I ordered 2 cheesecake platters to be delivered to my job for my coworkers for Mothers Day. They arrived just in time for lunch. The driver, Kenny, was very courteous. The platters were a huge hit with my coworkers. Way to go Hendersonville!!!

First time to make a order as a walk in just wanted to order something small for my Husband and the lady tells me I could get something from what they had left from Saturday and its Monday morning at 10 am come on now you can keep that s---. This just happened never ..again....

I was very pleased with the service over the phone. BB was the person who took our order. We ordered the Merry Christmas Platter which was a big hit! I appreciate good service. We were able to pick it up same day. I regret I did not take a photo. We will call upon this store again. I just saw the review below this one, I had the exact opposite experience with BB. Well we had good service. We delivered the platter to our favorite restaurant, Tazikis, for the staff as a Christmas gift. :)

I placed an order with them for same day delivery & before doing so, I read all of the terms & conditions. No where in there, did it state that they wouldnt deliver to a hospital unless I could walk outside & grab it. I would have never placed an order if I was with the recipient. If that were the case, I could have went to my local grocery store & bought a fruit platter, a card, and some get well balloons & delivered them myself. It would have been significantly cheaper to do that. I really wish they would specify this on their website before customers go ahead with their purchases. They also told me it would be late this evening before they could deliver it anyway. (This was not on a holiday.) It almost seemed like they were just trying to encourage me to cancel my order. Which I did end up doing. They said the refund would take 3-5 business days, which is extremely inconvenient. Thats a lot of money for sliced fruit with sticks in it, and now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. This is the 2nd bad experience Ive had with this store. My mother also had an experience with them where the arrangement she ordered looked nothing like the picture online. Ive learned my lesson this time. I will not be ordering from them again.

First, let me say that the woman I ordered from was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was Bebe or Dede, she mumbled. She acted as if she didnt have time for my questions and referred me to the website. I called her back after looking on the website. I was going to order fruit but the prices were outrageous...$88.00 for an arrangement that would feed 2 people, thats w/out tax and delivery. So I asked if she could make a pretty box of the asst homemade cookies and dipped strawberries. She said, yes, they have a box like that. I asked her how many cookies and berries would be in it. She said, 2 dozen asst cookies and 6 dipped berries. I told her that would be fine, paid and ask if it could be delivered first thing in the morning. She assured me that it would be first thing at 10:00 when delivery person arrived.. Long story short. It only had 12 cookies and 6 berries for over $60.00. I called to complain and she lied and said that it was only supposed to have 1 dozen cookies. I told her that she wasnt telling the truth and she hung up on me. I feel like calling my credit card company and disputing the $ 60.00 charge. Also, the box was not delivered until late afternoon...so much for first thing in the AM. Lying and hanging up on a customer! Smh... I wont be doing business with them again and recommend no one does.

Amazing customer service! Just purchased the Birthday Bear Strawberries and driver accidentally forgot the Bear. Not only did they bring it back quickly but made certain we were satisfied with our order. Outstandingly friendly. I am a very Happy Customer and recommend this service to all!

One of the worst customer service I have ever received from any decent human being. I called in to see if they had a certain item available for pick up. She told you should’ve ordered and hung up in my face. Called back to speak to the manager refused to do so and said that you can complain if you want but you don’t know my name and hung up again. If I could give this location a zero I would absolutely horrible customer service.

Do not recommend their fruit arrangements. My husband bought one back in August for me - without delivery. Was very small and not worth the money he spent. I didn’t tell him because who wants to complain about a special treat!! He tried them again for Valentines, with delivery. They delivered to my work after 6pm. Again, arrangement not worth the money. The pineapple was juicy and the strawberries were OK but the green leafy stuff was more noticeable than the fruit itself. Not only that- but a business delivery after 6pm? I had to stay and wait for it because he asked me at 530p if I received a delivery. I said no. He was not happy. I waited around for it. It sucks the surprise was ruined due to late delivery times. Would not recommend. People at my work agreed it was not recommended, as well. If he could get a partial refund that’d be nice but that’ll never happen so we just won’t use this service again.

Not big on their arrangements...but they make incredible smoothies from their arrangement scraps. Brilliant and tasty idea!

I love edible arrangements. They have awesome fruit but when you get horrible service you dont want to go back. We went to this edible arrangements and the personnel working today gave horrible costumer service. They still had 2 hours to close and it seemed like they were upset they had to work. We ordered 4 fruit cup salads and one of the ladies was huffing and puffing because she had to prepare them..... how are you going to do that in front of your costumers. The other lady was telling her to calm down. Just plain rude from the start when we came in to her being upset to cut up some oranges. I probably wont be coming back to this store again.

I love their delicious smoothies prepared in front of you from fresh fruits at your choice, without added sugar.

Whether it is winter or not there should be a fresh supply of smoothie materials prepped and ready to go. The counter staff was however very nice, and offered to prep the things needed for what I wanted, but I just didnt have time to wait.

My go to place after a workout. You wouldnt think to go here but they can add whey protein to your drink! Must try!!!!
