Had to have some items I ordered on line engraved. Victoria was so sweet and very helpful. My pieces came out perfect. She repacked all my items and even offered to ship them for me. I will definitely use them again.

Nice products and friendly service

I placed an order for two items. I paid overnight shipping of $29.99 for these two items. The item was not rec overnight it was rec in two days, and 1 item was backordered which I rec an email on a week later. Today I called the company to recoup some of my overnight shipping. It was a firm NO and they completely disregarded the item that was backordered even though it stated it was in shock at time of order. Be careful ordering from them!!!

We bought a gift for our oldest daughter, the store is just above Kohls in the mall in Henderson the price was a little pricey but it was certainly worth it.

Marked one price guy works there says different price. Walked out. We wont go back

This place is going through a transition and has new employees who do not really know the merchandise or how to complete transactions in a timely manner. They were very nice but it took me over an hour and a half to purchase and have something engraved. The manager I believe who was there was too busy to help out the two employees that were relatively very new and theyd only been there a week and she continue to work on her on activities instead of helping her employees complete transactions more quickly. Otherwise an okay place if you have the time

Kimberly and Catharine are 2 very sweet people and this store is amazingly beautiful and very clean. I meant to take some pictures but I forgot to. And right now there is a 40% off sale of of everything!

Great place to go for those hard to shop for friends or family. Have purchased a few personalized trinkets and have been more than satisfied every time! They are pretty good bout getting ur personalized items back to you quickly!

Prices are alittle bit over price for my budget. They got some great items. Its just the prices.

The 2 girls were RUDE! I was buying a present for a dear friend and both girls were rude, poorly dressed and had no manners.One girl said, you wont be able to have your item personalized as I have lots of items before you. You have like a 2 and a half hour wait. Can we have some customer service?Im spending my money in your store and these girls act like they are doing me a favor!! Can you please get some associates with respect, clean clothes, and MANNERS! No wonder your store is always Empty! Be nice to others..

I am so upset! I ordered a pen for my boss 2 days ago. Online it said it would be ready the same day. I called multiple time that day for about 30 minutes until I was able to get a hold of someone (no voicemail option). I wanted to see at what time it would be ready so that I could pick it up. The Representative on the phone that day did not have the best customer service skills but informed me they were running late on fulfilling orders and my order would be ready later on that night (12/18/19) or Tomorrow morning (12/19/19). They said I would get a text message once my order was ready for pick up.I called Yesterday again around 7pm to check on my order since I had not received a notification that it was ready as I was informed. Once again I called multiple times for about 20 mins until someone answered. Once again the Representative informed me they were behind schedule and that my order would be ready possibly last night (12/19/19) or Today in the morning (12/20/19) and explained I could pick up my order in the Morning.I explained that this was unacceptable because I had to work Today (12/20/19) in the morning and I need to turn in this gift (12/20/19). I explained that my online order said it would be ready on 12/18/19 and when I called that day I was informed it would be ready by the latest in the morning of 12/19/19. Yet once again my order is not ready. I asked to speak to the manager but she was unavailable all though she was there from what I was told. I’ll admit I was beyond irritated and was not the easiest person to deal with. But as I explained to them, they should have reached out if they were behind schedule. I understand things happen but I feel like this could have been handled better. At least if I knew my order wouldn’t be ready on time, I could have looked for a different gift.I continued to explain I needed to pick up this order by the latest last night 12/19/19, even if it was late at night. I was finally told it would be ready Yesterday night so that I could pick it up and that I would receive a text message once it was ready. I waited for that text message. I literally received a text message 3 minutes before the mall closed, stating it was ready for pick up. Even if I lived across the street from Galleria mall or if I was sitting at the opposite side the mall from the store, There would be no way I could make it in 3 minutes to pick up my order.I am so disappointed in Things Rememered. I already paid for this item and was I was literally left with no time to look for a different gift for my boss. I finally was able to pick up the gift after work Today. The the engraving on the pen did not look how it showed online. I have ordered plenty of times from things remembered. But this time I was left completely unsatisfied. Horrible customer service and completely unreliable with their timing and to top it off I didn’t like the way it was engraved

I could not believe the women they have working there! First of all she had such an offensive smell, to the point where i had to back away from her. It was so bad i could not think! She told me she would text me when my order was finished and two hours later i called to ask and she rudely said I texted you a long time ago! I went to pick up a bracelet that i had engraved from my niece sweet 16 and the young man started putting my items in a wrinkled dirty bag. I asked for a different bag and he didnt see any more. He asked the lady and she went off on him in front of a bunch of customers. I couldnt believe it. I just took my items without the bag and i can still here her going off on him as i walked out. I really want to speak to someone above her. Its such a small store im afraid i will get her again if i call. I will NEVER go back there as long as that lady is there!

Very pretty things and they engrave beautfully. Very nice workers, they will help even when they are busy helping other customers. I believe they even engrave something you already have.
