Always busy, but Im sure its because of the great customer service they have! I dropped my car off around 9am to change all four tires and it was ready before 11am.I had my husbands tires changed there as well and the customer service was great which had us come back to have mine changed as well.

Best tire store. I had a tire blow and had the insurance on it. They held the tire for a full week for me due to being sick. Went pay for their trouble: 0 dollars. Theyve always treated me with respect and professionalism, and Ill never go elsewhere.

Took my 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible that my father bought new in 55. Had all 4 whitewalls replaced--Coker American Classics. Dean performed the work and it was A1 service. He took the time to ensure all the wheels were in good condition. He even gave me some great advise regarding some other things that probably needs to be performed mechanically in the near future. All in all Ill be back for balance and rotation when due and hopefully Dean will still be there. Thanks again Discount Tire !!

I was in town for a tryout for one of my kids. Tire sensor comes on,, screw in the tire. These guys are on it! Front desk Josh was a Rockstar! Crew in the back worked with efficiency and the whole place had good energy!

Couldn’t be more pleased! Dropped my car off (without appt) at 2:00p. Store was packed. Gentleman said they would have a full set of tires on my car by 5:00. Upon arrival they were pulling my car right to the front door. Staff was very polite and pleasant. I told them right upfront I’m on a budget and there was no attempt to sell me more expensive tires. Side note, they have the cleanest ladies room I’ve ever seen in a public establishment. A++

This shop has always taken care of me!I pulled in on a Thursday at almost closing time with balled tires. I was leaving for a trip the next morning and I had just discovered how bad my tires were when noone would rotate them. I felt so bad because they were literally fixing to close. They smiled and put the tires I bought on right away. I was so thankful. They were great to do that! They could have said to come back. Tyler, Dave, and Ethan at Hendersonville Discount Tire created another Exceptional experience today. I started noticing the air pressure on my tires was not staying, so Ethan, Tyler, and Dave took a look. It turned out something was broken with the stem on the tire, but Discount Tire fixed it. Since I purchase my tires from Discount Tires, everything was ultimately under warranty. Dave recognized me and greeted me before I made it to the counter. Tyler called me and left a voice message and greeted me before I made it to the counter, and took time to explain what work they performed; Ethan noticed me in the parking lot and walked out to greet me, not realizing I had been taken care of. At Discount Tire, the employees are highly attentive to the customers needs. I strongly recommend it!

After rotation in the shop, my car is making big noise, they did redo it, charged fee, removed some wheel weights. They are not professional on balance except replace tires. I have to do the rotation on other place.

Visited this location for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and was helped by Stephen. He came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled up. Once I told him I thought I needed new tires he inspected each and then brought me inside and explained to me how worn they were using the chart. He showed me two different options and explained the price difference, as well as the difference in quality. Was able to get 4 new tires for a reasonable price and was out in under an hour. Stephen was extremely polite and helpful and Id recommend this Discount Tire to anyone who asks.

Got here at 10 in the morning I was told 2 and 1/2 hours to have a slow leak repaired its now 1 and I was told it will be another hour and a half before they can get to the car this is totally ridiculous

I arrived at the store before it opened with a screw in my tire. They came straight to my car as soon as they opened. The check in process was seamless and my tire was repaired in less than 20 minutes. This store is ALWAYS top notch. All of the staff are extremely polite. I would highly suggest this Discount Tire.

I have had some of the worst luck ever with this place. From the pricey install to the hub caps not fitting, driving lengthy distances to not have the product I needed when I was told they had it in stock to finally the overall quality of the job not performed correctly and my tires shake not to mention my rims was scratched from an employee trying to force on a hub cap. I would steer clear and try to use some one who takes your vehicle in as their own personal vehicle.

I went to have my tires rotated and they ended up scratching all 4 wheels (first issue Ive ever had here). I brought it to their attention and Wes immediately ordered 4 new wheels at no charge to me...no questions asked. Accidents happen and they took care of it. Wont go anywhere else!After SMASHING a pothole off 8th Ave, I got a flat tire, and went in the next day to get new tires. Tyler helped me out and was extremely Helpful and Friendly throughout the whole process of getting 4 new tires. He let me know about the rebates they had going on and helped me save a good chunk of change while also giving me great advice on getting an awesome set of tires.While waiting for my car to be done, I noticed the positive, happy, customer-friendly atmosphere once again from all the employees (6 or so) in the customer waiting area. From the sounds of it, the guys in the garage were also having a great time laughing and joking.I have been here before (3 times now), and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is like talking to a good Buddy who really wants to help you out and get on your way. This time was no different.Before I went in I started to do a quick search on Tire stores in the area that had different promotions and rebates, but I still could go anywhere else irregardless. Prices are high, manager was a nice guy, I saved $200 by going to Brians Motorsports.

