I already Dont get out much so GameStop is a place where Im at least somewhat comfortable.even though some employees are very nice….I walked in and saw no one. when I turned around a girl was there. I jokingly said the sun must have blocked my view since she was obviously there. She then told me she had been sitting on the floor. I looked around and after not feeling comfortable and finding nothing I asked if there was anything new for switch. She barely even acknowledged me and asked what do you mean while staring off into a corner of the store. Her demeanor was really freaking me out so I lost my thought and began stuttering. After realizing I was having a hard time she rudely told me the only two games coming out. I had reached my social limit and walked out before she finished.

This game stop feels like its on its last legs. Attached to a dying/dead mall, this store feels mediocre at best. The used game selection is almost non-existent and the staff are awkward and persistent about pushing whatever new pre-order bonus or annual subscription is next in their sales-quota script. As if all of that wasnt enough, the games are often cheaper on Amazon if youre willing to wait an extra 2 days. Theres a reason I havent gone to a GameStop in years and unfortunately this location has all of the negatives bundled into one.

I am NOT a gamer and often times I am mildly intimidated at the process of shopping for my two sons(10&8)who enjoy video games. This store will ALWAYS be my go-to! Chris(manager) was very helpful and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable and the customer care and service I, not only, experienced but witnessed with other customers was impressive, to say the very least.Because of Chris, this Game Stop will forever be the one I visit for any gaming needs!!!SN: to any non-gaming parents/family members out there who are intimidated, confused, or unsure of where to go to fulfill those wish-lists PLEASE go see Chris, you wont regret it.

Great staff, courteous and friendly, helped me get a WiiU Pro Controller so I could play Mario Bros with my Pham.Low inventory and stock. Slightly expensive but I don’t think I could have found it anymore. Also added a 2 year replacement plan so I am guaranteed two years more of Mario. Thanks.

I honestly dread going into GameStop sometimes, because I know I am going to be bombarded with questions about pre-ordering, and sales. But this GameStop is much better about it. They still ask some questions, but they always take no as an answer, and stop asking. Theyre always very friendly here, even for a GameStop. You can tell theyre actually gamers who genuinely enjoy to talk about games with you. Definitely some of the friendliest staff I have ever seen!

And I believe recycle reuse (lesser plastics eventually ending up in the ocean) and not to mention savings The 1 less star was for the fact ONLY NEW titles were on display at this store Research have borne out that 20-25% of sales are impulse buys (you can look this up) You see something you like you buy it But being asked what youre looking for defeats that entirely So please bring back the pre-owned shelves backThe staff is wonderful though

Best GameStop in the area! The manager and employees are helpful and knowledgeable, yet there is a no pressure feel when I go in. I have personally witnessed the managers professionalism during his handling of an angry customer. He was above reproach in his actions regardless of how aggressively the customer treated him. Had a great experience today. Chris, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful pointing me in the right direction as far as what system I want for the family. He knew so much about the system and the games for it. It certainly helped me feel good about my purchase.I recommend coming here.

Chris is amazing. I came in to buy a few games with my rambunctious toddler in tow. Not only was he extremely helpful he played with her while I browsed. He made her feel special and still engaged in nerdy banter with me. Gamestop is lucky to have him.

The employees are always helpful and enjoyable to speak to. When they ask if you need help, it doesnt feel like they are stalking you hoping to catch you stealing something. They are very knowledgeable about mostly all video games and console. A breath of fresh air!!!

Sales associate was friendly but tried to really sell me on stuff I did not intend on buying. He was nice but it was a but much as far as the sales pitch.

Employees dont always know what their talking about. Seem like there only there for a check. Not a good place to trade games. Can have some good deals on used games

The employees are friendly and helpful. However, I have purchased numerous used games from this shop and constantly they dont work. I understand thats the risk you take purchasing used, its just clear looking at these games that they shouldnt have been sold to begin with.

Sold a 14 year old a rated M game because sales are more important.

Im not a gamer. My PS3 was basically a Blu-ray player. I dont know much about gaming. I cant say enough good things about the salesperson, she was having the worst day of her life and handled it like a true professional. For that I would definitely be doing business here for that reason alone.

Finally enjoy going to this game stop again. After years of bad management and poorly trained staff they are finally getting it together. New staff and management are great. Store looks better than it has in years. Happy to start going back.

Bought two used systems in the last 3-days and neither of them worked. Ill be getting a refund and taking my money elsewhere... The time, money, and incovience of having to travel back and forth to the store negates the money saved! Not to mention I had two nights (1st time in forever) that I could have enjoyed some gaming but GameStop has officially screwed that entire thing up.... So, thanks for wasting my time!

Make sure if you used their credit card promotion, you get it on paper. My card credit promotion was never applied. Which gave me no reason to use credit. A waste of time to fix.
