Bad experiences at both Hendersonville and Gallatin stores. Manager was very unprofessional and rude. Also bought vitamins and they were all melted together in the container.

Friendly and always have what i want

I won’t lie, I was skeptical due to previous reviews, but very pleasantly surprised. I went in looking for some energy drinks, the guy working (didn’t get his name) was so helpful and very nice! He showed me exactly what I was looking for and also educated me on my purchase. This is my go-to store from now on!

Went to get mass gainer and pre workout and spent 100 dollars. The rep was not very knowledgeable of any of the product he was selling in the store. Against my better judgement I still trusted his advice and which pre workout to buy. I told him exactly what I was looking for and I got the exact opposite. Now trying to call the store the number listed online is constantly “busy” won’t be going back and will tell my buddies to avoid spending a dollar in this store.

I dont know if I was dealing with the manager or a regular employee. Whoever was here at 630 at night was a complete jerk. Needed to return something because the taste was awful. He tells me its plant protein. Thats the most popular product in that section. Treated me like I ruined his day. I was nothing but nice and respectful. He then opened it up and saw I only used one serving so he said Ill probably put this back on the shelf. If you have to go to GNC youre better off going to a different location. Never coming back here. Work on your customer service skills and maybe thered be more than 0 people in your store.

Very nice store, the employees are super informative and respectful. They helped with finding a new product for just as much as my original product! I highly recommend this store.

Over price for the quality of products they sale

Walked up at 6:55 to be greeted by the clerk who had just locked the door to close at 7. He pointed at his hours sign and shrugged his shoulders. So he lost a sale and a customer for life. I hope you enjoyed that extra 5 minutes.

Guy who was working was actually knowledgeable about the products.

Store manager there is very rude and has no knowledge of any of the products that are sold there. Wants to give you an attitude when you ask a question and then tells you that you are wrong when you say anything. My gym is literally a building over and no one there goes to this gnc because of him. Lost about 200+ customers because of a lack of respect.

Awful hours. I have never seen a GNC that closes at 7 on a weekday. The only employee I ever see there is rude and has no knowledge of what hes selling. Ill stick with A1. Avoid this location!
