Great staff and great vehicles

My dearest friend had to have the transmission replaced in her Buick, and while it took longer than originally estimated for some of the parts to come in, they were wonderfully communicative, and nothing about the process felt worrisome in any way. She got her car back in perfect order, and couldnt have been more pleased with the experience overall!

Fast and good service but will charge you for disposal fee. Labor is high enough with out that charge.

Its like having your family take care of your car! Drive from another county just to have them take care of my car!

I stopped by Boyd Chevrolet Service department looking for them to made a spare set of keys for my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. Sadly they didnt have the correct key blanks for my car, but did recommend a place that would.I was very happy, that the service department was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about other locations that might provide what they didnt.

We were on vacation when a warning light came on in our 2015 Traverse. We had purchased the vehicle from Boyd Chevrolet and so we called their service department. I spoke with Oscar who analyzed the problem over the phone and told us what to do. We were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation with a great peace of mind thanks to the great folks at Boyd. When we got back in town I brought the Traverse in and they were able to correct the minor issue. Thanks guys for reducing stress on a family trip.

I dont write reviews for anything but this service department does whats right the first time. I dont trust any other Cadillac service center with my car except this place and I live in Greenville Sc, So for me too drive those extra miles its worth it.

Sat waiting for a recall fix. Then after almost 2 hours they said they couldnt get the convertible top down. So gave up and sent me to others places, but when I called neither could do the recall. So now Im completely stuck.
