Dont trust their order online pickup in store. I placed an order for pickup, and the website said there were 37 of the item in stock. Drove about 20 miles out there and found out they dont have the item at all. At least I got a refund. Better call ahead and see if they actually have the item.

Didnt find the body pillow I was looking for but I got a couple of cute flower pots. Also found small spray hand sanitizers that smell good. Also found really nice Better Homes & Garden shower curtain ($19?) with matching bath mats ($15) both were very nice quality.I had to ask help and the lady was so nice and friendly. The young lady who checked me out was super nice as well.

A great store for sales and closeout deals. I went to get 2 storage organizers bogo 50% in stock last day of the sale. Just what I need to start decluttering.

Clean store, most employees were friendly and helpful. Some prices are a little higher than what I would pay for something. Always a fun store to check out, never know what theyre gonna have in stock.

This is overall just ate great and fun place to shop. Their prices are absolutely amazing as well as their selection of pretty much anything you want from food to furniture. And customer service here is just great

I think Big Lots is a nice enough store. A place with a small variety of things for the home, and convenience foods. The prices seem fair enough as well. At the register I was happy to see extra care taken for the things I had purchased, in that the cashier wrapped my glass items to keep them from breaking. Kudos to the lady named Norma that works there.

Finally found Zero Gatorade Lemon Lime. Bought all 5.

This is one of cleanest and most well stocked Big Lots I have shopped. I am always impressed and please when I go in this store.

Big lots use to be the place for a bargain.I find it harder each time i go to find that wow factor. There shelves like most of the stores as of late are emptier then i have ever seen in America. Its a sign that we are on the edge of what could be the last of our freedom. It is freedom to find a bargain, a fredom to govern our own comings and going, and what or how we choose to adorn our bodies . It is with this I try not to panic as i sound the alarm calmly and say. Walk in vote.It is becoming obvious our news media has been compromised.There is no longer free press to report facts,free from propganda & false narrative spins. It has been taken over by a few rich companies that want nwo to commence everywhere . They will use news search engines all forms of media entertainment sports to promote there idealogy. This store is clean and organized. They carry a wide variety of items at discount prices. I bought a floor model dressing table for my granddaughter and because it had a small crack in the wood, they discounted it 50%. Very customer friendly.

Always great people and help if needed.. so in my opinion they are worth a visit🥰

The Hendersonville Big Lots leaves a lot to be desired store front wise, but the staff was very nice.

I am very disappointed in the lack of respect of the management at Big lots. As the Management I’m meaning “Madelyn” she was very rude and very unhelpful.

I go to this location pretty often but today at the register the cashier Grace hot on my husband and it was extremely un professional. He had made the comment talking to me that if any stranger was to touch our child hed wrap them up like a pretzel. She said as long as I can have mustard!!!! Needless to say unless she no longer works there I will take my business elsewhere.

Hey Big, well lighted, store, what a very diverse inventory. Most of the prices are good, but be sure to shop around before making any final my decision. I came across two items that had been marked up rather than reduced in price. So, buyer beware. The manager did adjust the price to the old price. So kudos for that.

The fun thing about Big Lots is you just never know what you will find on any given day. We have a large Big Lots with a wide array of garden and patio, a furniture Dept, household treasures, food and beverages, clothing a more to wander thru the store and find your own treasure. Big Lots also offers lots of discounts, coupons and a reward card.

Well organized & easy to find things, but to locate an employee to assist me..they arent anywhere around. You have to find one. Theyre usually all the way up in the front of the store at the cash register. Great prices on many products!

Clean and neat. Well stocked. Most prices lower, some higher than other stores but you can also find items not found in other stores. Great selection of chips and snacks. Small toy section. Furniture at the back. Sofas, chairs, desks etc.

Nice low prices and they had exactly what I went in there for, solar lights. They were 20% off so they were even cheaper than Walmart. They have a nice selection of gourmet food for super cheap as well.

This Big lots is always clean and the cashier Lynne was really nice. She did not get frustrated when our reward card did not work and she put in an email address. The bathroom was clean and well stocked

I was looking for a bed for my air bnb. I found a very sturdy, good quality bed at a reasonable price. The sales clerk was excellent. I was very pleased.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I paid $600 for a recliner and I saw a similar one at Big Lots for $250. Try the Better Oats Brown Sugar Oatmeal.

Thursday Feb 1 3pm No one was there except for us and 6-8 customers. There were plenty of staff to help us. We got in and out faster than ever.
