Excellent professional services rendered. Fully staffed with employees with knowledge of the products they sell. I rented a pick up truck with the a car dolly. The instructions on how to use the car dolly could’ve been better. When attempting to load the vehicle on the car dolly I noticed I didn’t receive all the instructions I had to get help from the car repair place. The price is reasonable I spent approximately $116 maybe not including gas which is only $10 extra. I initially wanted to add a hitch to my Lincoln SUV but I had no parts to attach the hitch. Upon inquiring about the hitch I found out that it will cost between $475-$500 to install a hitch without any connected parts

Booked a hitch installation 2 weeks in advance, drop off day of and get a call 3 hours later that they had the wrong part. Says they will over night the correct part which doesn’t arrive for 2 days. Finally arrives and I bring it in and instead of installing mine, which was now horrifically late, they choose to finish up what they’re doing which also takes well over an hour. I’m moving out of state and have lost my deposit with my moving company, will miss the holiday with my family and am now living with all my stuff packed up for 4 days to change all of my plans and reservations. Needless to say, if you have any pressing or important moves or needs stay far away from uhaul. Oh, and they don’t call you to keep you updated on anything. You have to. And if you call the number you have to talk to a representative who knows almost nothing and doesn’t relay the information.

Wouldnt let us rent because of some identity mix up. Saidbxouldnt rent to we paid a balance owed. Never used them before never use them again.

I purchased a little over $90 worth of moving supplies and one of the workers on the outside asked me if I needed help loading my car since I had driven to the doorway. As I held the trunk and back doors open, he got every item in. He said have a nice day and turned back to do whatever he was doing in the first place. I called him back to give him a nice tip for his help.

Rented a pickup truck. Only put 15 miles on it. Went to fill gas. It took 3.5 gallons to fill. Uhaul pick up trucks get less then 5 miles to the gallon???Other then the poor gas mileage the in town rates and mileage charge are fair and a good option when needed.

There is only one reason I’m not giving this a five star. But I’m not gonna tell you until the end but it is very important if you’re going to use a debit card to rent a truck so stay tuned. First they have pretty much everything and anything you can think of for moving efficiently or transporting I took pictures of most of the stuff and they seem very reasonably price and you could find them all in one location. Well the reason for the four-star are use my debit card to reserve the reservation and everything was fine. Then when I went to pick up the truck she asked if I want to leave it on the same card I said yes. She said that the card was denied. Well I have plenty of money in that account so I called the bank thinking my card is been frozen maybe on fraudulent accounts. That being said I spent the next 50 minutes on the phone with Bank of America to find out wait for it that the girl had ran my card requesting a pin and when the pin wasn’t put in it declined the transaction causing me an hour of frustration. So super happy with the promise of Bank of America which is entitled to another review. But I’m hoping that you all reads this that if there is a transaction that is denied the need to ensure that they run the card the correct way whether it needs a pin or just run it as a credit because that causes huge amounts of problems. I knew that I was very frustrated with this year’s ago but I forgot until yesterday now I know and I think I would tell them that it’s all. Credit card transactions from here on out.Also if you’re planning on moving on a weekend you need to give yourself several weeks to reserve the truck do not anticipate them having trucks and trailers available. Especially if you want a bigger truck those go fast.

There are no words that I can think of in the English vocabulary to describe this company in the people that work there. I wish I can create words for these people. Go to another moving company support small business because this huge coming has lost there way. Im on disbelief of the lack of common sense a company have have. NO reguard to employees costumers....im speechless of the way I was treated the services. My opinion if it matters there was no oil in the engine. So no proper maitance so the lack of safety.. Lets start air went out at 2671 n las Vegas Blvd location where I rented an unit. I told manager he said yes he said cant you drive it 20 miles back to Henderson with no air, as one of his employees put me in a chair with the fan I me due to I was having issues breathing. Yes that happen what a lovely supervisor way to go Bryan. I called support which she was willing to get me another truck to finish my second load when the service man showed up. He said when it gets to hot the air goes out. Ok its 120 degrees and yes 20 mile back to Henderson with no air. PSA the was Bryan speaks to is employees in front of customers is the most down grading experience I have went through. I was embarrassed for them. Awful.. ok Im on my way back 2 second load when truck decreased speed from 70 to 20 mph In second. Yep coming 9ff the freeway. I barely made it home... That was 1pm went to location where I rented it for help. Cant help you call road side assistant. Or drive it back. They want me to drive a truck that is broken, manager not a machanic insisted me to drive it more than five miles on a highway back. I declined. Or go online ok well my truck isnt showing up online 4 hrs later road side assistant answers to tell me she is unsure when they can come out I have to side with truck. They lady also I insisted for me to drive it no she wasnt the machanic. I declined 6 times. She repeatly I sister me to drive it back due to I have to leave for work. I offered to drop keys off at drop box. Leave them with my neighbor who was with me. Theres more but Im tired.

