When my 99-yr-old, immunocompromised mother was in DIRE need of hearing aids, I was torn between exposing her to the COVID-infested populace OR keeping her safe @ home BUT unable to hear virtually anything. Then I discovered--online--Hearing Centers of Nevada, Henderson, an absolute GEM amongst hearing centers which offers MOBILE, IN-HOME services. It was like my prayers had been answered. My mother was tested & fitted with state-of-the-art hearing aids in the comfort & safety of our home, and now enjoys the beauty of sound once again. The entire process took less than two weeks and their customer service continues whenever we will need it. Our deepest gratitude goes to Heather, David, and Jenny for their professionalism, knowledge, expediency, patience, convenience and friendliness regarding their service. I highly recommend them--above any other company--to anyone in need of hearing aids, as they are top-notch.

Dr. Glenn Martin is very thorough in explaining the procedures that hes performing, including the series of tests that was done for my hearing problem. Very friendly and easy to work with. The front office staff are also very helpful and cheerful. They make you very comfortable during the wait time. I would definitely deal with them again.

The staff was very professional very welcoming, I thought I needed my ears cleaned but the trading staff advised me that they were and get condition so very honest very professional I would highly recommend this facility.

I had my experience with sudden hearing lose from one day to the next. Hearing Centers of Nevada were able able to perform testing and showed me my condition and we set up an appointment for hearing aids. Excellent experience and met my expectations to the fullest. For the first time in 30 years I can hear a whisper. Thank You HCN for also lowering my Tinnitus. I feel like I am 30 again. The Doctor and staff are the best. They cried right along with me when I was able to hear again. They truly are interested in my well being.

I made an appointment with Hearing Centers of Nevada, because the hearing aids that I currently have are not working properly. I told Heather all the issues I experienced with the other company, and the fact that these expensive aids are hurting my ears, giving me headaches, and not helping me at all.After our discussion, Heather ran some tests on my ears....explained the results and we decided I need to change my hearing aids to ones that will help me, and if I have any problems, she will make sure they are resolved. I will never go back to Anderson Audiology.It was a waste of time, money and made my hearing loss worse.

They took over the accounts of a company that closed down. It wasnt easy for them but they were able to update and start fresh. At least the transition made it easy.

Very attentive good price even showed how to download app so that I could use my phone to change volume etc. Gave me another visit to be sure Im happy with my hearing aids! AWESOME!!!!

I did my own research of hearing centers that were nearby my residence, I had not great experiences with staff members that I walked out of those places. So to find Hearing Centers of NV, I was so glad to have made an appointment here. From establishing as a patient, my first appointment had me walking out with hearing aids after 4 years of not finding a decent audiologist. They really listened to my concerns and issues that I was having and I have no complaints. It has been an amazing 6 months with these hearing aids, I absolutely love how efficient they are with replying to my requests I had, and their service is consistently heartwarming and positive. They genuinely care about their patients being happy and confident with hearing devices. I have also brought my daughter here for her hearing test and it was amazing to have an assessment and rule out a hearing loss for her instantly. Thank you for being a safe place for me. I am truly grateful for you all!

My experiences with Hearing Centers of Nevada in Henderson have been very positive. They have exceeded my expectations.I find the personnel, Jenni, Heather, and Dr. Martin to be most competent and professional. The exam and hearing tests went smoothly. However, the insurance company had internal issues that delayed my claim. Then there were technical issues with my hearing devices. In other words, there were unforeseen issues that were not the fault of HCN or their people. Without hesitation, they have consistently taken ownership of the issues and worked them until they were resolved. They have shown commitment to my satisfaction. I trust them to provide the best and most cost effective hearing therapies, and above average customer service levels.

The ladies in there were very nice and were huge help. And I just love my new hearing!

Realizing that you need hearing help is very difficult but my experience was so much different than I expected..Hearing Centers of Nevada made this transition very easy and now that I’ve done that I can really appreciate what they have done for my every day life..I would like to thank Heather for helping me set up my hearing aids and always being so understanding and helpful during the transition..Thank you guys for making this work for me!!!!

Heather Castellano did an amazing job in the examination of my hearing identifying my hearing deficiencies. She was very clear in all and very kind and understanding.

Hearing Centers of Nevada is amazing! They came to our house and fit my husband for his hearing aid. Not letting things go, they came to our house two more times to address difficulties my husband had with using an app for his work! Heather went above and beyond to make sure we had what we need and that it works with every device we needed it to! Cant thank you all enough for making our lives so much better!

Very personable, I enjoyed talking with the front desk person who is very helpful and knowledgeable of what I need, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly and he took time with me to make sure I received what I needed. I was able to get in to see the doctor in just a few days and next appointment in just a little less than 3 weeks. Now thats what I call a doctor who really cares.

The staff was professional and efficient, I was impressed with everything they did and they informed me of all the options I had. I would recommend them to everyone I know that has hearing issues.
