Best place hands down to service or purchase all your suspension components!!!! Customer service is above and beyond. I live in Florida and sent my rear suspension to be serviced by them. I gave them free reign to do whatever was necessary and customize my shock. David was very honest and only recommended what was needed. They could have sold me a completely different Spring. But it turned out the stock Spring was the correct rating for my needs. My local suspension place told me the exact opposite and tried to sell me the moon and the stars. Because of this Fast Bike Industries will be the only place I turn to for all of my suspension needs. Communication was amazing and always gave me updates. You cannot compare the quality of work they perform to anything else. I will be making the 7 hour trip to get my motorcycle suspension from them! They earned a customer for life!

Had FBI recently respring my R1 and service the forks and rear shock as well as purchased full suspension for my wifes bike.These guys are fantastic. Hands down. Theyre always up front with everything going on if things go sideways with you bike. One of the R1 forks were bent too far out of spec and FBI was immediately on the phone with me about my options.The the rear shock bushing for my wifes was too wide and they took it back to get it swapped, no questions asked.Theyll take the time out of their days just to talk and learn about you and your riding to give you the best customer experience possible.The suspension is the link between your bike and keeping the tires planted. I purchased a full Nitron setup for my FZ/MT09 and I couldn’t be happier with it. The suspension now feels like what its supposed to, it really is a night and day difference. I’m extremely happy, with how it turned out. The bike feels like its on rails now. Purchased a rear shock upgrade for my 2019 MT-09 from them. Had an issue where the wrong address somehow transferred. Called them immediately and was pleasantly greeted and assured over the phone that my order would be updated. Burch took care of the issue, and had my Nitron NTR-1 out to me superrrrrr fast. The shock came setup already for my weight and was the PERFECT addition to my bike to alleviate that dreaded pogo-stick stock shock feeling. Cant wait to have them do my front suspension eventually.If youre looking to do upgrade your suspension, or just deal with a fantastic company, these are your guys for sure!

So we just ordered a 2019 KTM 690 Enduro R. Eurosport of Asheville North Carolina got this bike all set up for me in less than 30 days including this set up with suspension!These guys got the bike sorted lowered 2 inches and it rides amazing set up perfectly for my weight can’t wait to put the miles and many hours on this thing. FYI this was the first 2019 they touched and this thing is pretty dialed already. If you have a WP suspension currently you guys arent going to have to look very far good things coming their way!
