I was in the market for a new chain saw. I spoke with Renee on the phone and asked her if she had a specific Stihl saw in stock. I pulled up to the store and she had it waiting on the counter for me. She even entered in all my warranty information for me. Picked up the Motomix and it added an extra year to my warranty. She informed me that they sharpen blades and was very friendly. Will definitely do business with again in the future! Thanks Renee!

Well Im not one to usually bash a company on here. But thought I should share this experience. I purchased a tractor from here several years ago John Leach. Had a good experience. I recently was in the market for a new one. My Dad tried to purchase one a few months ago and had a bad experience as well. Was quoted one price,went to do paperwork and they told him they had made a mistake of leaving loader off price. Needless to say Dad bought at United Ag in Tyler. But I thought I would give them a shot. Contacted Cody on July 2nd. Got a scribbled qoute on the 3rd,with no year models,ect. I called him back and told him I needed price on 2 Gators and a Rhino scraper and needed by Monday afternoon July 8th. And yet to have a quote. I contacted United Ag in Tyler and spoke to Kevin Lewis. Had quote the same day, computer generated,with all specs of equipment. Very professional! Needless to say I purchased all equipment from United Ag with great results! I will never call Fish and Still again!
