Amazing staff! They were so helpful in helping my husband and I find sunglasses that we love and were patient and funny! We didnt get the girls name but the guys name was Adam. They were both awesome!!!

Great service, sales associate was very knowledgeable, and because of her knowledge and information she provided on the sales I purchased two pairs of glasses. Clean and friendly store and they abide by covid 19 rules to make sure everyone is safe.

Terrible customer service!!! Store manager at Hendersonville, Tn store called me a swindler multiple times for trying to use the Replacement Coverage 5O% 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 on broken pair which is clearly stipulated on the back of the receipt. Manager even tried the delay-game tactic hoping I would leave by saying she needed to call her district manager to get confirmation on something that is clearly written on back of receipt. Irony on the swindler comment is that manager tried to give me credit twice for a pair of glasses I was trying to return and I refused to take credit the second time. Also, manager said she was ok with only having a customer for one day and not a repeat customer for life. Don’t go here. Then I tried to complain to the corporate office and their Customer Service email address at corporate is disabled.

I have used this Sunglass Hut since it was placed at the Streets of Indian Lake. I Have always received exceptional service. They always honor the lowest price and they always fix/replace broken products. Needless to say this is the only spot I purchase sunglasses from.
