Always great people. They are so busy my appointment is a month away!!! I was helped by shawn maybe not correct name, by hooking my bumper up with zip ties so it wasnt dragging. HUGE HUGE HELP, MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN DRIVING! Especially since itll be a month.

Beautiful job! They kept we informed of the progress. I personally know how difficult it is to get things shipped due to Covid, so when they had trouble getting parts for my car I understood. Even with that, they still got my car finished in a reasonable time frame and the workmanship is topnotch.

Had the trunk and rear bumper replaced after an accident. The first time I was told it was ready, the bumper brackets werent installed at all, wax covered the back bumper, the taillight were used and heavily scratched. One of my brake lights was completely removed. Two more back and forth trips later, I finally took the car home. The inside of the trunk was still covered in wax, my stereo system was in pieces and the paint was never blended in with the rest of the car... not worth the aggravation at all

I’ve been here twice now and both time where great. The only problem I had with these guys is it took about six weeks to get a tow package for my SUV. The staff keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle and if you have any questions they will get you an answer. They do amazing work and I will keep going back to them anytime I need body work on my cars.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car there at the request of my friend whom grazed my front bumper. The bumper has a black molding on it thats isnt painted and this was scratched which meant the bumper had to be replaced. Upon picking up the car the fender and bumper were not properly aligned with the bumper sticking out about a half inch over the fender. I had to take it back for this. Fast forward 4 weeks. I noticed a dime sized chip in the paint that had chipped off around the headlight from the bumper being not properly installed and was hitting the headlight while driving from downforce. I took it back and showed it to them. I was told to bring the car back in two weeks. I took the car back. I was called and told the car was ready. When I arrived they had just painted over the chip and the paint was orange peeled and very rough. Was told to bring it back yet again and they would give me a rental. Fast forward another week. I go back to pick up the car and and the chip was was still visible but the orange peel appeared to be gone, yet you could see the primer through the thinly applied paint. I then went to the dealership and asked for the owner and was told he was off this day. I was notified this morning that I needed to bring the rental back that someone needed it. I took the rental back and looked at my car. The paint chip had been sanded out but yet this time during installation, the paint must not have been dry and the paint is coming off again. I stopped by the dealership and spoke with the owner. He stated to me that he felt this wasnt a big deal and refused to fix it. I asked him if he felt as though this would not cause the paint to come off yet again and he said no. After following the proper chain of command through the body shop management and then to the owner, no one seems to care about the customer. My car is a 2018 with 10300 miles, basically brand new. Highly disappointed with the customer service and quality of work performed. I informed the owner I would be contacting the BBB without a response from him, which I truly will contact. I quest so much for a lifetime warranty on their work, because they wont stand by their work. Shame on you Boyd Collision.

We had a small fender-bender in a parking lot and were referred to Boyds for body work. The staff were very professional and courteous; the cost was lower than we expected, the work was completed sooner than we were told, and the quality was superb. We highly recommend Boyds.

July 2016 was not a good month. On July 5th my wife was rear ended in our 2011 Civic while waiting in a left turn lane. The only damage was to the bumper cover which was cut in several places. There was no concealed damage under the cover. Thirteen days later my wife was driving our 2008 Accord near Mount Airy and hit a deer. The hood, grill and radiator support were damaged. Jeff and Mark were very courteous and helpful. Both repairs were done professionally. Color match and quality of the paint job rate a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend them.

Fixed my car after front end collision last year and bumper still not fitting right and pops out. Went back to center and was told it will do that because of it being different parts and just keep pushing it back in when it does it. Not acceptable.

Just like the previous reviewer if I could have picked no stars I sure would’ve. I think that they are used to people accepting there shoddy work that when there is those few other people that know better they don’t obviously know how to handle it properly. So let’s go back to Nov 2 got into an accident and was given a repair date of Nov 23. January 3rd I go to check on the repairs they literally still have the whole back part of the car taken apart and “waiting on parts” and that then it would go into paint and body. I was given maybe the next week as to when my car would be fixed but ofcourse that came and went. 14 days later they some how have the whole back of the car put back together and said it was ready to pick up. Upon checking the car out the trunk wasn’t opening properly it was but popping almost as if it’s not aligned right or I don’t know definitely doesn’t close as easily at all as before. So ofcourse we take it back and upon taking it back Chad not sure exactly who he is there I guess under the manager Mark said that enter prise would be there to pick me up shortly so I’m impressed because they may actually have some sense. Until I get to enterprise and find out that they really thought I was going to pay for a rental car when I had to bring our car back cause of their shoddy work. Needless to say I had to have the RENTAL CAR company manager call to get things sorted to where Boyd was paying for the rental, I couldn’t believe the audacity of these people to really try and push something like that on me when if they fixed it right and properly the first place, we wouldn’t be in this postion. Be sure if you have like a license plate cover or something to that you make sure to take it off cause some how they managed to misplace the cover we had over his license plate. If you can take you’re car any other place please do I’m lucky that since it was a insurance claim the repairs will be guaranteed so if I’m not satisfied it will continue to be repaired until I am. Mind you when I went to pick up the car when they said it was ready again after “fixing” what they had already repaired. Now the BRAND NEW trunk they put on has a crack in the plastic. I closed that trunk and went straight back inside handed the keys to the front desk lady and said I would be back to talk to Mark. Unfortunately it already doesn’t seem promising given the last review but I’m going to make sure that our car is fixed like it should be and make sure everyone knows that their customer service deserves a 0 and their worksmanship maybe .5 because I’m being nice.
