Really simple process to go in and sell your old phones. I was offered a reasonable price and given cash on the spot. The staff is very courteous.

I had purchased a pre-owned game. When I got home and played it I discovered that I did not like the game. So next day I went back to store to return it and get different game. Staff was nice about it since I had proof of perchase

The people there are always friendly and always engage in some sort of discussion or friendly conversation. I had troubles installing a hard drive and an employee there helped me, giving me a very helpful demonstration which was something he did not have to do, but he did very considerately. Everything about the chain is there; good, and bad, but if your looking for quality games at a reasonable price with really good customer service and a knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go!

My greatest experience at any GameStop has been at this store. The workers here go out of the way to help the customers, vs simple sales as I have experienced at some other GameStop locations across the US. Just wish the bank behind their CC would take PAYPAL debit or business debit for payments.

Don’t sell used games that can only be sold once and make your customer sound like an idiot when they call in to ask about it. Found out after purchasing Elder Scrolls Online is only good for one time use and then it’s useless. Glad I spent money on trash. Literally. Should have never took it in on trade In the first place.

Their manager brian i mean assistant manager doesnt do his job well at all has scammed and ripped us off before i would drive to tri cities or yakima to gamestop before having to come deal with this place or their employees, be warned kinda funny when your in hermiston to and put gamestop in google maps and yours is last on the list before all the ones in tri cities and yakima

As good as any Gamestop Ive been to. Located in the plaza area with an easy escape route after the speed bump that meets the sidwalk with the next building over. The area is cluttered, and for a good reason. Multi-conglomerate building to building, which helps each business next to a gamestop. The people there are friendly; you can comb thru rows of endless pre-owned games (if thats what you are into), confined to a narrow rectangular shaped building. I go there when I have no where else to go and ask the associates about the latest games etc...
