WOW! Rudest salesman EVER! I called looking for a drop-in bathtub and the guy couldnt be bothered to give me any info on what they had in stock. He gave me the model number and told me to look it up online...so I, did but the aquatic website didnt list soaking depth, or I couldnt find it. I asked him and he said he didnt even know what I was talking about. He said maybe aquatic could send me a spec sheet. Isnt that his job as a salesperson??? What an a**hole! Theyll never get any of my money, EVER!!!

Our experience was negative. From the condescending attitudes of the sales associates when you walk in the door to the lack of communication when they ask you to email them. Make sure to wear your fancy clothes if you decide to go there. Get ready for those judgemental stares. Be prepared when they dont respond to your inquiries. On top of all that, they invent prices to their hearts desire. No set price for any of their fixtures. They look you up and down and then make up a price that they claim is wholesale. I understand the importance of quality fixtures, but I have done remodels, new construction, and renovations. I was referred to this store by a contractor, but I will source my faucets elsewhere.

I personally like going there for knowledge and people skills .I also love the selection of inventory.

We have a new home with a new Tub (from ProSource) and a lamination issue arose. Roy W. Walters took control of the issue, worked with American Standard for us and had a replacement delivered in good time. I highly recommend ProSource and commend Roy W. Walters on his superior customer service! Thanks Roy!!

My experience was horrible. Once I received my order and paid, I never received a call back to assist the installation process. A small part of the order was missing and no one cared. I had to purchase it somewhere else. I ordered a very expensive wheelchair accessible shower that required support from Pro Source during installation and none was available. Roy only returned my calls before the balance was due and the order had been delivered. I would not recommend for anything other than a pretty show room.

We are again building a new home (crazy). As Many know the choices and minute decisions can drive you crazy. This morning we went to ProSource in Hendersonville to pick out kitchen, bathrooms, utility room fixtures, sinks and bathtubs. I was dreading it. Angela, the ProSource person that worked with us on these decisions, made it painless. She didnt try to up-sell us. She listened and made suggestions..and explained why she made the suggestions. She was professional and very knowledgeable and competent. My wife and I walked out of that showroom feeling great about the experience. I highly recommend ProSource because of this experience with Angela.

I am a plumbing contractor in the Hendersonville area . I average about 15 new homes a year . With all of the decisions of picking out fixtures & accessories, its nice to have a local show room to send my customers .This gives them a way to actually see a product and to have many options . Its nice to know that I can rely on a knowledgeable and experienced show room manager . They will get a detailed quote, along with a pictorial of all products listed on the quote. As busy as I am on the job, I dont have the time to help them with decisions . I have relied on Angela ( show room manager ) with this process . She keeps me informed with their decisions and changes . Once decisions are made, she makes sure items are ordered and delivered to the job as I need them during the construction process . She and I have worked together for over a decade and will continue for a long time .

We were pleased to learn that ProSource now has a showroom at their new location on Locust Street off 7th Avenue in Hendersonville and even happier to learn that Angela was still there. Over the last few weeks Angela has been a great help and resource in planning our bathroom renovations. Due to our indecision she willingly changed the order several times before we finally placed the order today.Angela was most friendly and professional in helping with the many design choices we needed to make.

Great to see a new location and showroom for Hendersonville. I have worked with Angela Welchel of Pro-Source on new construction builds for many years and she is top notch with my clients. I can send them to her and feel confident they will be taken care of from start to finish.

We are building a second home in North Carolina and reside in Florida. The best decision we made was to go to Prosource for all of our plumbing needs. We have been working with Angela, and she has been by far the most efficient and nicest person we have worked with throughout this process. She answers my phone calls and emails promptly and never makes me feel as if my questions are bothersome or unnecessary. She is very organized and has provided me with pictures of all of my choices, and never hesitates to incorporate any changes I have made. I highly recommend Prosource and Angela. She has been very efficient and enjoyable to work with!
