This was a very slick process. We spotted the 1yr old car on Autotrader at a very competitive price, viewed the day after with a brilliant test drive route suggested by Julian and the deal was quick and painless. No hard sell, lots of Audi warranty on the car and we are totally delighted. Havent been to a main dealer for years and it was a really pleasant surprise. Well done Hereford Audi.

I purchased from Audi Hereford’s used car selection, I purchased an A5 Vorsprung which was nearly new with only 600 miles on the clock. Julian who sold me the car was AMAZING! I had previously reserved the same car with a higher mileage at Poole Audi but pulled outs of the sale because their customer service was terrible and they were liars as the car was in a terrible condition for nearly new, I told Julian about my experience with Poole Audi and he was so sympathetic and reassuring that my experience with Hereford would be completely different. Julian was so right! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hereford Audi and Julian, he is in my opinion a fantastic car salesman, I think every Audi dealership needs a Julian! Nothing was too much trouble and he was reassuring from start to finish! When I saw my car for the first time I immediately fell in love with it which was exactly the experience I wanted which I can’t thank Julian enough for! I hope when I’m next in the market for a new car I can buy it from Hereford and Julian! Thankyou so much! They are all so friendly and not pushy sales men/women you can tell they genuinely care and love what; they do and are looked after as employees!

I was very close to getting an Audi and due to my lack of mobility, I asked if they could come to me so that I could view the car. (Its just a few miles.) However, Matt on live chat said they dont do it. I said it wasnt very disability friendly (a Skoda dealer obliged and came from Gloucester) He took my details though, so I was hopeful, but I never heard back.I then started up a chat to follow up the next day but never even got a reply, even though it Karen was online.Matt, Karen, that was not good service and Im disappointed in the low service provided by representatives of this premium brand Audi wont get a penny from me.Hyundai Hereford (Motorline) were amazing-they got my business too.

Other dealers could take some tips from Audi Hereford.This was my first visit to this branch and certainly wont be my last,.Ambre was brilliant from my first phone call. I was told I would receive a call back within 10 minutes. I wasnt holding my breath that it would happen as every dealer says the same and it never happens but within the 10 minutes I received a call back with all the info I had requested.This level of service was carried on the whole way through my enquires. Calls were always returned promptly and when advised they would be. The part exchange price I was offered was also very competitive along with a fantastic offer on a brand new car. The car was ready promptly for me to collect along with all paper work ready for me.The hand over was brilliant considering it had to be contactless via click and collect.Sadly I had some issues with the car and this is where the service truly shines. Unlike most dealers that are only interested in making a quick sale, topping up there numbers and giving you the impression they will fix any issues, only to leave you stranded once there are issues. Again Ambre and her team tried everything to make sure any problems were sorted and most of all that I was happy. Everything was sorted quickly yet again, no waiting for calls for hours.I really cant recommend this dealer highly enough and will only ever buy an Audi from here from now on. Thanks again for the fantastic customer service it turned what could have been a real headache into a perfect car buying experience.

Asulotely useless, sent my car in for an emissions update recall, had no issues with my car before I sent it in and it came back out broken then as I challenged them about there mistakes they wanted me to pay £1200 to have a replacement egr valve even though they were the ones that broken it and clear proof, would not recommend and would advise to go to a different garage, the branch manager also very unhelpful and will have you chasing your tail and cant answer or resolve issues. 👎👎👎

My first Audi and unfortunately the last. Ive had a rattle in the glove box for months (the last diagnosis suggested) which I’ve now been advised could be the drive shaft (I’m no mechanic but given the noise I’m not surprised). Hoping to get my car back when I get a call back having chased to progress, but not received a response. Have now ordered a new car from BMW with my boss refusing to even hand down my Audi as it’s been so poor. Poor car, average service to get booked in but the reception team are pleasant when you eventually can get an appointment. Audi it’s a competitive market and worth thinking about customer experience as it’s not even close to the competition.

I enquired about a car and I must say Julian and Ben have got to be the best salesmen I have dealt with at any audi dealership, they were so helpful and courteous, they really couldnt do enough to give me the best deal.Unfortunately I didnt purchase the car, not because of any fault on there part but on my own. But if in the future I do purchase a new audi even though I live in manchester .Its a shame how 1 bad apple can ruin things, randg up the showroom to get a price on an RS4 and the salesperson said she would get back to me with a price she failed to call back that day or the next and after repeated ringing the dealership up I gave up, they lost my business

Today was my first experience with Hereford Audi having travelled up from South Wales for a service, with most dealers being closed in Lockdown and it was a fantastic one.I have been totally wow’d by the experience from start to finish, how I was greeted by name as a first time customer to the long chat I had with Stuart (Head of Business) upon collection. I think I may have finally found a dealer who can appreciate the enthusiast owner rather than being scared by them. I left feeling totally appreciated as a customer, having received undivided one to one service and most importantly with a smile. The service was professional throughout but I have left feeling like I’ve made a friend in the Audi Network and to somebody like myself, that is worth its weight in gold.Very reasonable price, very efficient operation and a quick in and out system is in place. I am very grateful for Hereford being able to service my RS3 during lockdown for key workers, very few dealers are and this has relieved a big stress.Will be sure to use Hereford Audi from now on and look forward to building a relationship with a fantastic team. Thanks to everybody who made my experience a flawless one today.

