WORTH THE WAIT OUR MONUMENT TURNED OUT GREAT. MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN I EXPECTED I WANT TO THANK DARRYL MCMAHAN OF CUSTOM MONUMENTS FOR DOING SUCH AN INCREDIBLE JOB I COULDNT HAVE HONORED MY MOTHER WITH A MORE BEAUTIFUL STONE. YOU HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT. WONDERFUL BEST DAY EVER

I dont even give this place 1 start but had to choose one to post! I fully regret me and my mother buying my fathers headstone from this place. We paid in full for his stone in November 2018 amd here it is february of 2020 and no stone. We have went on the news and he also faces 82 counts of obtaining property and its still going through the court. My heart is breaking because my daddy has no stone on his grave. He deserves better than this😭

This business is horrible! We ordered a monument and paid in full in late October 2018. This is now July 2019 and the monument has not yet be placed. They are never in the office and never answer the phone. No one will return our phone calls. I will not recommend to anyone! I suggest you purchase a monument for loved one from another source.

This place is ridiculously slow. My grandfather passed away in March 2017 and they still have not placed his headstone. They are also twice as expensive as other places. I feel that they took advantage of my grandmother and now 7 months later we are still waiting for them to deliver and setup the headstone. Beware people!!!

No one returned my calls either......now it seems like Im just SOL. How could you do this to me and my mom? I trusted you....Hendersonville isnt supposed to have people like you.

Feb 2018 our family purchased a grave marker for our mother.It was guaranteed that it will be in place Sept 2018. After unreturned phone calls and a trip to Asheville the product has yet to be made or refund of monies paid as of Dec 10, 2018. Looks like our family headed to small claims court !

My grandmother in law ordered a headstone for my aunt around the end of August time last year and we have yet to get it installed and now they are ignoring my phone calls!
