Wow Party City in Hendersonville, Glenbrook shopping center..- worst customer service ever! Sign says store is open until 9:00. I called and was told they were closing at 4:49. The girl was extremely rude. I was in the parking lot anyway and the doors were open so I walked up to entrance. I was told by same rude employee she had shut down all the registers and was trying to get all the customers out. Great business plan. Won’t be back. Saw 12 other customers turned away and rudely spoken too. Good thing their business is only open a couple months.

I was having a hard time finding a costume so I talked to Nichole and she was so helpful and friendly. She helped me with exactly what I needed. Great store, lots of options. I highly recommend this store.

It is 1:43 right now, door and website said y’all are open at 10am, in case you are wondering you aren’t open right now and I’m raising cane, this is not a good way to run a business nor does it reflect good on the store. Y’all won’t last this halloween season.

Dont say your open at 10 if your not! Drove from White House for nothing!

Stopped by at 12pm today only to find the doors locked and the business closed even though sign says they are open.

They have a small selection and everything is not the best quality