I know it was 4th of July and most likely the staff had the day off. But the bathroom was such a mess and no toilet paper, paper towels or toilet seat covers. The hot water knob is missing and the floors look like they had not been cleaned for quite a few days.

I was extremely pleased with the service. Rented a car hauler when they hooked it up they noticed I had a burn fused. They helped me replace it at no charge. On the way to return the trailer I must picked up a nail and got a flat. I had to call roadside assistance the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The roadside assistance showed up surprisingly fast.

Truck was ready when promised and return was easy.

We went to reserve a trailer a week in advance but they do not guarantee the trailer will be available until 6pm the night before you need it. Definitely make a plan B for a rental somewhere else because you will be screwed if you hang your hopes on if they have a trailer and then they dont. Not being able to guarantee something at least a week in advance doesnt seem like smart business for customer satisfaction but I guess if a company doesnt have to many competitors to force them, then why should they guarantee 😔

If you are moving dont forget U-Haul sells packing/moving supplies. Their prices meet or beat the big box stores and they have a larger variety of supplies to choose from. Staff was very helpful.

Called uhaul about a charge that popped up four days later. I was on hold for 49 min soni drove to the uhaul store while still on hold on the phone. They were not busy, there was nobody in the store.the girl at the desk was not helping. All she could say was call ur bank and could not tell me why a charge took money out of my account two time after four days. Uhaul are crooks and will make fraudulent charge on your account. I will never use or recommend this company. I wish I could leave a negative five stars for my experience

Love it at first I thought they were a little bit expensive but after being there for almost 6 months you couldnt ask for a better place to rent a storage at cuz they make sure that your storage is long as I left it unlocked one time and didnt realize it then I came in to get all my God I got a lock on my team but they were just protecting my stuff in my storage because I forgot to lock they are awesome to work with very nice people and I would go back in a minute I would recommend in the anybody

Our company rents vans form u haul all the time, I called in to extend my rental couldn’t get thru to the location, when I did get someone it was at a call center they said I need to speak to the location I called in twice did not receive a call back from the location to get it extended, we really needed to keep the van for the weekend. This is not the only location we have have issues with this seams to be a company wide issue, our company will no longer use u haul.End result charged us $95 for one extra day be wear they will rip you off be careful

I have had trouble with this location, between not able to pay online for my rental fee, and its due on the 3rd, on the fourth of July, there was still a zero balance, so I thought I had a credit, but I received a letter with a late fee, and I have tried to call Mike, even emailed him and no response, I paid it, but when I brought it up, he never apologized for the mistake. So, for the last few months, I have to call directly and pay over the phone, because theres a zero balance each time I try to pay. I had a better experience with the Uhaul store, also on Boulder hwy, Mikki the manager was very professional and very helpful, compared to this location. I have had a great experience with the employees here, but the manager doesnt seem present at all, and leaving a bad taste in my mouth, about the company.

All went well, but I left 2 of my furniture dollys in the trailer. Went back the day to get then and the fuggers stole them.

Tried to call and get information on phone, lady was rude, more interested in filling whatever form she had then just answering my simple questions. We decided to use Extra Space storage across the street from them, saved a few dollars, and was able to set up lease online. Uhaul obviously has gotten too big to care about customer service.

I made a reservation for a 15 truck with a auto transport trailer a few weeks ago. I get a call saying the truck is at one location (South Henderson) but I have to pick up the trailer at a different location (North Vegas). Why wouldnt you make it simple for the customer and just have both the truck and trailer at one location for pickup?*UPDATE*Ok...I pulled a Karen and spoke to the Manager Mike and he was actually helpful with his explanations. They may be able to comp the mileage to and from different U-Haul locations.

