Not sure what is going on here but, shelves & freezers always seem to be quite empty. Would definitely NOT recommend shopping online for groceries, who knows what youd end up with. They really need to find a way to keep their shelves stocked.

Lost order 3 weeks ago claimed it was a system failure possibly. 3 weeks later new order Attempted to call store pick-up for 56 minutes no one answered, wife called the store was put on hold for 38 minutes to no avail, figured pick up was busy went in store, 2 cars were waiting in pickup area, decided to walk in store some employees were just standing around so much for being under staffed just horrible store management

My experience at Walmart yesterday was the best yet. I had to go.to the pharmacy, customer service and make a purchase. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It was quick and easy, thank you Walmart.

So happy that they had the seasonal favorite Cranberry Sprite!

Helpful people from the greater at the door to the cashier. Very friendly and respectful peole of all ages and well lighted and clean.

Nice Walmart, the store was clean and well laid out. Prices were reasonable and a wide selection of items. The checkout lanes were very crowded but the staff were trying to move through people quickly.

We always have a nice trip. Easy to find things along the store. The workers are helpful. Its an allover a good and convenient store.

I must post again to hopefully gain attention to just how rude the staff, especially the nighttime staff, are at this store. Using profanity in front of customers and being rude is not professional on any level. I often see groups of upper management doing walks around the store but nothing is ever improved. What exactly are they paying managers here for? They’re not doing their job.

You have to know where im coming from perhaps to understand why im impressed, I lived up until Oct 1st in a small county near Hartford ky. with a Walmart and not much else to compete with them at all. And they understood the degree of control this gives them to people who are 25 miles from anything near to use yo get the things tbey need. They never had the big clearance sales item, ever that id see in other Walmart stores id visit. And for the county im referring to, the unemployment is high and alot of poverty In the county, just hard working ppl try to get by as best they can, while jobs outside of farming and factory work, theres not a whole lot left!So I was thoroughly impress when i first visited this store, the selection was great, and the clearance and sales items were very nice.Such a change from the one I used to have to deal with!

Walmart was alright. Once again not enough registers open. Lines as far back as I could see (Im back in womens purses). In Henderson Kentucky thats absolutely ridiculous.2 greeters at the door....WHY...One cant speak? Yes she could. Could of opened another lane. The prices are starting to get a little bit better, not much....my experience today 10/24/2021 about 11am

Messy store with rude employees. Visited last night and an employee named Kieran used profanity openly at the checkout and was rude to multiple customers. Most employees here are rude and the store always looks terrible.

I am not sure if Walmart has an employee shortage, probably do...but they should try and have more than 3/4 check out lines open or at least when they see people lined up in every lane 7 to 8 people deep pull some people up to help out.I have been in 2 different ones, in Hanson and Henderson and it was like this in both. The self checkout was lined up with about 15 people waiting also.

I really dont like going to this store but its the only big retail and grocery store we have. There is never enough staff there at the registers...theres always a long line at self checkout BECAUSE there is not enough staff. The products are usually STILL in boxes in the middle of the isles and theres not enough room there as it is. There SHOULD BE benches in EVERY department for people to sit on because it takes awhile for an associate to help you. Half the time Im there I can NOT find what Im looking for because its either moved to a different area or its out of stock ...oh and one associate told me Id have to look for it because it wasnt her department. Yeah ...she didnt have her name tag showing or I would have reported her to the manager. I gave 3 stars because its the only big store here in this town.

Everything was priced wrong. One of the worst shopping experience of my life. No one working to assist you with questions. Now I have to drive all the way back for several items I was overcharge for.

Took for ever to get some body to help me but after they did show up in automotive was very helpful and gut me on out the door

Clean. Was cleaning floors, havent seen that done in the day time. Out of water i wanted Deer park and much more. Holidays got walmart. Nice people.

Had my oil changed there the other day, cost me 23.00 . I couldnt change it my self for that price . They checked my tire pressure too and had me out within a hour . Good service for the money

Same as always people standing in line due to lack of registers being open I had my groceries in my cart and when I saw how long the check out lines were I just left my cart there and went to another store they are to cheap to hire cashiers they would rather we stand in line will do my shopping elsewhere.

I just gave it a 3 because somebody kept getting on the PA system and kinda like counting down when they were closing....that gives me such anxiety!! And he didnt sound very nice at all, very sarcastic....but I love Walmart!

I ordered online and picked it up the same day. The process was super easy. I love that I dont have to get out of my car and go inside. Awesome job Walmart!

This Walmart is a lot cleaner than most. I can usually find what I need at this one in Henderson, Kentucky. I have a super center Walmart much closer but it is not kept stocked or near as clean. That should tell you all you need to know.

I dont know whats going on in Walmarts tire department in Henderson, KY but Justin the guy at the register clearly did not want to help me replace my valve stim on my tire. So he decided to make up some bogus story on how he couldnt change it because it was a federal law that he could not change it without the truck being their! If you dont like your job and your to lazy to work then quit and let someone else do the job instead of you!!

Checkout lines are never open when they need to be, Walmarts in surrounding area has more selection and stocked better than henderson

Clean store store with friendly and helpful employees at Hanson exit on the Pennyrile Parkway or I69 corridor. Excellent pharmacy and vision staff. Cheaper fuel prices than nearby Madisonville constantly!

