Thank you for the lovely canvas prints. this was my first experience ordering them, and I will be back! i sent you three photographs of varying quality, although they were all hi-resolution. the canvas prints that you sent me were all hi-resolution as well, and in perfect sizes. when I took them out of the boxes they were undamaged and very nicely prepared. I was able to hang two directly, the third needed a hammer to secure the hanging mechanism on the back of the frame. I did not mind this.

The prints were better than I expected. Absolutely perfect and I will order again, to be sure.

My canvas came in good, secure packaging as well. My order arrived about 18 days after I purchased it which isn’t bad considering delays right now with covid. I reached out to the company a few days ago inquiring about my order to see if it would help shipped soon and I received a response back within 24 hours. So not only was it a good quality canvas, the company also had good communication. The price was also just right compared to other companies that wanted to charge twice as what I paid through this company. I ordered a print on wooden frame for which I provided the digital image. The first shipment arrived with the print slightly, but noticeably misaligned. I brought it to the attention of cust service and within the space of a few short email messages I had a new print on the way. The second print was perfect. I dont think its fair to expect perfection from any vendor, but making good when satisfaction isnt achieved is the mark of an excellent operation. CanvasPrints definitely deserves these 5 stars.

Definitely will order again. There was a slight delay in getting the items however that was due to the pandemic but I am very happy with the product and the recommendation they suggested when I was choosing a size for the canvases. The website is user friendly and prices are reasonable.

The material these canvas prints are printed on is not a true canvas similar to that an artist would use.. It appears to be a vinyl coated fabric. So if youre expecting a surface resembling painted canvas, get over it.

Do NOT waste your money. UPDATE: Customer service emailed me and said they would only give me 40% off a new order instead of making it right. Very sad for a business.

I sent in a sunrise pic with minimal expectations, as this was going to hang in my bathroom. I was blown away- the canvas print is GORGEOUS and now hanging in my dining room area. I’m definitely ordering with CanvasPrints.com again.

Ordered several prints and was happy with all. I first was going to order from another company but they said my photo resolution was too low and would not take the order. Canvas prints does have a warning but processed the order and I was happy with the result. Honestly I was expecting the print to not be as clear due to my poor quality file but pleasantly surprised.

I ordered 4 prints on different sizes that all came out looking really nice. The material of the print and the individual packaging made the end product feel worth the already reasonable pricing. The only feedback I have is the build time and shipping time are separate which I wish was noted on the website. Shipping arrived as quickly as promised but the print and build time took longer than I expected it to. Regardless, I would buy again just sooner than I thought I needed it by.

Ordered a canvas print for my fiance for christmas, and ignoring the delay in shipping which i understand, the quality is terrible and I refuse to give it to her. The colors are terrible and the stretch is poor. Ive tried contacting them but they refuse to respond past the please provide more details. Avoid at all costs.

EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. I ordered 2 prints and both had issues the wood frame is cheap fiberboard and the bottoms edge of one was bowed, the other has staples poking thru the front of my picture where they missed the wood all together. Shipping was $ yet they came stacked on each other with no cardboard or anything and the bottom canvas was stretched and has a big wave in it up against the frame and was not worth displaying. I immediately sent an email and customer service got back to me several days later... one email said “our team is looking into it”, another said they would re-do the order, but I have been less than impressed and still don’t know what’s going on(Weeks ago), even though I included pictures showing the poor product construction and print paint that is cracked along every edge on the bend.If you choose to use this company, don’t get anything printed that you want to see the edges of. They “wrap” WAY MORE than .75in, and the part of my photo that is stapled to the back of the frame proves that, as well as the guide lines that don’t match up, letting me know even more this place is a cheap rip. Also be prepared to wait for your order, not a quick turn around at all.In the end it goes back to, I guess you get what you pay for.... HIGHLY recommend you consider other options. If you want to see pics or know more, feel free to contact me via google or FB and I will be happy to help save you the headache.***Update: the company shipped 2 re-prints after the issues noted above. Neither was flawless, nor was I left feeling like I got my money’s worth. Communication was all over the place and never in sync from one email/person to another. Awesome job & great quality. I ordered a 16x24 canvas for my wifes bday of us in Disney World and it came out excellent. It was completed and shipped faster than the other place Ive ordered from in the past and not only that, it cost less and is much better quality. The wooden frame is much thicker and sturdier than the others I have. Ill be using CanvasPrints from now on.

Would not recommend. I had ordered a canvas for valentine’s day and paid for 2 day shipping. My package didn’t come for 3.5 weeks. I kept calling and emailing but no one ever got back to me. I didn’t even have a tracking number. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone they said that the package would be delivered that day (3.5 weeks later). I asked for a refund on at least my shipping and once again never heard back. Would definitely not order from them again or ever recommend them to family and friends.