Hereford Audi, I traveled to this garage from the Isle of Wight to purchase a car. I found the staff to be super helpful and informative. Staff are always polite. I feel servicing and repairs would be so much easier if you could talk directly to a mechanic. Being able to explain the vehicle issues to someone knowledgable would be so much more beneficial.I have always raved about Audi Hereford, telling people how good they are and recommending the brand. A recent problem ended up being dealt with, with much satisfaction, by Customer service. No other garage would probably have not provided the same service. Many thanks.

Having now bought three Audis from from South Hereford Audi and having had them serviced by them too we know the team there really well. They are beyond comparison to any other Audi dealer we have ever dealt including our local dealer. The team are always polite and friendly, cannot do enough to help you and offer a competitive price on cars and servicing. We would not go anywhere else. If only all Audi dealers were like South Hereford Audi.

I decided to take my car to Audi Hereford for work. But all I can say is I am very very shocked at how weve been treated. First appointment was booked it for heater problems appointment was 8am till 1pm but I said keep it all day just fix it. I got a call and came to Audi Hereford to watch a video about all the things they found wrong with the car.I Had to ask about the heaters which I was informed was fixed and it was a lose wire behind dash but may not last long so the priced a control panel up for me£570. I drove it out but still cold heaters. So I rebooked for a matrix flush,coolant change and thermostat change but due to the weather we had to postpone. Till Wednesday this week. Again booked for coolant change, thermostat and matrix flush but I added if there was any doubt the matrix was faulty please change it and I checked you had one it stock which you did. They had the car all day phoned me and told me it was better and to try it but its not where it should be and charged me £434 and told me to try it(I expected it to be fixed for that money), your driver (sorry I forget his name but hes a top bloke) delivered the car back to me and as he pulled up the car was boiling and leaking coolant everywhere, I was already late for my boy a nursery so I had to leave luckily your driver was following me and as we left the heaters blew cold again I pulled over asked him to check to confirm no heat which he did. When I got home I still had no heaters and there was a terrible gurgling noise from behind the dash so I took it to a friends garage to thinks it was an airlock and this is why it blew coolant out. It was then booked back it for more work and bleeding to which the outcome was again its better but not where it should be I was advised it was the matrix blocked. I did ask the question why there fitter reinstalled a blocked matrix but got told they had to try it. Finally I agreed with Joe that I would pay another £250 and have a matrix installed and he felt this SHOULD fix the problem. I did ask if this was warranty as the car is only 4 years 4 months but was told point blank no so I paid.Now in not stupid with cars and to be honest I wouldnt have any faith in bringing my car or any other back after this experience. The bill £60+£434+221=£715 seems a lot to pay out for a 4 year old car to get some heating and have the car taken so many times to be dropped back worse at times. Also how has it gone from a faulty control panel £570 to a matrix costing a total of £715 .

I have a child, she was crying ( as babies do) the staff appeared to be bothered about my little one, they make you feel you arent welcome! I heard sniggering comments and it shouldnt be like that! Doesnt mean you work at Audi you can act in such a foul manner!.. the waiting time is also horrendous. I certainly do NOT recommend. 🙁

Purchased an Audi from here in 2017. Two out of three times it has been difficult to get the car looked at when I had an issue. The last time was for a damaged tyre, a job that could easily have been fitted in, but was told there was a 10 day wait. The attitude of the person on the phone was your problem not ours. Since then the manager has called to apologise so keeping an open mind for now, but not a great first year of Audi ownership so far.

Ive had some good service from Audi Hereford in the past and due to the recent renovation the store is now new and modern. However Ive now had no choice but to move to Audi Worcester as they are unable to offer service plans which are advertised on audi.co.uk! All service plans in this store are actually outsourced to a third-party company dealing with Bristol Street Motors. Customer services flat-out rejected the plan on audi.co.uk and stated the store didnt do it - which is strange given its on the official website! This led me to change to Worcester Audi who were able to offer the service plan without question and actually apologised on behalf of Hereford Audi! Unfortunately now I have to drive over to Worcester though! :(Edit: Since spoke with Audi Hereford and they will service the car even though the plan is with Worcester which is some good news! :)

