We called and asked if a vehicle was there and available, they told us it was. We drove from out of town to take a look and when we got there they said they didn’t actually have it. One of their employees took it home and we couldn’t look at it until the next day.

Terrible 1st impression. Great with you on communication until you sign a contract. The most dishonest car dealership I have ever dealt with in my life so far. Made me beg for what was promised and then offered peanuts for compensation. Very happy with my new used car, but very unhappy with the dealership I bought it from. Even the service department cant even communicate with you properly. Im looking forward to paying my car off and never having to deal with these guys ever again. As a DM of a multi million dollar company I can tell you, if any of my employees were as dishonest and unable to correctly communicate with my customers as your are, they wouldnt be employed with me. Do yourselves a solid and avoid this dishonest, swindling car dealership.

Absolutely incredible team working for hermiston Ford. Nick took care of me every step of the way. Was prepared and knowledgeable. Had options available for me to choose from. Ivan the sales manager was incredibly respectful, informative and helpful throughout our purchasing experience. Jamie is an awsome salesman. He helped my family get into a reliable vehicle we all love. Our credit wasnt the best and he did what he could to get us into a 2018 dodge that we can easily afford payments on.Thnx Jamie. We will definitely be coming back when its time for another car.

I Was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the sales process that Drew provided for us. Do you is not only very personable, he is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that he works with, and then some. He went over and above for us in the sales process. The vehicle we wanted to look at was in Prosser Washington. On his own time the next morning he got up early and drove to Prosser and brought back the vehicle to Hermiston for us to look at. He also was very conscientious about our wants and needs. Needless to say we did purchase the vehicle and are very happy with it. Thank you Drew!
