Today my arthritis was acting up and as I went into tractor supply of Henderson NC, I saw 2 lines and thought, it would be to much, but the lines moved quickly, and the load out tech, Ohmer J. quickly loaded all the barbed wire. He was friendly and fast. I will be back.

I went into the store and I walked over to a young man name Michael very nice well mannered and he tried to help me out explained everything to me about the tree limb saw I was looking for. Looking for a gas one bit I no who and where I can go to get the help I need. THANK YOU MICHAEL

Well I normally shop in Roxboro NC bc thats where I am close 2 but this 4 wheel drive wheel barrel was on sale and I mean ON SALE like almost broke my hand trying to pull out my wallet so fast b4 someone changed there mind fast!! I bought it 4 less than 20 bucks..it was retail at almost 200. Thats the best deal ever. I had to add headlights to mine but its been awesome

Order on line and picked up curbside. It was great. Sales clerk was especially helpful. Tried to order dog food online, but it kept not saying available in Henderson. But I called and clerk said they had it. Couldnt pay on line, but when I picked up my order, she said they had the food and would take my payment and go get the food. Happy to get what I wanted. Sales clerk really provided good customer service.

Tom and staff are excellent, very friendly always willing to help .

In the store they are pretty good employees are very helpful and on the phone they are good they do the best they can be and really work for there money and job and to afford everything they need and do there best even when its tough .

I called this store to see if they had a particular product in stock. I asked if they had it and if so how many and check the price, that way he wouldn’t have to run back and forth. Well Chris checked on the product for me and was severely rude and unfriendly on the phone. First, he sounded as if he didn’t want to take the time and look for the product and then after he looked, he still never told me the price and was very snotty. Chris needs to be trained on Customer Service, both in-store and on the phone.

Great location on Dabney drive right off I85 in Henderson. Clean and well organized store with friendly helpful staff. They will even help you load your purchases in to your car. They host a Pet clinic also where you can bring your animals in for regular simple vet visits. Very convenient for busy people to get in and out.

We have 2 rescue horses, 6 dogs (4 rescue) and 2 cats (1 rescue). Tractor Supply meets our needs for our babies and we can get a little extra for ourselves in the way of clothes. Boots and other items. They also offer shot clinics. Win win!!!

They were recommended as a place to buy rat balls. Large gumball size balls of rat poison for the mice in my shed and under the house. The cashier said they were out. They run out every year. Then why dont they order in more each year so as not to run out. My first experience dealing with mice so going on others experience. Bought a different type, pellets to use for now. If it doesnt work will check back in a week or so.

Placed an internet order for in-store pickup. It was ready when I got there but took a few minutes to get loaded. Overall very satisfied.

The prices are wonderful! They beat Lowes Home Improvement buy miles! Although they dont have customer service in the store that can match Lowes Home Improvement of Henderson North Carolina!

The Henderson Tractor Supply is the best one Ive ever shopped.The employees care about getting their jobs done and helping.Excellent.

They have great prices and staff I go there a lot to buy dog products for My Dogs the dog bones they really love. Tractor Supply is also great for lawn mower trailers and all kinds of gadgets. They also have a big assortment of dog houses.

Have almost everything you need for farm,horses, dogs maintenance equipment etc very helpful personnel. Clean facility

Wonderful service...item I wanted is off season (heater). Not only did they go above and beyond the call of duty to find me one and have it shipped to their store, they had it the very next day.... I recommend this store to the fullest and will be a regular customer myself.

Has good products but the service is almost always poor. Stood at a register waiting for the clerk to look up. When she did, she said something to another clerk and walked away. No way she did not see us standing in front of her but she simply never acknowledged our presence even to tell us she was not working the register. One in a long line of rude service people here.

My daughter found what she needed and we got right out.Didnt have to wait in long line.

Staff is helpful. It would be nice if another cashier could help at registers when line is backed up. Stock is easy to locate in store & reasonably priced.

I had great help when I went and bought a trailer and got a good deal on it and more items that day and the worker took his time with me and had a lot of patience and made sure the things I got for my trailer was the things I need I am with the time I spent in there so if you need to work in your yard they have all the working tools you need mowers, seeds, boots, work outfits and things to work in the field so if you need it they got it so go look even if you dont buy go take a look you will go back I did 😁

Took awhile for them to load our pallet of feed because they brought out 45 bags to put in the back of my truck and they were getting ready to load it when it wasnt even plastic wrapped! We waited about 20 minutes in the store and another 15 outside

Made a delivery. Easy and fast. Would love to go back there. Reciever had energy out of the wazhoo and was about 30 years older than me. It was great

Out of dog food I needed. 5 people ahead of me in line with one cashier. 3 people behind me. Cashier was polite and pretty fast. Got part of what I needed.

