First time here. Everyone was nice. Very comfortable lobby if you have to wait. Service was fast and pricing very fair.

Matt and his team are excellent at what they do. The business is immaculate from the driveway to the garage. Danny is superior in his knowledge of vehicles and his customer service first class. This is the only place for the best in auto repair, especially for you single ladies that are not sure who you can trust with your vehicles!

I will preface this review with the fact that I am new to the Nashville area and moved here from St. Louis, MO about five months ago. With that said, I am utterly SHOCKED at the price this place charges for an oil change and tire rotation. Maybe the prices for auto maintenance in this area are higher but I paid $90 for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The same exact service would have cost about $60 back in St. Louis and included new wiper blades. Even less with the occasional $15 - $20 off coupons and promos for frequent customers.The people at Christian Brothers are super nice and they got our vehicles in and out quickly but man are they EXPENSIVE! They seem very honest and reliable but I just cant justify that price for an oil change. GEEZ Louise!

Really had my hopes up after reading earlier reviews. I went in to address a possible brake issue and a noise going on in my car. Later that day got a list of 9 items totalling over 3k in repairs...I think a lady walking into am auto shop is seen as a huge transaction opportunity unfortunately...shopped other nearby places and found some willing to do my struts and shocks for 400 less.

They replaced serpentine belt and power steering belt on my sons Toyota camry. Very pleasant and professional experience. Best and easiest automotive experience Ive had in 60 yrs. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know aleast twice. Yes, I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the whole process went. Thanks for a job well ✔👍👌done!

Had a great experience, went to two other places on my 2017 car. Each one of the others, told me my car would cost $1300 for a new air conditioner. Got a call just a little bit ago, they found that I had no Freon in my car. I put aside $1300, to have this work done. When I got the call, All they wanted was $150. What a great company.

Was charged $180 for some fluid and the same problem to come back as soon as I left. I’ve also been told different prices for them to even look at the damn thing the past 3 times I’ve been up there. Waste of my money and time when they knew exactly what the problem was.

My car freaked out this week, and we had it towed to Christian Brothers. They took great care of me and of my car. I felt respected and never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge or being a female. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra or scare me into spending more money (like others have in the past). My car is working great, and I appreciate their kindness! They include a 3 year/3,000 mile warranty on the work they did. They even shuttled me to and from my house to get the car. Matt felt like an old friend by the time it was over. Thank you, again!!

Barely realizing that I am having the same incidents as another person on this review. I was charged 710.52 for a replacement of a water pump and a belt, once I drove off of the lot my engine light came on. I dropped her off only TO BE CHARGED AGAIN. Yet my engine light was not on prior to dropping her off and getting her repaired. I was charged an extra 270.36 for another repair. I appreciated the customer service, they were great in fixing the issue third time around.

These folks are awesome. They were actually there and ready to go when the doors opened at 7am. They were kind, chipper, very friendly. It took 30 mins to put alignment on my car. The lobby has nice leather furniture instead of hard chairs. I was very happy and will tell people about it. Will absolutely be back if my car needs anymore service!!!

Harry is very professional he is the only person Id allow to work on my car. He always comes through in a pinch. The prices are reasonable and the work is quality. Harry has been working on my cars for years. I fully trust him. I actually followed Harry from a just about every shop hes been at. Harry makes sure that my car atleast is never a worry.

Wanted to take a moment and write a quick review of my experience with Christian Brothers and specifically, Jimmy. They have done some work on my 2006 vehicle and when I started experiencing issues with my 2014 vehicle, I called and through the conversation with Jimmy about what was going on with the car, he informed me that my particular year & model car was part of a recall due to excessive oil consumption in the engine. Long story short, my car is at the dealer & Im getting the engine replaced at no cost to me. That honesty my friends is something that you cant put a price on - I would have never thought to look into a recall on my engine (and when I actually looked at the website for the recall, based on my VIN, it said my car wasnt part of the recall, even though the dealer got it covered since my engine had seized). Christian Brothers may not be the cheapest around but they do quality work and stand behind their work. They have a satisfied continuing customer in me & I will recommend them to anyone.

Pulled in with a Cadillac short personal limo, that had a rotor issue. It was smoking would not have been any trouble fitting a short limo in the bay. Easy fix, the bays where 100% empty and junk cars sitting every where. Refused to even try to help me. Had to drive down the road to Brian’s motorsports who happily took it in and fixed it. Do not use the Hendersonville location. Gave me a lame excuse to not do the work. Lazy.......

They appear to be very honest. The waiting area is very inviting and clean, leather couches, carpet modern restrooms. The bldg. is like a home structure.

My starter gave out last week, and AAA towed my vehicle to Christian Brothers. It was a Sunday and they contacted me first thing Monday with diagnosis, cost and eta. We were traveling from Michigan to Florida and needed a CV joint repair. Being on the way to Florida to see relatives we were in a hurry to get the repair done. I really like this place for everything from an oil change to major maintenance issues. Ive been a Jiffy Lube (crazy expensive in TN for some reason) and cheap/convenient auto-shop person most of my life but like giving these guys my business. They are organized and polite and everything gets done in a reasonable timeframe.