Yes, I went to the pharmacy to get my second dose so now Im clear. I love Wal-Mart - neighborhood. Prices are reasonable, all staff is very helpful

We always go to Walmart like every other day, We Love it, but they are always sold out of the Blue Bunny Loaded Sundaes..A lot of things are sold out lately.But thats my only complaint, We havent tried their grocery Delivery yet...

Walmart is just Walmart. Prices are getting higher on a lot of things. I am not happy that they have so many self checkouts to eliminate associatesI do like the fact that you dont have to wait in line to check outExcept I have been there at 9 pm and they shut down the checkout registers on the west end at 8pm and the line on the east end has been backed up half way down the aisle with as many as 20-30 people in line at the Eastside Evansville Walmart. I left my cart sitting with my stuff in it, and went to the Newburgh Walmart and did not have to wait in line at all.

Totally totally horrible. There was a line at self check back to the vegetables isle. The worker at self checkout was playing on his phone.The shelves were atrocious. The building looked like the aftermath of an explosion.The workers were very unfriendly.It was the worst of the worst.It if could give 1/2 star,I would with the experience we had yesterday, no wonder people have no respect for Walmart and choose to shop elsewhere. The greeter at the door was even playing their phone and oblivious to customers going in and out

Henderson Walmart has really went done on customer service. I know it hard to get people to work but I stood at the material counter for over twenty minutes. No one never came. Whats really sad is I had workers watching me wait and never often any assistance.

Hate that its mostly self check. Tax needs to be lowered. And product availability is awful and no the current trucking and shipment issues are not the cause. Them not having whats advertised has been an ongoing issue.

Only self check outs available. My sister is handicapped and uses wheelchair; had my daughter not been with her, she could not have checked out by herself.

I dont like the way that everything has been moved around. It makes it much harder to find things. And it is just a marketing thing so people will spend more time in the store.

Absolutely insane to go to this place after 3pm. 20 to 30 minutes just to get checked out; even in the self checkout. If you do intend to shop here, make sure its in the morning.

The Henderson Walmart is an excellent experience and place to shop.. kinda reminds me of shopping in yesteryear...

Stockers are all ways in the way it seems and better get out of the way of them pulling those extremely loud hand trucks through the store. They act like the customers are a bother to them. Need to go back to overnight stocking and once in the slow time middle of day instead of doing it when everyone is trying to shop. Why does it seem everything you need is in the farthest place from the doors? AINT WHAT IT USED TO BE. DONT EVEN GO IN THE DOORS UNLESS YOU GOT TO. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA FOR BETTER SERVICE

Never enough checkers. Long lines- even at self checkout. Apparently no cart pushers either since there are very few or no carts by the doors. Might as well get one from the cart corral on your way in from the parking lot.

Great friendly place and the man in the deli is always friendly and helpful with great advice on the meats and cheese..

They only had 3 registers and the lines were all the way out in the clothing isle and even the self checkout lines were really long as well worse Walmart I have been to so far. Took me 35 minutes to checkout and LL I have was 4 things in my cart

The price of items in this place is way too high, they have poor selection on items, also they have 20 check out lines and will not put cashiers in them so you have to wait 20 minutes or more in self service forever, this is one of the worst Walmart supercenters I ever seen, plus it is very hard to find anything in store because you can never find help to tell you where they moved it to, awful store!!!! I would not advise anybody to go there, they should fire all the managers and crew and put some people in there that know what they say doing!!! Also customer service has the most rudest people in any store I have ever seen, no employee or managers cares about customers who spend their hard earned money there!!! The store is very pathetic, do yourself a favor and stay away from the Henderson Walmart supercenter, it is one of the most terrible stores in this world I have ever seen!! So if you like getting ripped off out of your money go there, but me I stay away from it, rulers is a much better store and the employees there will help you find something, unlike Walmart and rulers prices are much better than Walmart supercenters prices! Walmart is one pitiful store that everyone should boycott the place then maybe they will lower the prices to get customers back, no one in Walmart cares about the customer all they worry about is how much money they can make!!!! The Waltons have multi billions of dollars, more than a person could spend in 10 life times, but they are tight wads who only care about padding their pockets more and more! It would be a lot better if you didnt have to go way out to the buggy rack in the middle of the parking lot to get a buggy. I cant walk real far so that extra stroll cut down on my walking in the store.

Love it!! Handicap parking available, but its quite difficult to get a scooter during holiday season. Large selection of items👌 popular items are of the end caps or at eye level in the center aisles. Check out the store generic brands, unfortunately prices are up due to pandemic. Store censors the amount of people that can be in the store, so theres a line waiting to enter the store 🙄

Well, I will never order from Walmart Grocery delivery from the Henderson Kentucky store. My order was delivered to the wrong address even though my house number is across the front of my apartment in BLACK numbers!! The driver just didnt want to look and couldnt even bother to call and ask where I was. I got a refund that is going to take 3-5 business days and free delivery to reorder my items but, why would I do that?? If you need to order anything like this have someone go get it from the pick up. The delivery people they are sending are not looking or just not caring about accurate delivery!! I gave it one star just to leave my review.
