I have used this store weekly for years, I will taking my business elsewhere. Everytime I go there at least one thing isnt available. often staff is standing around talking.. .if you ask if they have what I need in the back, response I have received... we will dig through maybe in a few days. And when I return the next week stuff still not there. I have serious concerns about the care of the baby chicks

Out of 6 employees I saw while in the store for 20 minutes, only 2 were wearing masks, and one was wearing it around her neck, although they had a masks required sign outside. So irresponsible and disrespectful. Will never shop here again. I would like to add the young woman working as a cashier was the only one with a mask on properly, and she was very nice, as well. I hope she finds somewhere better to work.

I like tractor supplys, they have almost everything you want and need

Drive all the way from Fletcher to get propane but yet nobody in the store knows how to put gas in a freaking small 40 lb tank. You offer a service someone should be there to provide it, not waste my time or gas to drive there.

I needed 2 - 6 foot wide gates for mower access to a couple areas. They were in stock and available. As an added bonus, they also had the pressure-treated posts. This was a true one-stop run!

Kind of an old fashioned store, but that’s good. Always a friendly staff who was very helpful. On weekends the lines can get long and they do everything they can to have both registers open. The prices are competitive on pet food. Only four stars because they fill the primary parking spaces out front with merchandise. Bad move.

Tractor supply in Hendersonville NC is a great place to shop. I needed 8 ft tee post they were out but ordered more and called me when they come in. Really nice people. I recommend this store. GREAT PLACE

Lots of novel things here for a city girl anyway, they are things I have rarely seen. Good place for feed for my pet chickens... waiting for them to have ducklings as i want 3, pets also. They sell guinea fowl who are great cos they eat TICKS and other pests so they are wonderful pest control without ruining the ecosystem.

October 1,2020. Husband and I went in to purchase meds for chickens. I went for help, husband went looking in aisles. Walked over to 2 men employees, another employee was behind something but I heard very disrespectful things coming from his mouth to the other employee (which was a Hispanic man) about this time husband walks around to the one being rude and ask where the product would be, he exclaims that you should look for it yourself . The 3rd employee was the store manager, I told him I didnt appreciate the way he was being talked to . It was a horrible experience. Come to see the Hispanic man was name Eliadio. He thanked me for taking up for him and said that they do that to him all the time!. I said to the store manager I would not be back there to shop.

I love this store. They may not always have everything in stock but they can tell you when they will.

Ordered 3 45# bags of dog food. I love that it was delivered and put on my porch. Also got me some popcorn. You all are awesome!#notgettingout

I love this store! This is where I buy dog food, cat food and other pet supplies. Any farming type supplies can be found here along with baby chicks, and most types of animal feed. This is where we have gotten all of our fencing materials as well.The most unusual thing I buy at Tractor Supply? Greeting cards! If you like quirky and something other than Shoebox this is the place to shop.

Tractor Supply has most every thing you need in the line of hardware as well as everything for the farm and for the care of your livestock. They have a great supply of pet care products, clothing, hand and power tools, snacks and cold drinks. You can get all this without having to go to the large chain supply store. You have the feel of a local hardware store and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I saw online that Tractor Supply had the suet feeder that I wanted. What I didnt notice was that it wasnt actually in the store for purchase, just online. The salesman informed me that the store had just set up a customer computer so you can order right there. After a few tries, I ordered the feeder that I had been wanting which will be delivered to my home. One can also order site to store. Great service and selections!

I got 50 pounds of clumping cat litter for $10.00! Dog food and cat food prices are extremely reasonable. Workers are friendly and helpful! Great shopping experience. Wild Bird food some of the best prices Ive seen!

Always have what Im looking for and if they dont they can look it up and order it for you. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They know where things are located at it the store making your visits fast and easy.

Do NOT use the vet at Tractor Supply. They’ll advertise $20 rabies shots, not listen to you when you get there and the vet techs and vet attempt to up sell you while putting the guilt trip on you.When we would not do the $97/pet package for each of our 14 year old dogs, the vet and techs became rude and even called out my wife’s interactions with another customer and dog because my wife was trying to protect our dogs.Pay the office visit fee. Go to a real vet. Stay FAR away from the Saturday vet shots at Tractor Supply.

Just left there. The bigger woman had no mask on, the young girl had hers on wrong and so did the older lady. If a customer had to wear it then they should too.

Great store. But there prices are high. I get the same feed for my chickens and dogs at 1/2 the price from a feed store. And I always seem like I have to wait . Staff had no clue how to answer simply questions about the chickens they sell.

This place is Fabulous. Zoe one of the Employees was so helpful in helping me finding a western wear top for my Aunt. To the manager Thanks for hiring such helpful employees. This was my last hope in finding something for my Aunt.

Really get fed up with this location. Needs help bad. Truly not a pleasant place to interact with employees. If I have to ask for anything I choose to leave. Especially in the evenings, the mornings tend to have a better attitude.

Always great customer service and the friendliest people. Being able to bring my dog inside the store is really a nice thing to allow especially for people with service dogs. Will always get my pet supplies from tractor supply. Best prices

I like this place, it has nice things, but it is quite expensive, I always find myself looking at things that I would like to buy, but it is too expensive, so I put it right back down. This place has feed for most farm animals, including dogs, birds, and rabbits, and it has tack for horses, and equipment for building almost anything, it has clothing for people who work outside, nothing fancy here, just some nice camouflage shirts, and rubber boots youll find here. Overall, if you have money, and you work outside a lot, or have a few animals, this would be a good store for you.

Tractor supply is your GO-TO place to find everything from propane heaters to barn stall mats low cost pet shots on Saturday mornings to gun safes a great store all around friendly staff and even baby chicks what more could you want from a store

Not a place I would shop at but my gal found some rain boots there that she liked. No one offered to help us even after I signaled to a guy. Inventory is sketchy most likely between seasons.

They lied, were hateful, disrespectful and absolutely not customer friendly.Update: I have recently just had the best of experience with Donna. She is absolutely a joy to speak to now and I look forward to seeing her there. I really am thrilled to see how a negative has to become a positive. Good place for about anything you need for farm and animals. Clothes and upscale decor. Prices a tad high on clothes. Boots here too. Nice employees.

When I first drove up I immediately noticed all of the trash out in their parking lot and in front of the store. There is trash inside their gated products also. They need to take a day and use their employees to pick up trash. It makes their store look less than desirable.

Manager looked at me as if I was stealing. Was going to buy birthday gift. I will not buy from place that is so suspicious of innocent people

The employee named Josh at this location is so lazy and always acts as though he is beyond miserable. My wifes complains to another employee named Chris and his response is yeah its a personality thing. What?? No sorry for the issues nothing! Tractor supply really has bottom of the barrel employees and customer service .

Typically Tractor Suppy is an excellent place to go but the cashier was not on her game that day. She acted very annoyed when we pointed out she overcharged us. We spent quite a bit of money & she didnt thank us for our purchases.On the other hand when we were looking at the biddys the workers were very friendly & chatted with us.

Store is filthy, isles are too small to push a cart through, and good luck finding an employee willing to help. They never have more than one cashier open. They often have multiple organizations present at the same time harassing you for money as you enter, exit the store. Ive been to several different Tractor Supply stores and this one is by FAR the worst. I cant wait until Rural King builds a store in Hendersonville and puts Tractor Supply out of business.
