Great experience at Silver State Golf Carts. I brought my cart in for some rivets and left with a brand new golf cart. Well it seems like it is brand new anyway. While at the shop they went over my cart with me from front to rear and explained what they saw as a concern. Well some people say it is up-selling I say it was just taking care of a new customer and friend. I left with all the mechanical stuff fixed that they suggested and with a new steering wheel and wheels and tires that I saw and requested.

I was looking to purchase a used golf cart for my wifes birthday and checked out Silver State. After much research and viewing other used carts I decided to buy from Silver State. Although not the lowest price they did provide the best value. Both Susan and Kenny were very straight forward and honest to deal with. That can be said for their entire shop. I had dropped a $20 bill when taking out my cell phone and one of their shop guys ran me down to ask me if the $20 he found where I was just standing was mine! I bought a reconditioned cart that looks like brand new. They did an excellent job detailing the cart before they delivered it including adding a Wisconsin Badger Motion W on the front! My wife was very happy with her birthday present. As they say, happy wife ... happy life!!

We actually learned of Silver State from a young lady we met in Whole Foods check out line. She raved about her brother getting a golf cart from these folks. We tried them and boy were we glad we did. We didnt tell them about the referral and still they gave us number one service and a great golf cart. We are very happy customers.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a new golf cart for his birthday. He has an old used one but, he has always wanted a new one with all the bells and whistles. When I called Silver State Golf Carts I new from the first call they would take good care of me. They seemed to really understand my needs. When I went in they helped me find just what I needed. I ended up buying the E-Z-GO TXT Freedom-N8 with all the amenities it would hold. My husband nearly fainted when he saw it. He later told me it was the best birthday he has ever had. I have to give a lot of the credit to the folks at Silver State Golf Carts because in truth when I first went in I had no idea what to look for. I dont have a golf cart and wont need one for myself. But, they asked me a lot of questions about how my husband uses his old one and what he would like to be able to do with a new one. That was the key... they new the right questions to ask so I ended up with exactly what my husband would love. Thanks Silver State for being so awesome.

My brother and I just had to get something really special for my Dads birthday so we got him the 2014 EZGO RXV in Silver (of course). We really got the royal treatment from these folks. My Dad is so happy with it. If you live anywhere near us you will see him and my 3 year old nephew zipping around in it all the time. I swear if it were possible he would sleep it it. I really love the folks at Silver State Golf Carts because they sat though the million questions my brother shot at them with patience and answered every single question with a smile. They even gave him answers to questions he had not thought to ask. THAT was pretty impressive. We are now customers for life.

Paid over $3000 and honestly worst customer service(upcharge central) and even worse repair work.Shoddy work, couldnt even properly secure bench seat to golf cart came undone after one day of getting back from the shop.Do not Use . beware of fake reviews below as well!Have a good day