Probably the most overpriced place in Hendersonville, You are paying for the fancy waiting room, while they gaffe you on the price to fix a door handle.. Their techs didnt do it right the first time and then charged me extra to fix their mistake. Will never go back and wont recommend to anyone!!

Brought car in not cooling. Said I needed new condenser, said Freon was leaking, 700. Left and another place added Freon, year later still cooling. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Heard many similar stories from others. Wonder how many sweet older folks are ripped off by them.

Sent my wife there to get a alignment on my daughters suv. They more or less tried to sell additional parts that i know for a fact the truck didnt need as they have already been replaced by me. So instead of doing what we were asking they said we cant but wanted to charge a additional 1600.00 Id go find me a more honest repair shop before i spent my money there.

Took my car in to have tie rod end replaced due to having the boot cut. They called an hour or so later and asked why I needed my tie rod end replaced it was not bad I told them because my boot was cut. They then informed me i could just replace the boot, and it would be a lot cheaper. They could have take advantage of me because I thought you had to do both at the same time, but they were honest. Not all shops would talk themselves out of a sale. Bottom line....honest.

Got an oil change without any feeling they wanted me to be a future customer. Apparently they have lots of work, had to wait several days to get on a schedule. No hard sell exactly, just a color coded list handed to me.

Worst attitude I have ever seen. Arrogant and lazy. Highly suggest not doing business with them.

Best around. The most ethical auto shop Ive ever seen. If youre willing to drop the car off they give a ride back to your work and take the best care of you possible. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Always helpful and friendly. Appointments arent necessary, but when they are made they will be kept (unlike other repair shops Ive done business with). When there are choices to be made re. repairs, they will honestly lay out the pros and cons of each options.

First time ever used. Friendly service. not easily found .... Had 4 wheel alignment done had previous problems with rear tires wearing so time will tell.

Had a 12:00 o clock appointment today, for there on time and they took my truck right back. When I asked about how long, they said 45 mintutes. Well it was done under 45 minutes. Appreciate the service and kindness of you guys.

Came in for a front wheel alignment, after getting new tires from Discount Tire. Apparently my front tire rod was seized up, which it was, so they couldnt align the tires without fixing/replacing it, so until then, Im just wearing the rubber on my new tires. They took a look at it, and gave me a qoute, for about $970.00. Claimed that they heated it up, and everything, tried to get it loose, and they said they could not loosen it up. Said theyd have to replace the whole thing, and the $50ish alignment, turns into a nearly grand fix. Went to an old friend whos an actual mechanic, and he fixed it, and gave me an alignment for $80. He didnt even have to heat the rod up, it was pretty tight, but it wasnt nearly as tight as they claimed. Ive heard that there are good people here, but obviously if you get stuck with one of the bad ones, like I did, they may try to not only lie, but rip you off like they did me. I wont be coming back, cant trust this place. Theres no way they couldve actually tried, I was with my buddy while he fixed it.

We did not have a great experience. My wife went in because we had an oil leak and they quoted $2000 to fix because of the work it took to get to the seal. We went with it. Got it back, still leaking but not as bad. Took it back and they said the seal had a hairline crack and said they replaced said seal with a new one. Got it back, still leaking and an oil sensor was going off and the part of the stereo was not working. Naturally, according to them, the oil sensor and stereo was not caused by them but they could fix it for another $400 and being it still was leaking oil, they just discovered that the rear seal was leaking also and that would be another $1400. We spoke to another car maintenance facility and they said both seals are next to each other and they had to take out 2 screws in the rear seal to get the main seal replaced. They also said that 99% of the time, most mechanics would just replace both while they are in there.

I took my car to Christian Brothers Auto after the engine light started blinking, with no real notable demage to the car. I had read good online reviews about the place so I decided to try it. They are charging $92 hour labor and they told me that the total cost to fix the car was over $1,200!!!! I talked to my dad who fixes car in Michigan and he said it did not sound right. Paid the guys $80 for the diagnostic test (even though I did not want it at first at they talked me into it). Then I took it to Precision Auto where they charge $60 less for labor and fixed my car for $309!!!! The guys at Christian brother were charging to fix stuff that did not need fixing. Plus I did not feel heard when talking with them. I feel very disappointment with them and wish I never had taken my car there to begin with. I hope you read this review before the others so you can BEWARE!!!!

I generally hate auto repair shops.Many are inefficient, and even if they get done what my car needs, I feel they are trying to scam me into paying for services I dont really need.My experience with Christian Brothers was different.Matt was both friendly and helpful when we initially talked on the phone, they were speedy with the service, and I was very satisfied with the customer service from drop-off to pick-up. The guys did check-ups on the car I didnt know to ask for, and they topped off fluids at no extra charge to me. They told me what with my car needed work but didnt pressure me into paying for those services.Christian Brothers is the first place Ill call when I need auto maintenance in the future.

Brought car in for front end noise, they stated suspension arm needed to replace. Well after almost $500.00 we still had noise. Took car to meineke, they replaced wheel bearing...now no noise. free shuttle service nice and convenient but thats pointless if they cant accurately diagnose car problems. I wouldnt trust them to change my oil, beware of Christian brothers.

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive is positive one. I was having issues with my Mercury SUV overheating. I dropped it off at Christian Brothers and within a short period of time they diagnosed the problem and had it repaired quickly. The staff was courtious, honest and respectful of my time.