All the staff have always been very helpful unlike some big box stores that simply give you a possibly correct isle number. Specifically, Tom U., has stood out with his excellent customer service and good nature.

Took my dog for shots, prompt attention and so courteous. Love saving money! I will do it again

No matter when I go in there I always find what I want just by speaking to someone who works there. Even if I dont know what it is which was the case, the salesperson knew exactly what it was!

Horribly lazy manager on duty(Sara). She would not help until I TOLD her to help a lady with a product that was looked in a cabinet. The lady on register was as busy as could be, Mgr on duty standing by watching. I returned to the store to buy dog treats that I forgot and asked the lady on the register for the MOD’s name. As I was shopping in the ”box” area, I heard the lady at the register call out to “Sara” and point to me. In less than 3 seconds Sara approached me in a very aggressive manner and got right in my face she asked me “what did I do to you?” She spoke to me in a very sarcastic manner. I responded “nothing, I just think you are rude and you were rude to a customer that wanted Horse wormer”. When I checked out I asked the cashier did she really think it was necessary for her to call Sara up to the front to harass a paying customer. The cashier told me I was a poor excuse for a customer. After spending right at 100.00 at this store today I responded “ Oh really, I shop here so you have a job, really lady you both are a poor excuse for employees. Ignorance and management do not go together. Nor does arrogance go with retail.

We always have a good time here. We bring our Beagle and walk through the store. Beagily usually finds stray morsels of dog food, so he gets a little treat while we shop.Today, I needed to buy a fungicide and hose sprayer to treat my tomato plants. I was able to easily find what I needed today. The cashier was friendly. The products were a little pricey, but the hose sprayershould last for years, and the fungicide shall last a while too, so it was a good investment.

I bought my push lawnmower from Tractor Supply a couple years ago. Great selection of items that you may need for your yard work needs, farm, etc.

I travel all the way from Roxboro which is 45 minutes away and Roxboro has a tractor supply. Unfortunately for me they dont have their A game on when it comes to bird seed. I have made numerous requests for then to carry what all of the other stores carry a in told each time oh but we do it just sells out really quick. That is a bunch of B.S. someone at that store is not only lazy but if what she tells me every week is true then she is just as stupid as she is lazy. Looks to me like if something sells out as soon as it comes one would increase the minimum order to compensate for the increased sales therefore increasing the revenue the store brings in. I guess not everyone is business minded and wants to see good profits for their store. So I listen to the same lies each month and continue to drive to another community to spend my money because something as simple as ordering bird seed and whole peanuts obviously is such a hard task for some individual. I have told them over and over Im taking my business elsewhere over them not being able to order one thing keep it in stock. Sad part is this one item is a stock item in all the Tractor Supplies. Who knows maybe one day Roxboro will get a decent manager that actually cares and is willing to increase their profits. So until then those of you in Roxboro let me recommend the Henderson Tractor Supply they are awesome also the one in Danville Virginia is great as well.

Absolutely trash and they never have what you looking for because there always out of everything or dont have what you looking for its been at LEAST 3 months and they didnt restock the dog food i feed my dog. They keep saying its coming and it never comes. They never have anything im looking for and have to drive to another tractor supply at least 20-30 minutes to get what i want. And the little reward program they have is useless cause you never save a penny so dont waste your time coming to this place and the MANAGER always say im going to order some or get something in and it never happens go to any tractor supply except Louisburg NC

Its often understaffed but easy access and many great features such as pet days and grooming and shots !!! Love it

They have a lot of things that are hard to find. Prices are kinda high.

We have been coming to Tractor Supply for 5 years. Not only for chicken feed and thier needs, Deer food for hunting season, but dog food as well. Their other things like garden products, repair supplies and is other equipment, are very high priced. If we cant find what were looking for at Lowes, we search the internet.

I wish they would hire people who can handle more then 1 customer in the store at a time. They seem to get upset if they get to may in a line. Also staff who knows farming since you are a farm store.
