Requested quotes for a few separate projects. Spoke with a representative and I provided interior room layouts, photos, material selection etc. Never heard back.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER. My husband and I were looking to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom, we dont live here fulltime so having someone we could trust was important. For 5 months we have been stringed along. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. But it went from bad to worse. Today, we got into town to be told the truth. They DONT HAVE STAFF nor anyone to do the CADD drawings. Why didnt they tell us this rather than continue to withhold and lie. On top of it NO OFFER of a REFUND for the deposit we gave for the drawings specifically.

I have to admit, Ive never used your services, but we are neighbors in the shopping center. This company has been so polite and accommodating for us. The team members are always helpful and friendly.Just wanted to show some appreciation for being awesome neighbors 👍(Plus everyday when I leave work, Google always asks how was Pacos Tile?) 😂

The workmanship was of very high quality but it was a little slow because Pacos staff is very busy now that everyone is staying home and renovating because of the pandemic. I enjoyed working with Pacos staff and highly recommend this company.

We received excellent service with Paco Tile specifically from Sales Associate, Mary. She was patient and helpful especially when we were indecisive. She walked us through many options and helped us think creatively about patterns we had not considered. She was detail oriented and very attentive in person and followed up promptly by email. If you are looking for high end tile and great service, this is the place to go!

I have hired Pacos for two small jobs, and they did an excellent job on both. Both of the jobs were to fix the mistakes others had made, with some additional tile installed as well. Most companies will tell you that no job is too small, but you really dont get their best effort because its not the most profitable job for them. I understand that. Rare is the experience where the small job gets the royal treatment, and thats what I got from Pacos. They were polite, punctual, conscious of my home, clean, and professional. The quality of their work is excellent, and its all done with a smile, and a friendly attitude. Their workers, owner, and office staff are a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

This is the second job we have used Pacos for....they are punctual polite and the finished job is awesome... Brianna is a godsend when it comes to helping decide on interior design..we will definitely use Pacos again to floor our upstairs

We hired Paco tile because of the reputation the company has in Hendersonville.I have to say I CANNOT recommend this contractor. A three day job has taken over three weeks to complete. I am a fellow tradesman and I cannot believe the poor workmanship I have experienced.With explicit instructions on how I wanted my highly patterned floor tile laid they laid it as they saw fit. Its no where near where I specified.It took three times to get our shower floor to where we wouldnt slice a foot while talking a shower. And even with their own shop drawings they attempted to lay it wrong.If you want high end tile work go somewhere else.

We hired Paco’s to do the tile in our bathroom, but we found extensive water damage in the subfloor and wall so we had to re-do the whole thing. Everyone from Paco’s was super helpful in every step of the process, but most importantly, they were very professional, easy to communicate with, honest, reasonably priced, and quick. We lucked out finding this company and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

The installation crew showed up on time. They were respectful, acted professionally and worked quickly. They also made suggestions which, was helpful.

Pacos Tile did a tile job for us in March of 2018 along with sealing a shower enclosure. When the shower seal failed in October we called them for a service call. When we called to find out why no one had contact us, they claimed it was our fault because the solid surface wasnt sealed properly. Caveat emptor!PS: All of this work tile, grout and silicone sealing was done by Pacos crew no matter what explanation they give.

Pacos did a great job on our master bathroom. The tile job was about $4,000., the total job for tile, vanity, toilet, hardware and fixtures added another $2,000
