These guys make the best carnitas in town, and have bought pork belly roasts a couple times, great price here for such an underappreciated part of the pig. Its probably the name, and decadence in fat and calories(on that i could care less) and nobody seems to be able to do the cracklins on top correctly... but i have no troubles, several ways to do it.

Moved here from Portland Or. And really picky about meat markets. This is THE BEST meats Ive EVER purchased in Hermiston and Portland area. Theyre friendly,nice and will give you the cut you want. I go in for fileh minyon and carnitas(which are the best in town)regularly and very happy costumer
