I needed something super special for my friends birthday and I found TakeHold through Google and am so glad I did. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. After several in-person meetings (without any input) and a string of emails, I had an order quoted, mocked up, and ready to go when all of a sudden receive a measly TWO sentence email saying that unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to complete my order. After responding with multiple questions as to why (as anyone would), I was blatantly ignored and forgotten. After reaching out to Philip and his staff DIRECTLY to express my discomfort and confusion, I was yet again ignored. I gave a simple plea for answers and couldn’t even get that. I felt completely discouraged and worthless to this company. Not only was I led on to believe that my order would be completed in full, but the level of customer service was so low that I couldn’t even get an answer as to why it wouldn’t be. Save yourself the time, the energy, and the resources and do NOT give this company something they don’t deserve. Horrible experience.
