I placed a last minute order, as I didn’t pay attention to the weather and suddenly noticed the winter storm advisory. All of the click list availabilities were outside of my availability to pick up so I reached out to Jenna B. She had several orders she was preparing to fulfill for others, but insisted she could do it. Not only did she have a less than 24hr turnaround, but met me at the end of my shift at my job very late in the evening and loaded everything into my vehicle for me. She was unfamiliar with some of the items I needed for the baby, and asked you clarify she was certain she had the right items prior to leaving the stores. Had Jenna B not been able to fulfill my requests, I would not have been prepared with enough necessities during the snow this past week, as I live very far into the country. This is the second time that Jenna has literally come to my rescue when I needed it most (amongst a couple other normal day requests). Thank you for your courteousness, and swift timing as well as attention to detail. I will definitely recommend with 5 stars, and absolutely use your services in the future!!!
