Everyone provided my dad and I excellent service with selecting and equipping my new sewing machine with everything I needed for the projects I want to make. They were super knowledgeable and I left the store with confidence. And Im sure Ill be back for fabrics in the future! Way better than a large-name crafting company.

I will say, I bought some fabric and a cutting tool. I will also say as a man the employee ignored me and then was at best luke warm. I will not be returning to this shop. Men quilt and we also have money, just like the ladies.

They didnt have the sewing embroidery machine to demo but gave me an informative handout and answered all my questions.

Told me they would look at it the same day I dropped it off, before I leave in case it just needs cleaning, because, Im from out of state..I only come to Vegas every few months.. Told me also to let them know when Im coming into town the next time to have it ready.. None of these were done.. And, to top it off they put a sticker from their business on my machines to remind me where I went. If I wanted a sticker on my machine, Id have took it to a vinyl shop! If your gonna tell me what your gonna do and dont do it, I cant trust you. Plain and simple. Took 6 weeks to clean and replace a bobbin holder.. they seemed to be really busy when I dropped them off. I get that family was in the store. But no personable service when I picked up the machines. Didnt have a care in the world that I drove in from out of state just for them. geeze

I stopped in because Im looking for upholstery fabric for a new sofa slip cover. The **NICEST LADIES** were in there. They didnt have the fabric I need, but took the time to provide me the information for some alternate shops and told me to check back in with them if I still needed help. When my quilting fabric moratorium is up Ill be in here looking for more. Small businesses make our communities better. Thank you ladies!

The customer service at this store is terrible. Being a small store and we are big supporters of shopping local this makes me very sad. My mother purchased an expensive embroidery machine that she could have purchased at any large chain, she purchased here with some freebies that came with it from Brother. These items were backordered. The only way we found this out was by stopping by. We asked her to check the status several times over the next few weeks which she repeatedly said she would with a terrible attitude. The final call she stated “you’ll get it when it gets there”...incredibly rude. I can’t believe anyone would act this way just by asking her to do her job. She was nice while selling the machine but anything after...you are on your own. We have no hopes of seeing the items now. We will never shop here again.

This place should be listed as a quilting store. Lovely people and wonderful little store. Found some stuff that Ive never seen before and Ive been to quilt shops in 6 states and several in all of those. They had some great stuff on sale as well. Wish I had more time and money!

I not only bought my last sewing machine from Carrie but they have also been servicing it ever since. In fact, I just got it back and it is like a brand new machine. I wouldnt take my sewing machine to anyone else. She has always been straightforward with me about how long it will take and updating me if there has been a problem. She is the greatest.

They were great when I bought my first Hobbylock 2. Then I took advantage of their buy-back program to pay another $300 and get a Hobbylock 2.5, which is supposed to automatically adjust the sewing tension, which it certainly does not do. The free class I was promised was not scheduled for over a month. After several emails, I finally got on the class schedule. Called to ask if I could just have a minute to go through the automatic tension adjustment rather than sit through the whole four hour class today and the owner, Carrie, was rather rude and abusive and told me to just come to the class. I Asked if I could come one day in the near future for a short tutorialOn the automatic adjustment feature, as I did not want to sit through this four-hour class for only one issue, and she kept shouting “come to the class today.”I feel I was sold this machine under false pretenses of it automatically adjusting the tension and now I am probably going to lose servicing under my warranty cuz I refuse to deal with this rude person.

Angela was very helpful and so is her mother, and the gentleman as well. With information. And we will be stopping in again for that Brothers Machine.

I stumble upon this store through Google looking for a place that carried Vintage stuff for older Singer Sewing Machines. The lady that was there said they also repair them. Good to know if I ever need a repair.