I made a reservation for a pick up truck a month in advance. They changed their store hours in the interim, and didnt inform me. I decided to get a hitch installed so I wouldnt have to rent a pick up truck again. I arrive at the appointment time to get it installed, and the parts that is ordered from them havent arrived. Again, no phone call from U-haul. I make another appointment for a week later. Guess whats not there, again, and guess who didnt get a phone call, again? These people have no respect for others time. Ive tried giving them my money three times and theyve failed to provide services all three times. Horrible shop

I had a U Box that the employees COULD NOT find. However, I was charged $400..00 months later after all the late fees were added ip...in Uhauls faver...obviously. Do Not trust this location...

I have rented here several time this time I needed a motorcycle trailer. Made reservation on line and when I got here they said I had to put another contact person and number on the account. They have a credit card with a $12000.00 limit it said nothing about it on the web site. So a 14.95 trailer cost me a day. Idiots never again

I gotta say, renting from this particular store has been the smoothest truck/pod rental experience ever. Micheal is such a great manager and knew every single answer to all of my questions off the top of his head and was absolutely helpful. I had gone in a week ago to ask about the u-container pods and truck rental and what would be the easiest,fastest,cheapest way to go about everything i needed done,and he was fast acting,patient with my questions,and extremely easy to understand. Today when we went to rent everything we needed, it was so smooth. Everything went perfectly. Thank you michael!

Went to return the truck gentleman that helped us was very rude had a attitude must not like his job . Another associate was walking around with her mask pulled down and less then 6 feet from people. Not a very good first impression for people that are moving here . If i ever need uhaul again wont be going here.

Accessible and plenty of carts to move heavy stuff, good cheap vending machines if you get hungry or thirsty moving stuff.

I dropped our truck off here after a very long trip and the guy behind the counter waved the $40 that was owed without me asking. We did still spend well over $1,000; but it was nice not having to argue since the place we picked it up from screwed up our order horrifically.

Got tow package installed on toyota sienna. Everything looks and works great! Also great customer service!

I have used this location in the past for rentals with no problems,however this time I used there app to rent my truck and it was a bad experience the app didnt work and I ended up going to the deck for assistance, the woman that was there was so kind and helpful. So my opinion dont use the app.

Employees did not wear masks, and one coughed repeatedly. Overall poor service. No indication truck had been sanitized.

Customer service was ok. Was charged for tow dolly due to emergency and then was told I couldnt take the trailer because the brake lights were shorting out. Was then informed it would take 3-5 business days to return the money to my card.

Everyone here, from the inside employees and the ones outside assisting with the equipment was super helpful. Very informative and helped make a terrible day much better. Big shout out to Emily at the register. She made the experience so much less stressful and was more than happy to answer any questions and assist with anything needed. Will absolutely recommend to family and friends. Thank you from my wife and I .

Do not believe what they tell you at this location!Went there a full 9 days before needing a truck to move. Less then 24 hours I was slated to pick up my truck, I received a call from Mike telling me that the customer that had my truck wasnt able to be there for me to get it from this location and I had to go to another one way across town and 15 miles away. Really? I went there over a week in advance, trusted you with this and you blame it on the customer or your dispatch? Not good enough!I heard every excuse(most of it blaming others and their own customers) and was told if I wasnt satisfied that I could go to another company and get $50 for their guarantee. That was from dispatch and U-Haul themselves. Yeah thats what I need...like I can just get one no problem, less then 24hrs just like that and their $50 will pay for the time and effort it takes to do thatEnd of story is that I am left with take it or go somewhere else by not only this location but U-Haul themselves. Unacceptable!Oh, and at the end of it I am supposed to be happy that you gave me an extra day, that I didnt need and only got after I asked what they could do to make up for it....and of course more mileage...yeah youre making me take time out of my move AND drive at least another 30 miles that I wouldnt have...yes of course you should give me more mileage!My whole move is going to cost me much more now because they can NOT be trusted! Dont believe them when they tell you its not their fault because it is!

Myisha was amazing! She got everything handled when my box arrived early and had it out for delivery the very next day! I moved across the country from Virginia to Nevada and the U-Box price was half of any of their competitors, and i got my box 7 days early! Much thanks to everyone at U-Haul that made this the smoothest move ever!

