Nothing to complain. Maybe wish there were more mirrors since theres only one. But cool staff. They helped me out greatly the few times I purchased my hats and my jersey.

The personnel at this place was friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a jersey in particular, but they did not have the size I was looking for. They were helpful in finding the correct size online and was able to shop it to me for free. I will visit them again

Lid is a good place to get your sports gear. I dropped about 200 on Golden Knights shirts.I wish football jerseys were a little cheaper. But I get the retail supply and demand stuff.

Called customer service twice to find out where my order was. Selected Ship to Store and was told it would take 5-7 business days to arrive. On first call was told that the item was delivered and signed for, and that the store should be calling me soon to pick out up. 3 days later and no call from the door, I call again. Customer service calls the store... Now the item is completely missing. Sounds like employees are stealing prepaid merchandise. This occurred at the Henderson, NV Galleria Lids location.No one ever called to say the item was missing and that they were sending out a new order. No one contacted me about my order and my tracking info never worked. They run a terrible operation and I will never order anything from them again. Will take another 5-7 business days from my call today to receive the replacement item.Someone at Lids needs to get their quality control in order. Trainwreck of a company.
