I dont normally take the time to post, but Angela went SO FAR out of her way to make things right, I just have to. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 30th anniversary from a scam on-line florist Patricias Petals. They gave me all kinds of run-around excuses as to why the flowers werent delivered and I was so disappointed. I never send flowers, so this was supposed to be extra special. Somehow, Angela, the owner of Butterfly Kissed, found out about the issue, and delivered the exact order of BEAUTIFUL red roses, along with a hand written note, at 7:15 pm. On top of that, she did it for NO CHARGE!! We need more folks like Angela and her team! Thank You Angela, I hope this good review comes back to you an hundred fold. As for Patricias Petals.....well, lets just say I wont be the one to make the ultimate judgment, but please, do yourself a favor and do not order anything from the fake Patricias Petals.

My mother who lives in Maine had some flowers sent to my wife for her birthday. The arrangement that she picked was supposed to look like a birthday cake with mostly white flowers and a few colored flowers along with some purple ribbon and some birthday candles on top.What my wife received was a beautiful bouquet of flowers with birthday candles on top but they were all different color flowers and I wouldn’t have known that it was supposed to look like a birthday cake if the guy who delivered it hadn’t said “it’s a birthday cake”.With that being said, my wife loves the flower arrangement but when people are ordering things online from out of state, they expect it to look like the photos they are choosing from.

Such care was put into my arrangement. Thanks to my dear husband for the surprise and Butterfly for the beautiful colors!

So this was my first time using Butterfly Kissed Designs and I couldn’t be more happier with my order! For one it was a last min order, like Friday at 5pm late and I needed flowers for homecoming the next day! I was reassured that everything would be done and ready to go by noon Saturday!! I was so impressed with the design they came up with considering what little info I gave them! My son and his date got many compliments as well!