I came in to get a quote on getting 4 tires on my vehicle due to one having a nail in it. Talked with the manager and went and inspected my vehicle. One of my tires on my car was still in really good shape, he looked up my info in their system and saw that I had got the one with a nail in it about a year ago through them. So he fully covered the cost on that tire and did the two front tires for $150 with everything. Amazing customer service and experience from the guys here I highly recommend them if you need to get new tires or just a patch on a tire!

Went to sit on the bench to wait but didnt have to. They went ahead and opened. Worked with the salesman to choose a tire (had a pretty good idea what I wanted after already having browsed online). Confirmed they had them in stock. Was in and out in 30 minutes flat. No pressure to buy any extended warranty. Great experiences like this one is why Ive been coming here for years and years.

Great service! Sometimes the wait is pretty long, but they are good at estimating that and tell you that up front. Plan to spend some time, but they have a nice waiting area, clean restrooms and free wifi. Theyre so busy because their customer service is so consistently good.

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at Discount Tire. Free tire inspections and free flat repairs/patching. Ive never had an issue with staff steering me wrong. Word to the Wise: Make an appointment if you can since these guys stay busy. They will do their best to squeeze you in, but service is so much faster when you plan ahead and make an appointment.

Normally love this place but this Brandon front desk lazy whiny excuse ridden boy child needs to be fired... I buy a few 100 tires a year, have had this exact issue fixxed by discount 20 timea or more. Yet he complains.. I miss the real tire guys not the paper pushers with more glue in their hair then on a tire patch...

I have used discount tire for years. Between my vehicles and my wifes, we have purchased at least 12 sets of tires. I have always recommend them to everyone I know. When I take my vehicle they rotate and balance like normal. They have been great. There have been a couple issues but they are quick to resolve it. Like a stripped lug. However almost every time my wife goes for a rotate and balance there has always been an issue where they try to upsell replacement tires. She went today and they said the tires are too worn and there is no point in rotating them. The tread isnt down to the indicators on the tire that represents a worn tire for replacement. Its getting close but one final rotation and the tires will be ready for replacement. She explained that to them and their response was its pointless to rotate them and refused to rotate. Even though they have certificates and rotate and balance is included . They were very rude which in my experience is uncommon. However its been that way before when she goes. As if they try to take advantage because she is a woman. The attitude has really changed there over the last couple years.

These guys are great. They say they are here to make sure you are taken care of and safe...I do not have any doubt in that. These guys will work with you, and will give you various options at the rate you are able to afford. I will be a customer for life, and will continue to recommend to family and friends. They blew me away tonight by going above and beyond.Also, being a manager in a customer service business, I will be ther first to tell you that the customer service they have is top notch, and is something that should be modeled by many businesses.

Ordered tires online. When they arrived we made an appointment. Four tires installed in 1 hour 10 minutes on a busy Saturday at the Hendersonville location. Free rotation at 6 to 7,000 miles. Just get the road hazard. With all the construction everywhere and the potholes, its hard out here on a tire, yall. The staff here was courteous and helpful.

Staff is friendly, they take time to check your vehicle out even if they are slammed. If they can patch your tire its free, if not they will review tire options and price without pressuring you into a specific brand. Over time Ive had 2 patched tires and 2 replaced tires and always had a great experience.

They got my tires road ready for my trip to Bowling Green, Ky and they stayed an hour after closing time!

4 1/2 hours to get 2 new tires. Was told 2 hour wait. Then drove away and noticed air pressure in new tires set at 38. Not at the recommended pressureOnly will use hendersonville store if desperate next time.

These guys are AWESOME!! Had appointment scheduled with Tire Discounters @ 11 today got there to find out they never ordered my tires. They had no answer other than a ticket was not created, no apologies no nothing from them. I took the day off work to get this done so I went 1.5 miles down the rd and here we are. Bought a set of Michelins here, then promptly had my first flat in years on any vehicle. Was leaving the next morning early for Texas and had to buy a new tire on the way. When I got back, they replaced my Michelin and paid me for the tire I had to buy. GREAT customer service! I’m getting my tires here from now on!

Super quick and friendly service. They took care of my tire replacement in less than 20 minutes with an appointment. While they did inform me of the possible issues I would encounter with the replacement of a single tire, I didnt feel pressured in the least to consider any additional purchase. The store was very busy and had to wait a bit to speak with someone. Once it was my turn they took time and did not rush me. Had to wait 2 hours for install so I left my vehicle but had planned for this and had a ride home. I have been to their competitors and for me the wait was worth the service I received and I believe the price paid was a fair price.
