Great customer service.

Terrible service, horrible attitudes, absolutely no inventory, ever. Staff is not knowledgeable about anything in their own store. If I could give a negative rating I would give it a -5. (Only reason I go there is because everyone else was closed and was hoping for a miracle.)

Nice place! Easy to find what u need or someone tries to help for the most part.

I whent to buy a trailer jack wheel and it didnt bring the bolt. I ask for help to buy it on the store and the lady just say we dont haven it and before a say anything she just keep walking. I think that was a bad service. I know they have it beacause I was infront of them just need the correct length.

They have a good relationship with the customer service and the manager Robert of the store. He is well concerned about his job. And Customer Service.

Great place no line. I just went in for some T-posts nobody bothered me they just let me get what I wanted and get out. Friendliest hardware store Ive been to. Ten of ten would recommend.

I unloaded here. Receiving was prompt to get me unloaded. While I was unloading, I bought a few things, since I couldnt be in the tractor while unloading. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I like the solution products that they have and the consistency from one store to th were other.

Horrible experience.... drove all the way from Clovis to buy an item that was supposed to be ready and assembled.. ended up driving home with a box instead. No sorry no offer to fix the situation.. wont make this mistake again

Almost a Man Cave, with western clothing, tac, plus all kinds of do-it-yourself tools and books, along with welding machines and air compressors, plus speciality hardware, like hitches, hinges, metal stock. You broke something, you can find what you need to repair it at TS.
