The salesman, Ruxton, was very congenial and followed up with us. However, once we bought a house from him, things went downhill quickly. We bought early August and was told we would be in about Thanksgiving. Although the house was ready on September 10, nothing was done until the end of October. Now, we are planning to move in on Memorial day weekend. The workmanship appears to have been done by people who know nothing about construction. The front stoop was redone after I complained, but still has screws sticking out, splinters, and rough edges. The main pipe bringing water into the house was left on the ground. They graded the front where water runs to the house rather than away from it. The list goes on. After all that, I was told there were over $5000 in overages. Overages were not part of contract, I never approved them, and no invoices were ever given me. BUYER BEWARE!
They actually saved my life we were supposed to be in the house 8 months earlier if we had moved in I would be dead
