This was unfortunately my second collision repair of this year and I chose Gerber after having a terrible experience with another repair shop. I cannot sing enough praises for my experience with Gerber. From the moment I walked in Crystal was ready for me and provided best-in-class customer service. Matthew was along my side from the estimate to picking up my vehicle and I am so thankful for him. He clearly has a ton of experience and was communicative each step of the way. He even taped up my vehicle so that rain water would not get in while I waited to be able to drop my car off for my appointment. I appreciate the open communication and clean work that was provided and highly recommend Gerber to all!

First off Ive had to call 50 times in a day to get you all to answer your phone... no matter the time or day.. thats very unprofessional.And then when we get on the phone Chrystal was Very rude. I understand places are busy but its their job to provide good customer service, not have an attitude and not have any definite answers. Gave me two estimates on dates my vehicle would be finished then was appaled I called to check on my vehicle those dates to see if they were done... very rude on the phone. Said they didnt know why the other employee gave me a close estimate of completion when my car is in clean up. I dont understand why theyve have my car for almost a month. At first they were waiting for my parts to come in now for a week my car is in clean up?? I want my car back!

Very kind! I appreciate how up-to-date they were and the constant contact with the service of my car. I had hit a brick mailbox and messed up the undercarriage, having been denied service somewhere else. I went here and they were kind and very quick to work on my car! They finished a week before the projected date too, so it was nice. Thank you so much! I’m so happy to have my car back.

The service there is outstanding!! I was beyond well taken care of. I was dealing with complications of another company, and Tony and the gerber team made it a smooth experience for me. They kept me informed the entire time with daily text messages and phone calls. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Unprofessional at every step of the process. Rude employees. Delayed vehicle being done for over 4 months and had excuses everyday about missing parts or why work wasn’t being done correctly or in a timely manner. Showed no sense of urgency. Whoever they have answering the phone doesn’t have an iota of customer service skill. Would never recommend anyone use this company to repair their vehicle.

My insurance sent them my information that I needed repairs from the hail storm last week. So someone from Gerber called me, set me up an appointment to get it repaired, told me where to leave my car and when, and where to put my key and said I was all set. So I left my car exactly as they told me, left it for the day, and went to pick my car up at the time that we discussed. My car hadn’t been touched. They didn’t have my appointment schedule. They never called me to ask about my car. Nothing. And if you try to call the office number, it takes you to a customer service center instead of the local location. Then the manager came out to tell me they don’t even fix glass (you should probably change your name) and that they outsource to get it done. They then take photos to get me a quote (they were never even going to fix it the day my appointment was made in the first place, they were just going to get a quote but didn’t tell me that). Then they proceed to tell my insurance that my damage was not from hail so they won’t cover it.This experience was so unorganized and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Gerber is the preferred body shop of our insurance and now I see why. From the minute we arrived it was clear that they represented the insurance company rather than the interest of the consumer who’s car had been damaged. Couple that with the fact that both visits the estimator didn’t even greet us or say a word before he began looking at the car and it was one of the worst customer experiences we have had. Further, upon initial inspection they completely missed several parts including an entire inner fender that had been ripped out in the accident. When we took it back for our repair appointment two weeks later, they said that since it had previously been in a minor front end collision (which was fully repaired), they were unwilling to complete the work which was already agreed upon and quoted. The company as a whole may do good work, but this office was an awful experience and we are now starting from scratch again a month later. Would not recommend using this shop.
