Excellent customer service whenever I visit this store! I head to NV typically once a year and this is the only Pandora store that I shop at. I am always greeted with a smile and the sales associates always help me put together the most GORGEOUS bracelets! I always get compliments on my pieces!When I headed into town awhile ago during the pandemic, I waited my turn outside, the staff member also outside was so friendly, and even made conversation with me and my children.I tend to make phone purchases throughout the year and the sales staff continues to go above and beyond! Facetiming me at a time thats convenient around my schedule, and they are never pushy!For a store to send out personalized thank you cards what more could you ask for.This store treats all customers like family, not a sale.I will definitely make this Pandora my home!
Went to the GV Ranch location today shopping for a gift. When I entered the store I was greeted by a saleswoman who asked if she could help me. As I wasn’t sure what I wanted to buy at that time I told her that I was just looking. She immediately told me that because there were already customers there, (2 people), I couldn’t just “wander around the store,” due to social distancing. Mind you, I had just stepped into the store and hadn’t had an opportunity to look at anything yet, much less time to “wander around.” Plus, what was I, chopped liver? I was a customer as well. I was surprised and caught off guard at the abrupt way the saleswoman announced this to me. Even the 2 other customers at the counter turned to look at me. It was a rude way to be greeted. I felt unwelcome and so I said thank you and left. When I walked into the store I’d had full intention to make at least one purchase. Instead I ended up going to Brighton next door where the saleswomen were friendly and helpful and I made several purchases from them. All the while following social distancing guidelines. Later I called GV Pandora to inquire about whether they have a limit to the number of customers they will allow in the store at one time. I was informed by the woman who answered that they will allow 7 people in the store at a time, to include the 2 associates who were working there. I explained that I had just been in the store shortly before and there had been only 4 people present, so why had I been told that I couldn’t come in and as the saleswoman put it, “wander around?” I was informed that per social distancing rules customers are asked to stay at one station and the sales associate would bring “everything to you.” Okay. It would have been nice to have been told this in the first place, it would have made a difference. I wasn’t informed of this at all while I was physically in the store. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry here in the past and the sales associates were very pleasant and helpful. However, due to my experience today I will not be returning to this location. I won’t give them my business.