Poor staff, poor management dealt with employee named Marisol. You can make a reservation months in advance and when you show up they give zeros cares they don’t have your equipment and don’t care what position this leaves you & your family in. So sad will be making as much complaints as I can about this location & employee.

Worst place ever to rent a uhaul. My truck broke down 2 times in 111 degree weather. Took 3 hours the second time for someone to come out. Uhaul refused me my money back and made me do an objection with corporate and put me on a promissory note with promise not to charge my card until I talked to district manager. He charged my card 2 times while I was standing there. It took 3-5 business days to put the money back on my card. I talked to the district manager it got resolved so I thought. 1 weeks later my card was charged for the amount of the truck plus an additional $30 totaled out to $101.08. Now saying it’s going to take another 5 days to have my money back on my card. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a dramatic difference in customer service from the other franchise I rated one star earlier. The place is cleaner, easier to navigate the parking lot, and friendly and courteous employees. It is worth the extra 2 mile drive to go To this location.

They didnt have the 26 truck they promised. I called many times to confirm it would be there but it wasnt. They didnt even have a 20 ft truck. It was a chaotic disaster and almost ruined my move. The staff clearly work in hellish conditions created by this poorly managed scam of a company.

We accidentally left an item in the truck we returned. Nobody else rented the truck. When we called we were told it was not in the truck, not in lost in found and nobody saw it. An item worth pocketing. Good thing I took a pic of the guy who took in the truck

We came in last minute on a busy day and we were very well accommodated, the charges were explained, the service great, the vehicle we rented was in excellent, well cared for condition. I cant tell you about short tempers or people in tough situations, but these folks are very professional and kind. This isnt the first time we have used them and received superb service and it wont be the last. It will be the only facility we use.

Very rude counter guy. Dont go here if you want friendly customer service. I went in to purchase several packing items. When questioning about the packing paper and the difference between the two boxes, the answer was vague. I was going to open the box to see if it was on a roll or just bunched up in the box. The guy told me I could not open the box and if I did, Id have to buy it. Just a simple piece of tape was securing the box closed. I told him I wanted to see what I was buying first and if I couldnt do that, Id go somewhere else. He said go ahead and I did. Do NOT go here if you want FRIENDLY service.

I was moving out of my second storage this weekend on Saturday and my ex roommate that had his stuff there didnt show up to get his stuff. I had to then go back Sunday and he showed up late and irate. I told the people at the front desk that he had kicked a cart and was threatening towards me so I went and unlocked the unit and left..I wanted to let them know that I was worried he might kick the rolling door or dent a wall and if they would go and watch him to make sure. I also said ( and my boyfriend was my witness) that I would be back the next day to sweep it out. I had to work the next day and at 2pm my bank told me they were trying to get 25 out of my account. I called the Uhaul and they said they were charging me 25 for a cleaning fee cos I never showedup to clean it. I am paid up until the end of the month mind you. My payment is due on Dec 1 and this was Nov25th 2018. I had to work and had every intention on going there to clean it. They took it upon themselves to clean and charge me. I talked to a few rude people there and now I am calling Corporate and the BBB to get this resolved.

You can get a refund for unused boxes but you have to have a receipt. If not you get store credit that takes 24 hrs to get. GM is a jerk and return policy is not on receipt. Trucks are best up and the one we got was just about dangerous as brakes were almost nonexistent. Go somewhere else to rent vehicle or supplies to move. You will be better off.

People are extremely rude. They seem like its an inconvenience to them to talk to them or do anything really. I got an attitude from the lady just because I wanted to cancel my reservation and I called and didnt do it on their website. Than when I said thank you after she did it. She then said next time you need anything from uhaul go to our website. Rude. Never again. Unbelievable.

Wow, this has to have been the worst service I’ve ever received. Every step of the way, my u-box was delayed. It took multiple calls to get it picked up, they delayed shipping for days, and it arrived late. Not only that, but they keep charging me a monthly storage fee, even after the box has long since been gone! The manager even called and said he personally removed me from their system, yet here I am, still getting charged. Unless you like throwing money in the trash, avoid this place at all costs!
