The Walmart at Hereford is NEVER stocked. They are ALWAYS out of multiple items. I understand if if it were a few but it’s always MULTIPLE and it never fails. So frustrating to be honest..

Eh, when you live in the back-end of beyond and it takes a 12 minute drive just to get gas, Walmart is a true help: good quality groceries, automotive, and housewares at fair prices. Helps folks in the boondocks conserve gas. And thats a good thing I think.

I forgot to pickup a sack of groceries when I hat shopped at the Walmart in Hereford,Texas.The cashier not only make a note and took the sack to customer service.When I had realized I had left the sack at 10.01 am . It was after 12 noon . I called told them I had my receipt and I got connected to Mrs or Miss Marco. She went Way Beyond the expected. Looking for my purchase she found it and told me to come in that my stuff would be in the office waiting for me before I returned fro the doctor. What a great 2 people to work at Walmart. I really appreciate the professional attention to my needs. Thank you girls

A very large store for a relatively small town because it serves many more smaller communities within a 50 mile area. I needed a high capacity SD card for a video camera and they had it in stock along with a few common staples for a four day stay in Hereford during the Spicer Gripp Memorial Roping series.

Called the service desk and hung up on me, called a second time was transfer to electronics hung up on me.Incompetent customer service

Absolutely LOVE to be able to shop online, pick up your stuff and head home, usually on the same day. Its always super quick once you pull up and the kids taking your items have been super nice & respectful.

No semi parking but overnight RV parking available by the gas station.Good selection of items. RV supply aisle and water refill.Not too much room but useful while waiting for a spot to open at aquatic center RV area.

Extremely busy, only 2 cashiers working! I dont save enough $ at Walmart to do their cashier job. It seems to me like they want us to do the work, while they still charge more than many places.

Clean, customer service in most areas are great. Low volume of Multicultural Products in the hair care department and grocery.

I love the Walmart super center, its one stop shopping, I can buy grocery my office supply, my clothes, refill my prescriptions while I shop all my yard, and gardening equipment, my dog essentials, my linens, get my phone service, new shoes and coats, and my favorite part is all the crafters products, whats better than that, and its very clean and organized, the customer service is great, and the prices are unbeatable and on your way out you can stop and fill up your car with the cheapest gas in town, and buy your tobacco products, and your lottery tickets, who else offers all of this conveyance in one place? Only wal mart super center, its not called super for no reason....its the best place for all the busy people, who can go one place and take care of all their shopping, I love it!!!!

This particular Walmart always it very hot in there they have issues with turning on the air conditioning in the store & makes shopping there awful, & when you complain to management they tell you its corporate that has it hot in the store. Corporate is very aware of this & dont understand why havent done anything about this.

The customer service dept. Is unbelievably a huge pain. The workers act like they own the place and its easier to drive to carlsbad or seminole to return an item than to deal with the hobbs employees at Fort Knox instead. Also you cant even buy half electronics or anything behind a lock because no one ever has a key. Last year I slipped over a puddle with oil hidden in it. I was carrying a battery and it fell in my hand and smashed it. They wouldnt even show me the video or nothing. Had to contact lawyers.

Think Ill just drive to Amarillo next time shelves were empty aisles were crowded, not by customers... Layout was kind of weird compared to what Im used to but Im from Oregon so maybe it was just me. In the 20 states Ive been to, this is my least fav Walmart

Cashiers were complaining about having their hours cut to part-time status, and what color they painted there fingers and toes, it wasnt until they dismantled the flower arrangement I put together for my fathers tombstone that she was unable to scan each barcode within the arrangement that they I was getting upset with them, that they stopped talking about walmart business, I know that this may be an isolated incendent but I thought it was worth mentioning

Nice store. Clean, friendly folks, shelves were full and there were people actively stocking. Well worth the drive!! (Our local store is horrible!)

Electronic department is a joke. Have products out to show, but none to sell. Walmart as a whole has become an irritating experience.

Im in ther every other day for different items and the shelves are severely under stocked nor do I think their ordering system is effective. I have to travel 30 miles or more to another location to simple find the things I need that once was stocked in this store.

The usual experience. Since Walmart seems determined to have 20+ full service checks outs and never open more than 6 of them at any one time, people with a life are forced to use the self service check outs, which is likely their goal. A store manager in Bartow, Fl admitted to me that it is corporate policy to train people to use the self service check outs because the company intends to completely do away with full service checks outs. Although Walmart has a large inventory of very diverse items which makes shopping there a convenience and often a money saver, it is detrimental to local economies in which they operate. When I can (we are RVing and not familiar with options locally available in most places), we procure our necessities from locally owned businesses, even if it costs us a little more. We are aware that our practices do not greatly influence the overall economy, but we feel good about thumbing our noses at the seemingly heartless corporate entity that is Walmart.

I’ve been multiple times to try and get links taken off of a watch yet they never have anyone working that knows how to do it. If you are going to ask someone to work jewelry then train them on how to take links off of a watch.

Not a fan of a place that doesnt open til 7am. Most people leave for work well before that.

I usually enjoy the variety of products and excellent customer service, this visit I realized that the self checkout (90%) only takes plasti . I think its a sad day when you can no longer use cash. As I was exiting the store I overheard the greater tell new customers entering the store that they were short on change so would only be accepting credit or debit. I realize the covid-19 virus has affected all of the prices especially meat. You can no longer get a 10 lb. Roll of Hamburger unless you arrive at 7:30 a.m. I feel like the public is getting price gouged on some items, right when money seems to be the tightest. A bit disappointed.

Walmart had what I needed and even though the staff are mostly young employees, they were very helpful and courteous.

Some of the employees are rude sometimes they follow you around like if youre going to steal something and I understand that because people still there but not everybody steals looks can be deceiving they should treat everybody the same thats just my opinion but overall its okay

They put items out and place them in any spot. Price is higher than where they placed it. When we asked why, the so called manager Marco Ochoa stated they didnt have a place for said item. He practically said his position is more important than customer satisfaction.

Walmart is walmart. As regular, its a good shopping spree place to go. You save a bit of money a time. The workers need to be more respectful, and socialable to keep consumers happy.

Great store for all your shopping needs. They also have a separate phone store for you to get straight talk plans of different types... I recently went to the 55 dollar unlimited plan. And so far it really is unlimited. There is also a grocery store, a eye glass shop, and your good old fashioned way mart with a gas station inside.

I went to Walmart in Hereford Texas looking for heat lamp bulb and a female Wal Mart associate was very friendly and helpful she offered to help me, direct myself & wife where to find them, she even offered to reach them from the top shelf, once we got it, we went in on our way to purchase other items. I just wanted to recognize this lady for her help !
