. Very pleasant employees, all 3 of them! As always, today was a very good experience. Thank you!

For starters Dr. Jubb is a great optometrist but sadly the staff around him us horrid. Everyone I go in its a horrible experience and I regret going in Everytime. I am currently still waiting (currently at 45 minutes) just to get contacts after they didnt call me when they arrived 2 months ago. Ive been skipped twice in the last half hour and recurved a oops. I will not be back in and do not suggest going here.
