So I wanted to buy my own PC parts and build a custom computer. It was great in theory but I ran into an issue and couldnt figure out what the problem was. I spent weeks that I could have been using my new pc, trying to figure out what the solution would be. I replaced several parts, still no fix. Finally on recommendation from Dilya w/ Jolly Ollies Pizza, I decided to take the parts I bought to ITS Techs and have them finish the job. It was the best decision I could have made. They figured out what I had done wrong, corrected the issue and returned my PC to me in a VERY NICE condition. I have to admit, my wiring and such probably wouldnt have looked as nice as what they did and the computer runs great! The work was done QUICK and price was affordable! I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to others going forward.

My computer was fixed in a timely manner, and the guys were very efficient. They fixed my desktop without having to replace a part. Cleaned the inside of my build and I appreciate the work they did!

ITS Tech has been a lifesaver for our business. They have been able to fix the many issues weve had with our computers and scanner without taking hours and hours trying to determine the problems.More importantly on a personal note, I had an old external hard drive full of old photos that was corrupt. I thought all the data was lost forever but Michael was able to retrieve all the photos! All the memories of my childs birthday parties, Holidays, lost family members were found. I cant thank him enough for all his help.I highly recommend ITS Tech!

I had a great experience with ITS TECHS. I had a desk top PC that I wanted to rebuild and upgrade and turn into a great entertainment PC. The customer service was outstanding! They advised me on products that would work best for this PC and they were always mindful of my budget. Thier products and services for the project were very reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and professional, they always took the time to explain steps, cost, product and instruction. Im very happy with my upgrade! I will continue to use ITS TECH for my PC needs.

We used ITS Techs to restore/repair 2 of our work computers. Staff was friendly and they were able to answer all of our questions while using minimal tech talk. They helped us understand the process while also being quick and reasonably priced.

Our main computer would not turn on.. called ITS Techs at 11am.. dropped machine off at 1pm.. back in business at 3:30pm. Thats quick service. 5 Stars

After a recent storm and a lightning strike we needed to get WiFi back up and running. The only consideration is Jim Butera and his team at ITS Techs. We use all Apple products so Jim sent his specialist Joe. Joe was personable, arrived on time, did the appropriate trouble shooting and had us up and running. Thank You so much!

Im really surprised to read some of the negative reviews of this place. Ive used these guys 3 times over the years and they have always been friendly, prompt, professional, performed great repairs, and been very reasonable with their prices. I used to go to the big box store in Rivergate for computer repairs, but they do not compare in service, price, or timeliness to this place. As long as things dont change, I will never take my computers anywhere else for repair. My personal experiences here have been great and so far all I can say is I highly recommend them.

These guys are only awesome. They help you above and beyond. They retrieved info off of two different dead computers! So quick, I couldnt believe it!

Being an avid gamer yet hardware shy this is the perfect place to repair or modify your PC. If your computer is suddenly shutting off with no BSOD it can be a tough problem to diagnose. They tested every component with the exception of my motherboard eventually coming to the conclusion that it was my graphics card; It was actually the power supply that was overheating. Having made the wrong diagnosis ITS TECH did what they needed to do to make it right. They installed a new PSU that is miles ahead of my old one in temperature performance and power consumption making my system more solid than it has ever been. If you are having computer issues I would take it to this local business run by people who stick to their word and do everything possible to please the customer.

If they dont fix it you dont pay, what more could you ask for. Jim and staff have helped me on many occasions with networking, new computer installs, debugging my kids computer that was loaded with spam and other problems that were created by myself here in the office. I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

Wasted my money! They charge a 45+tax assessment fee. Which is not refundable. Your basically paying for them to look at it and give advice. I knew i could go somehwere else that doesnt charge to look at it and give me advice but i was desperate.and in the end didnt even get them to work on it. Wasted money. I appreciated the advice tho. It was good advice but still wasted money. Went to a place down the street from here and they temporarily fixed my problem free of charge. Nice people down there.

Had my Mac Mini there and had agreed to get a new board for it. But, the cost of the board and other things I wanted was getting close to the price of a new mac mini. They pointed that out and said maybe that I would want to consider getting a new mac mini - even though they lost money because I didnt do the repair. I ended up not doing the repair with them but they did a great job figuring out the problem and giving me the best solution even though the solution was not to spend more money repairing a computer with them. On second thought, being in the computer industry and knowing as much as I do about hardware, it should have been obvious I was getting close to the price of a new mac mini. I have a lot of respect for their integrity and competency to diagnosis problems. They rock!

My computer crashed on a very busy work day (with a very cranky 4 month old, also making things very stressful). They had my computer checked out, fixed, and ready for pick up all on that very day. Thank you!
