The store is ALWAYS clean and being restocked. The isles are wide, the employees are always very polite and helpful (and masked). The selection is great. If you don’t see what you want, ask someone, there has been times when they started carrying what we asked for that they didn’t have. It’s usually a very nice place to shop (except when it’s packed) then we just return later, it’s only 10 minutes away.

Publix has the best subs outside of northern delicatessens. Store brands often better then name brands. Very knowledgeable courteous staff, and extremely clean inviting atmosphere.

Love this supermarket. Clean, staff exceptionally helpful. Great products. Excellent sushi. Good butchers and fish departments too.

I dont really like giving any place five stars I just feel like five stars means it has to be out of this world but I feel like as far as grocery stores are concerned Publix deserves five stars. Publix customer service is amazing employees are always nice and greeting they keep the store nice and clean its just a nice experience. Personally its my favorite place to shop for groceries you should definitely switch grocery stores and shop at Publix.

I drive past a grocery store two minutes away and travel 20 minutes to shop at Publix. It is such a pleasant experience, the employees are so nice, and I love their buy one, get one free! They are also less expensive than Ingles.

After returning farther south following 12+ years in non-Publix territory, it is great to have a Publix in my new location. I have already visited my local store multiple times, and it was a pleasing experience. Great presentation, wide aisles, and friendly folks. My favorite sub place! I signed up with Publix and downloaded the app. Good app that I use all the time and also pay from the app. The app is well designed and useful. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I appear to know the app better than the Publix associates. Minor item that does not detract from a great organization.

My familys favorite grocery store to shop. We love the insta-cart pick up. I do wish in the future that they will have a few Level 2 EV chargers in their parking lot. The Ingles and Hendersonville Co-Op near by both have Level 2 EV chargers.

I gave a one star because I came in today to pick up a cake, I ordered on line the bakery told I had to pick up from catering, but catering didn’t have so had to go back to bakery to get!! No big deal but the lady at customer service was very rude and disrespectful especially after me spending my money in there if people don’t like there job and want to be rude then maybe working with the public not for you!!!

I love this store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is so clean, organized. Unfortunately there are apologize signs when they are out stock. I live far from the store and dont have time to get back to get the items I need. Still a 5 star grocery store!

Went to Publix to purchase some shrimp for Halloween snacks. Gentleman in seafood dept was very helpful and went out of his way to help men.

Not going to lie I REALLY LOVE Publix, I grew up on the store & everything but this specific store today gave me trouble, I just went to grab a few samples just to try & see what they had, then I proceeded to use the bathroom. I came out & started walking towards the deli just to grab some spicy fried wings & one of the store managers came up to me & asked how I was. I said I was doing alright then he said I needed to leave. I asked why I needed to leave & he said I looked like I was on something & my first thought was on what? I dont do anything I am a clean man, I dont even drink. Then he proceeded to say I was Bothering some people, Bothering who!? I didnt do anything to anyone. So long story short I got kicked out for absolutely nothing by a store manager nonetheless, I am extremely disappointed by my experience here & I am going to talk to the corporate office to make sure to have a talk with this manager. You know who you are, Im coming for you.

Great selection but way too expensive and hard to use handicapped parking because there an entrance only and exit only so unless you can get a space directly in between the doors its too much of a hike for people like me with weak hearts and breathing issues. I ended up going to a different grocery store because I can enter andexit at either doors so handicapped spaces are easy.

1st time in this store. We used to live in FL so we stopped in to see how it compared. We were not disappointed and were very excited. The health rating of their Deli and Meat Department is 100. The store is very clean the staff were very friendly and although we live 55 minutes away in Lake Lure we will make this at least a monthly shopping experience. So many things we remembered that we liked that we could only get at Publix. And its the same here in Hendersonville. We loved loved loved this store.

This is a large store with lots of room for everything they have. If youre new to the area, its a bit difficult to find, initially. Just remember its on Copper Penny.

I give the employees at this Publix 5stars. They are always pleasant and helpful. Although I usually use self check, its always been easy.My misfortune is that I like to shop early, and sometimes things havent been restocked. From their side, it shows theyre popular. From my side, it drops them to 4stars. Although when Ive asked, theyve been helpful.

Doesnt seem like it is run as efficient as Publix in Florida. Too many things out of stock, not enough cashiers & baggers. Regularly bag my own groceries. Dont even get me started on slow sub/ deli area. It is clean & workers they do have are friendly.

The Publix in Hendersonville (Hendo) was just like most Publix are - Clean, Fully Stocked, No Lines to Check-Out and courteous Employees!I didnt get a chance to eat at their deli inside this location, but Im betting it is DELICIOUS!

When ever I am near Publix I go into the bakery and if they have elephant ears, flying saucers or apple flips I get at least one of each, but they rarely have all 3 so I get 2 of one of the others and I take and share them with friends!

Asked for help in produce section, just so happened to also be one of the managers I asked help from and he wouldn’t help me find a few items on my list. I also had two sub sandwiches that were suppose to be ready and they said they couldn’t find them and then ended up tossing them out. So not only did I not have to spend a good amount looking for the items on my list, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes just for my subs. Hendersonville Publix is probably the worst one in the area. They are unorganized and a few of the managers are rude and unprofessional.

The boars head sandwich shop is always so slow where is the efficiency this will be the first time I ever actually get a sandwich from here because I actually have time to wait every other time Ive had to go before my sandwich is done and when I say a little bit of all veggies I mean it i cant eat a sandwich if its to big to fit in my mouth

Ok.. I have been shopping at Grocery stores for sometime now. Yes im 50+. From the west coast where Safeway is Big. I did a little shopping there, and there was a fruit/Veg stand and next door was a meat market in Capitola where I use to do my main shopping (that was fantastic) so here on the East Coast there is a store called Publix. Wow!! Truly a wonderful store! The main thing I love about Publix is the employees. They actually pay attention to you and will do anything to help you. At Publix their main goal is the Customer! Some people say they are expensive, but that is not true at all. Their weekly sales are fantastic! Buy one, get one free! You don’t have to have a silly coupon or silly card. It’s just plain and simple and common sense. I find their selection and prices very good actually. The detail the employees take and the quality that you find is nothing but the best! It does not matter if your up in Tennessee or down in Miami. It’s Publix and it about the Customer!

Usually love Publix but this visit while waiting at the sandwich counter a staff member walked by me like I wasnt there. I ended up walking away after 10 minutes. Have to say this is unusual but still disappointed as customer service was missing and down right disrespectful

I go primarily for the pharmacy. They are always professional and courteous there.On occasion, I visit the hot bar.To be honest the entree selection is limited compared to others nearby.

Clean, bright, well-stocked, competitive prices, diverse inventory, and friendly staff. No discount card or phone number necessary for sale prices. Every employee and vendor wearing a face covering, properly. All but one couple (customers) wearing masks. Ill never go back to their cross-town competitor (rhymes with shingles), especially Howard Gap Rd at Chimney Rock Rd. Thank you Publix for keeping our community and employees safe!

I just wanted to leave a compliment to the many amazing employees at this location. I shop at this Publix all the time and the employees always exceed my expectations. I visited this location today and I want to express my gratitude to the employees who were working in the deli/hot bar this morning. I didn’t catch the employees name who was working the hot bar but as I was waiting in line he had a customer who was being extremely rude to him and he handled it with such professionalism and kindness, I was very impressed with his work ethic and kindness in a situation like that. I also want to give a compliment to LA who was working in the deli this morning. She has such an uplifting spirit and my interaction with her made my day. Thank you so much Publix staff for all your hard work and kindness during these hard times. The employees are the ones who bring my business in and keep me coming back.