Anyone looking too buy an Audi i would strongly advise not too go anywhere near south Hereford audi the service you receive there is disgusting Ive had nothing but problems with my car from day 1. First day i had my car within 20 minutes of driving it the tyers were flat when apparently they were brand new, I rang them and said about it in which they said has someone slashed them bearing in mind I only had the car 20 mins and was driving home so unless someone is running 30mph to slash my tyers it wasnt that and that took then 2 days too put on 1 tyre and gave me a car with 5 miles of range to which one bloke that works there found funny. In November I took my car as my car wouldnt start it just cutting our the parking sensors were always going off whilst driving the electronic hand brake would come on when I was doing 4 mph and the car wouldnt recognise the key in the car and its cut out twice while driving once on Belmont road and once in town. I took it south Hereford audi too get it repaired and was told my a women called Diane that it will take a month too fix the problem and I wont be able too have a courtesy car as they dont have any at all, so my car was going too be in there lock up until fixed to which Diane moaned about my car having dust on it and all my dad said was shall we get it washed then to which she started shouting at us in the car park saying I was only saying its dirty and dont bother coming here to get it fixed and then walked off her attitude is disgusting to which I complained about to Audi head office to which they agreed the way she acted is disgusting. I was then told to go and see colin barker where he said they will have my car for a week too see what the problem is and hell get hold of me later that day to arrange a date and again I was told I cant have a car they dont have any. It took him 4 days to get hold of me too which I lost a big job as the car wasnt safe too drive too which I gave Up with them all they car about its making sales and thats it worst part about it all is I was told too go see them last week too which I saw Colin barker again and told him he took too long too get hold of me and you couldnt even give me a car too get about it as.im self employed too which is he I would of sorted something but when I asked for one last time there was nothing he could do and my car to this day still again fixed. I went there Aswell too see colin to which as I walked in a bloke called ben Maitland who didnt even say a word. Too me just pointed too the reception which is just disrespectful and then I was told colin wasnt working that day and someone esle said hes just on the phone hell be out in a minute they simply didnt want me there or fix the car they had no interest at all the people I met there all of them are rude and do not car about customer service as long as they make there sale there happy. WOULD AVOID.

Very expensive car wash!Last month I took the vehicle in to diagnose a warning buzz signal that sounded whenever I put the vehicle into reverse. They had the car from 9 in the morning and required the whole day to diagnose the fault so I had to spend the whole day in town. They sent an email report at about lunchtime indicating that on initial inspection I had a slow puncture on one tyre and gave me the option of approving the tyre replacement online, which I did. When I returned at the end of the day to pick up the car, they had diagnosed a faulty parking sensor, which they couldnt replace as they dont carry any stock of spares. They had not replaced the tyre as the online system does not appear to work, so I had to arrange a visit to Kwik-fit the next day to have the tyre replaced. Audi wanted me to book the car in for the work to replace the faulty sensor which I could not do as the next available slot was the following week and I was away.Today, I returned to have the faulty sensor mended and the fault rectified. Once again, they required the car for the whole day, but they had ordered the replacement parts in. I got a call to collect the car at about 3 and completed the checkout paperwork and paid for the job. There was no report of any problems with the car apart from tyre depth on one tyre.When I got in the car I decided to test the reversing and I noticed the buzz that indicated a fault was still there. I returned to the service department and asked about the fault which still appeared to be present. They requested that I book the car back in to check the fault again. After about 20 mins I was then told that although the sensors had now been fixed there was a problem with either the parking computer or the wiring or perhaps the speaker. I asked if the sensors worked despite the buzz and was told that they thought they worked intermittently. (I understand that perhaps the one fault may have been obscured behind the other fault, but they had handed me the car back with no indication that the fault was still there.)So £280 later, the car is not fixed and they wanted me to book it in for another day. Im not very happy, as they have charged a fair amount of money, taken a lot of my time and I still am not sure if I can use the reverse sensors. The people are nice, the coffee is good, but the rest is pretty useless. Starbucks is better for coffee and although expensive is much, much, much cheaper. Would strongly advise against this place.

Brilliant experience went to audi on the back of a bad experience at another dealership and as soon as we went in we were welcomed by the receptionist who was aware we were looking and let us look at the car in question off her own back got the keys to let us inside as the sales staff were busy. When they were free ambre and and leon the business manager got the car turned around within the week picked it up and happy as ever 😁😁😁

Terrible. After persistent problems with a brand new Audi Q3, I was advised that the vehicle required a software download - this may be available in a month or so, perhaps six months, maybe a year! Until then, a loaner vehicle will be made available. Since when does a brand new vehicle require a software download that might be available in 12 months? Utter craziness.South Hereford Audi ducked their responsibility and were useless. Customer was obliged to buy a new vehicle with no compensation for financial loss. Audi UK are unable to assist as South Hereford Audi are an independently owned franchise as such, Audi UK has no power.AVOID SOUTH HEREFORD AUDI - they are all about sales and sales alone. They let Audi as a brand down in terms of customer service and common sense.

Very poor customer service. It took over 3 weeks to get car booked in for service. Phoned the morning before service day, which is a mission in itself to get through, to be advised that courtesy car had been booked, to get a phone call at approx 5pm that evening to say courtesy car not available. Car collected & delivered back instead, with a courtesy wash that my 11 year old could have done better. Asked for service bill (which was not cheap or reasonable) to be emailed over which never happened, so had to chase again........they didnt forget to phone to take payment though!! Also asked for a quote on the extra work they advised is required & 2 days later still waiting (not chasing again, must not need the work). Overall very poor service for a main dealer & wont be using again.

My son waited 2 weeks for car .Sales bloke called tom was a waste of time steer clear of him and another called Ben.Got car they put 2 new tyres on incorrect so 1 went flat within 2 hours had to wait a day to get fixed.
